• Martha (2/5): - We all know part of Wildwood’s charm is maintaining a vintage/quaint look. Nothing modern or fancy. However, our room was substandard. The shower leaked and the bathroom floor was always wet. The towels provided were thinner than thin and well used. The property is not well maintained. I expected better but was very disappointed.

• Qiang (2/5): - The worst hotel I had ever been. Very rude front desk staff. Arrived at 2:45pm, politely asked front desk to check in, I was told I had to pay $35 to check in..it is crap! The hotel has no any level service. Second day around 8:30am when I was still in dream, the emergency alert burst out with recording broadcast "an emergency reported, all customers need to be evacuated, not using elevator". People had rushed out, many elders struggled to walk down for highrise building, when you walked down, no any staff, there was emergency. I asked the front desk manager, she said she was not aware of any emergency alert, nobody knew anything, OMG, it was a total scam... When I checked the terrible hotel, they charged me $35 resort fee, but my reservation shows $28.

However, there was a lot of loud music outside our room almost all day; the bed sheets were paper thin; the floor in our room was just persistently sandy; the motel has a pool, but it was ice cold. As a place to just change out of wet clothes/rest your head, its not bad.

However, the place was nice and clean and we enjoyed the weekend. Nothing fancy for sure, but the location and ability to have our dog alone was very nice. I would stay here again.

Plenty of dod & kid friendly areas: playgrounds, basketball, mini golf, great boardwalk & ar least 3 amusement parks within walking distance. The beach was clean & groomed + many lifeguards.
• Jessica (4/5): - The room was ok but not very clean. Water pressure wasnt very good in the bathroom/toilet. You pay for location. It is conveniently located a blick or two away from the boardwalk which was nice.
• Matthew (10/5): - The property is located just minutes off of the boardwalk which made it very nice. Also I would like to add that Hector, the onsite fella that does it all is absolutely a wonderful person!! Hector was always super helpful and accommodating, and he always did it with a smile.

During interactions with the manager, I found their conduct to be discourteous and unprofessional. Specifically, the manager exhibited disrespectful behavior towards guests during phone conversations and appeared to avoid direct accountability by utilizing a camera when approached in person. Furthermore, the state of the accommodations was unacceptable. I observed insects in the bathroom, and there were cockroaches in close proximity to the beds.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Avg hotel, dated, upgrades needed but ok location - A few pros about this hotel. It's less than a full block from the boardwalk. Excellent location. Parking can be little challenging but it worked out. Price was little high for hotel condition but about average for the area. Large ice chest available so you can fill your cooler for beach, nice amenity. Decent size pool avaliable however did not use. The cons. Rooms dated. Toilet just ran all night. Bathroom old, wasnt very clean, zero counter space and hardly any cold water pressure. Old school window AC turned on and off all night. Definitely was not regulating room temperature. AC only in bedroom so if shut door and you have people in "living room" or "sofa bed" room they have no AC. You get old school keys on check-in no cards so have to carry keys around. Room floor was sandy and dirty. Beds are small, feet hung off end and I'm only 5'11". Overall wasnt a bad stay but definitely could have been cleaner and more updated.

He argued with me that because i booked thru expedia the room would be different. He put us on the 3rd floor ,no elevator, and my 71 yr old husband having to carry luggage, several trips up and down flights of stairs. Unacceptable. And this room or the hotel was not dog friendly. Very cramped room and no grass area anywhere around the hotel.

• Patricia (4/5): Look elsewhere. Lots and lots of motels in Wildwo - Ugly room to start with. On the 3rd floor with no e ll elevator, we re in our 70s. When i asked if a lower floor I was told it would be an extra charge. Charged 70.00 for 2 nites for a tiny quite dog. Curtains didnt close all the way. Front door felt unsecured, wouldnt have been hard to break in. Gaps around this door and the bathroom door. No nightstand on 1 side of the bed. Went to the pool. In the deep end the top rung of the ladder was missing. I had to roll around like a walrus to get out. Im 5 foot. Pool needed vacuuming. Clumps of hair blowing around like tumbleweeds around the pool. My friend had an medical emergency and needed ice. No ice was available, sign on machine said ice available tomorrow. Went tomorrow, still no ice. I went to the.motel next door and they were happy to fill the ice bucket for me. The linens smell funny and were thin. All in all i would give Nantucket a 1 1/2 star. The young man working there did try to help.He seemed to be the only person working there other than the person that checked us in. Oh yea, theres plastic chairs that are in front of your door to enjoy. One of them was cracked at the leg joint,. An accident waiting to happen. Bathroom sink was clogged. Soooooo nasty.

