• Praveen (2/5): not worth it. - What a terrible hotel in a not so clean area of Cannaught F....g Place. Staff is generally okay, but in this day and age, when hotels usually have swipe cards and elevators. Here is it is all old-fashioned. Big huge keys and stairs. I think if you get you room on 3rd floor, you are probably screwed going up and down. Outside the hotel, unless u get away fast, again it is dingy and filthy. The windows were so old fashioned and UN-openable. There was no room heater given, but asked to use the AC in heating mode. Might be okay, if you are in Delhi, during summer, but I was there in peak winter and bad hotel, with surrounding fog and filthy pollution of Delhi, which sucks the life out if you, made this a nightmare. Spare the trouble, and stay in Shangri-La or Royal-Plaza least.

• Thijs (6/5): - Good location, quiet. Very basic hotel. Rooms are as advertised, but pretty old and the closets don’t smell nice. For the price I think I will choose another hotel next time I’m in Delhi.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Connaught Place - Location good. In Connaught Place close to metro station. (Exit metro at gate 3.) That is the reason to stay here. There is no lift and rooms can be up several flights. It is dusty and can use some paint. But this is India so we have to evaluate in context. Did have hot water. Connaught Place itself is long ago getting long in the tooth, but you should stay near a metro, CP is central, it has some services (subject to annoying touts) and CP is one of the places you will have to visit as a tourist.
• TAZUKO (8/5): - 階段しかないので大きな荷物に困ります。 あとは問題、ありません。 何か頼めばすぐに対応してくれます。 良いホテルでした。
• MANABU (6/5): - I could not comfirm to be or not to be able to check in the late time. Becouse Expedia says to check myself as late check in but the email did not be recieved by the hotel. At least I did .in late time.
• TAZUKO (8/5): - 町中のメトロからも近く何処に行くにも便利でいいです。毎日、水も大きいペットボトル２本おいてくれてるし、コーヒー、紅茶もおいてるので助かります。こじんまりしていいホテルです。 エレベーターがないので大きな荷物は大変です。
• Satvinder (2/5): Totally unreliable .. - I got a call from Jukaso staff in the afternoon that one of their rooms is leaking or whatever & so they are canceling my Booking. And I was to travel in the same afternoon to reach Jukaso late night at around 11pm in chill cold winter weather. So they literally left me to God's hands for that night. And they have the audacity to offer me for next day 12th Jan onwards. LOL. So my whole train travel on 11th Jan went in calling friends to book a hotel for me as the Internet in the Train was pretty spooky.
• John (10/5): Great hotel for a central base - I have booked this for 3 separate nights day 1 on arrival to Delhi the last day of my trip and in the middle. The hotel have allowed me to leave a large bag with them and travel lightly for 5 days then on return they will wash and iron my clothes. Amazing. Staff are great very helpful

• Huong Quynh (6/5): Bad experience - The hotel is announced as 3 star , but it should be 2 star. Even they told I ordered a deluxe room, it was really bad. Very noise from streets and 3th floor without elevator The staff was okay nice.

• Sonny (6/5): - This property does not have an elevator. The second floor of the hotel is about five flights of stairs. Please ask the property if they are putting you on higher floors. Please do not take higher floors if you have mobility issues. Also, I found a long female hair on my bed, which I reported to the staff immediately. The towels looked unclean. It seems they do not use bleach or softener for the towels. The property is located in the inner circle of Connaught Place, which is ideal for anyone looking to stay in a central location. The metro station is right across from the property. This property is ideal for backpackers and people on a budget. Breakfast was included in the rate, and was delicious.

We were there for visit and book this hotel . But at the check in time we both just had our indian Driving Licene and unfortunately my wife had her old driving license from delhi . So ur manager manoj denied to give us room . So just do process to refund my money . Thankx ...

• Rolf (8/5): - It’s a 2.5 star hotel, so don’t expect much. It is clean, the Des’s are good. No elevators. No Aircon. (But fan). Staff is friendly and helpful, but also forgetful. I had to ask everyday to have the complimentary tea and coffee refilled. The location is great, just don’t expect any views. My room looked inside a 3x3 m light shaft with dirty walls. The rooms are small (which you should expect). There was another international guest who was very cranky and shouted at the staff. Remember that with asking nicely and a smile nothing is impossible in India. I enjoyed the breakfast fast, just ask for fresh paratha or roti out of the pan and they do a good omelette. I will stay there again as it is value for money. No hidden fees or charges. Have some small change, you need to pay for extras straight away.

• RK (2/5): Never stay in this hotel - Nothing works here properly AC NOT WORKING NO HOT WATER FOR BATH TOWELS SEEMS TO BE AS OLD AS THE HOTEL. THEY ARE SO HARD THAT IT CREATE BODY RASH THANKFULLY THE HOTEL CHANGED THE TOWEL. BUT THE QUALITY WAS NOT GOOD AC IS WORST. SPENT THE NIGHT IN HEAT. ON COMPLAINTS RE EPTIONIST GIVES ALL KIND EXCUSES BUT DOES NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY DOES NOT EVEN HAVE THE COURTESY TO APOLOGISE. IS READY WITH ANSWERS FIR ALL COMPLAINTS. VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE
• Verified traveler (4/5): - Hotel is conveniently located in connaught place, that is the only plus point for this hotel. It's very old building without lift, room was very small. Bed for two (supposed to be king bed) was not enough for two, it was very small. Room was not clean, we have to ask them to clean it properly. Bathroom was not in good condition. It was like 1 star hotel. As mentioned, the only plus point was the location.

• Pamela (6/5): Not what you expect for what you pay - Hotel is over price for the provide service, it includes continental breakfast but its really basic 2 o 3 indian dishes. Rooms are ok, but the overall feeling with the staff was disappointing, after been 15 days in India this was the only hotel were we did not felt the warmful service of all the country... Location was good, guess that was the highlight

• Jose Carlos (6/5): Very good location. - The place is in a very good location. Bed was clean and comfortable. Service a bit pushy. No internet in the room, only in the lobby which is five flights down.
• Neeraj (8/5): Cozy stay - The stay was good. The room was small bit cozy. Good for stay. The matron station is just at 100 metres and lots of good eating spots. One hokkaido bar is also near by. Airport metro is just within 2 kms. An amazing place for short stay. Rooms are clean. Location perfect. Staff quiet generous and checking was very smooth. Would like to stay again and would recommend my friends also. Breakfast lacks variety
