We were told we could only have coffee or juice with our breakfast for the first two days. Then after that both were available on a buffet table. The room needs to be repainted and put new curtains up etc. Lots of stains on everything. We booked a room with a balcony but it was tiny with nowhere to sit. A lot of vagrants hanging around outside the hotel door.

A lot of night clubs, bars and "massage" places around here, maybe keep in mind if travelling with kinds. The AC wasn't working properly at first, but it was fixed after reporting. Unfortunately even after that it was leaking all the time.

Rooms were clean. Restaurant convenient and good. Sheets and bathroom immaculate. Hot water and pressure excellent. Furniture and bathroom a little dated. Shower nozzle difficult to position or stay put, water does tend to get all over floor near toilet but dries fast. Room had a slight odor but staff happy to spray freshener. Bed a little hard for my taste but not too bad.

- Chris (10/5): Budget Bargain - For such a cheap price my expectations were low but I was very surprised. Spacious , clean room, comfy bed with good linens and a central location. Staff friendly and welcoming, would definitely stay again Street it is located on is a bit loud and tacky but this was barely noticeable from inside the room.

- Ernest (5/5): An experience I will definitely include in my travel stories - If you are interested in museums, old town, or man nightlife then location is pretty good. The room had a few insects, which I wouldn’t normally mind. However, the main issue appeared after the first night, when I was bitten by bedbugs. At first, I thought they were mosquito bites, but the marks were larger, appeared in clusters, and were much more itchy. I only realized this a few days later. My room was located on the top floor, which was not accessible by elevator. I suspect that this issue may not affect all rooms, but it was unfortunately the case in mine.
- Dylan (1/5): Beware of Room 106 and Lift up the Mattresses - I did not like anything about this property. Especially not the cockroaches in my bed and dirty stains on the sheets. I’d say best thing about this property was leaving, even if i didn’t get my money back. There is a lot to dislike about this property. We booked for 4 nights and left after 1 night. Firstly, we noticed that the rooms looked a lot more outdated than in the photos provided online. This was initially fine until we also realised that there were lots of stains around the room including on the walls and on the bed sheets. We tried to get past this and just get to bed as we had a busy day travelling. But in the night I woke up to find the bed and floor of the hotel had many cockroaches on them. It was too late to find new hotel for that evening so we had to stay the night. In the morning, I lifted up the mattress in room 106 and there was atleast 12-15 cockroaches underneath crawling on the bed frame and mattress. This completely put us off staying in the property as the place was infested with cockroaches. We immediately checked out and raised this issue with the manager online and quite frankly the way she reacted was down right appalling. She refused to refund us for the remaining 3 nights stay with the hotel as we didn’t raise the issue while we were there. They also stated that they could change our room. After explaining that I didn’t want to stay in any room of her hotel. It was clear to see she wasn’t going to refund us for the money. I even asked her 3 times if she would stay in the rooms in her own hotel and she would not answer the question. It was clear to see as soon as we decided we were going to leave the hotel she was not going to refund us. Bearing in mind we paid for 4 nights stay and after we left they probably put someone else in straight away. There is also many reviews saying this company steals belongings and cash so we did not feel safe staying in the hotel for any more days.I hope she is happy with the $85 dollars she took from me and uses the money to hopefully pay a cleaner to clean the rooms.

Very OK bathroom/shower, toiletries, hair-dryer. Wi-fi could be better. Lift in the building. Friendly Reception open 24/7 accepting bank card payments. Several TV channels with terrible (almost unwatchable) picture quality.

- Neil (4/5): - The location was excellent, close to the river and within walking distance of numerous tourist attractions. The room smelled damp and musty, the fitted bed sheet was too big for the mattress. The room looked old and tired, the windows and doors did not properly fit the frames. Kept awake at night with noise from the girl catchy bar next door, breakfast was paltry.
- India (8/5): Very good value - Staff were so lovely, I left my rings at a previous stay and they kindly kept them in the safe for me for when I was able to return to collect them a few days later! Room was comfortable and had all the amenities you would need for a short stay :) Cigarette smell in the bathroom - might be due to it being on a busy bar street

- Christian (5/5): Nur für Gäste die Lärm nicht stört - Die Lage war ok. Das Personal super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Strand schön und romantisch. Das „Zimmer“ ein sehr einfache Strohhütte, für den Preis hat es viel zu wenig geboten. Bis 3 Uhr Früh laute Musik von der Strand- und Nachbarbar. Ab 8 Uhr Früh Lärm von der Baustelle dahinter, und zwischen diesen Zeiten Hundegebell .

- So (10/5): I had a pleasant stay - The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a short stay. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well, which made the room very relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist when needed. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The hotel is also in a convenient location, close to restaurants, shops, and transportation. I loved everything here :)

- Dylan (6/5): It was ok, good for the budget - Great location, close to a lot of things. Breakfast was nice and there were a few choices. Friendly staff Our room had a lot of ants which the hotel staff sprayed the room but didnt offer to change us rooms despite having to sit in a room with the fumes of the spray. The ants did not go away. The room wasnt the cleanest but it was a budget hotel