• Dean (8/5): Great value and location - This location was great for us. We loved getting to the boardwalk in just steps from our room. Beach access was also just steps away. Our room needed some updating and was a bit small. The pool was great place to cool off since it was so hot during our stay.

It was freezing in our bedroom, but kinda warm in the other areas. We were well positioned for convenience to water parks, rides, and restaurants. We had a great time. We would do it again for sure.
• loresha (2/5): - My overall experience there was not so great checkin was very smooth if you have a lot of heavy luggage you should get a first level floor there is no elevator to help bring your luggage up the steps rooms was ok a bit small if you can bring your own blanket please do theirs had other ppl hair on it from previous guest but the main thing I will say the motel is not pet friendly as they say just say you can have an pet with you only to stay in the room they can not explore the motel with you we had a bad experience with the staff there my pet is a service dog and I was sitting in a chair by the pool when my partner was in the pool one employee can up to me very nasty saying the dog can not be in the pool are when there is no signs that states that at all no one told us at the time of check in or anything it’s not like she was in the pool she is laying on the ground not bothering no one we asked the guy to get the manager and that was a bigger mistake he was even nastier with his attitude I believe I’m his name is Marco he even went so much to slamming a door in our face while we are trying to explain to him he even went as far as saying our review won’t get him fired today or tomorrow what kinda boss is that I feel this is all because the type of dog I have he basically was discriminating on the type of dog she because she is on the larger side…, I just want them to learn manners and respect for people who have animals and clearly explain the rules and place signs so guest kno

• Selvin (8/5): Premium location - Excellent proximity to adventure pier and the board walk. You are paying for this proximity and a parking spot. If that’s your goal— this is an excellent spot to take the kids and have a beach boardwalk getaway. The beds are reasonable. The towels are small and scratchy. But you are not here for the room. The beach and boardwalk are at your door step.

• Jontae (8/5): - I chose this motel because I need the bedroom and living room separation. I have little ones and I need them to be able to still breathe and walk around and play. I can not be all on top of one another in a small space I’ll go crazy and this was the only motel available and in my budget that provided that so I appreciate that ! I did not like the cleaning. Cleaning was horrible. Owner should check the rooms after the cleaners are finished because he’s paying them and they don’t do well. Our beds felt gritty like sand was on the sheets. We didn’t sleep under the covers we slept on top and used a sheet provided to cover up. The floors were dusty. My kid dropped her stuffed animal and it was dusty, my son has a ton of hair and he layed on the floor (he’s 1) and his hair was dusty. I mopped the floor with the dish soap and towel. And I didn’t like that there was a huge gap under the front door ! I was able to stick fingers right on under with it closed. That was strange. The owner was friendly and quick and my stay wasn’t horrible besides the dirty room so I gave a good rating !
• Shauny (10/5): - My boyfriend and I needed a place to stay at the last minute during 4th of July. We got lucky to find the availability but also the staff helped us check in and find a place to park around 9pm. The room was spacious and clean, a little dated but well maintained and comfortable. Not to mention it's right off the boardwalk, so a great central location to go out at night after a beach day. If you're looking for an early and quiet night, try a little farther from the boardwalk. But other than that a nice area to walk around. I would love to stay again for a longer period.

• Kal (10/5): Perfect Stay in the Heart of Wildwood! - We just wrapped up a 4-night stay at The Nantucket Inn & Suites in Wildwood, and it was an absolutely great experience. From start to finish, the staff was on top of every little detail and incredibly accommodating. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and professional. The owner was especially warm and personable, which made the stay feel even more welcoming. You can really tell they care about their guests and take pride in the property. The location is perfect—just steps from the boardwalk—so everything we needed was right there. It made going back and forth throughout the day super easy and convenient. Most importantly, the place was spotless. One of the cleanest spots we’ve ever stayed in Wildwood, hands down. Can’t wait to come back again! Highly recommend.
