- Frances (6/5): Nice clean and across from the airport - It was across from the airport and had a shuttle to downtown. Plenty of parking. Nobody was at the hotel bar … the hotel was pretty much dead even though it was at full capacity. No free water in room for the coffee machine. The rooms smelled musty. Patio furniture needed to be cleaned looked very dirty.

We typically stay at an airbnb for the Stroll, but snce there were only 3 of us, we decided to try the inn. The staff was amazing and very welcoming. The room was clean. We will definitley consider staying here again.

- tacyb2017 (10/5): love this place! - a little gem on Nantucket! The space is decorated tastefully and is spotless! Cristal (front desk) wow, someone promote her! She is the epitome of hospitality! So warm and helpful. If you don’t plan to tour the entire island, the shuttle service to town works well. Giovanni was amazing! if you need a car, the airport car rental is directly across the street. The cafe is a great choice for a quick breakfast and latte’. We would come back!!

The beds were softer than we anticipated and the room was smaller for what we paid. Very expensive for apps and drinks at the bar as well.

The only recommendations we would make would be to have two transports into town rather than just one each hour. The air conditioning worked well but was very noisy.

Parking was very easy and the rooms were clean. I am just disappointed I was not offered a VIP perk as an Expedia Gold member, especially since the hotel was not busy when we went.

For that reason we will not stay here again as $1000 a night in September is not reasonable. For that price we will stay in town next year. The service was great and the hotel is very nice. The Nobadeer cafe was good but also expensive.

Rooms are a little small, but very clean and modern. The Inn is right across the street from the airport, which makes it very easy to get in and out of the island. I am looking forward to my next visit at the Nantucket Inn!
- Lisa (10/5): - Conveniently located across the street from the airport. I did walk to the beach. It took me about an hour, a beautiful walk and doable. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the beach and to downtown. Dining options are very limited in the area. The hotel offers breakfast and lunch(a bit pricey) and there’s a restaurant that offers breakfast lunch and dinner at the airport(the food is really good) The free shuttle around the island called the wave has a bus stop a couple of blocks from the hotel. It’s nice to be outside of downtown, but you do miss being able to walk most places. I would definitely stay here again, the staff was excellent! I wish I had gotten more names, but Lisa at the front desk was very sweet and so was the other front desk personnel. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The maids are very accommodating. The outdoor pool was nice a bit small, but I guess most people go to the ocean anyway. The indoor pool looked gorgeous, but with a nice weather, we decided to stay outside. The locker rooms outside the pool were handy on our last day since our flight didn’t leave till later in the afternoon we were able to shower and get cleaned up for our flight, the hotel held onto our bags for us. One thing I did miss was having a space outside the room to sit as there is a balcony, but nothing to sit on. The courtyards between each set of the buildings do have a small group of outdoor furniture, but it only takes one group to fill it up.

The entrance was inviting and very clean our room was exceptional bright and spacious. We used both indoor and outdoor pool and found them and the area was super relaxing. Loved the option of the transportation shuttles which we used offer to town and Surfside Beach. Conveniently located to walkable and quick drive to other area places we wanted to check out. Will definitely be back again to stay!!!

- Jet40079490439 (2/5): A joke - What a joke- unless you need to be right next to the airport, there is no reason to stay here. You can hear the people staying on the second level, there’s no water in the room, bar closes at 9:50pm and the outside pool is very mediocre.

Friendly check in, helpful concierge information and great shuttle service met or exceeded everything we could've asked for. Even took advantage of the outdoor pool for some down time relaxation. Would highly recommend this spot to all.

- William (8/5): Great amenities - tight rooms - Staying on Nantucket for the first time in a hotel and the Nantucket Inn met our expectations. The amenities are great and well maintained (clean et al). The staff is professional and friendly. The only drawback is the room itself - it’s just incredibly tight for a family like mine. There’s really just two beds, a chair and a small console for clothes. My wife, myself and our sons 7 & 6 were literally on top of each other while in the room. It didn’t matter much because we were fortunate to have good weather so we spent the days outdoors!

- Jennifer (8/5): Beautiful property, thin walls - We stayed at Nantucket Inn for two days. The property is newly remodeled and beautiful. Check in was quick. Service good. Only issue was thin walls. A group of young women were in the room next two us. They were very noisy (partying after the bars closed). It was loud. Good news is that when I complained to the front desk, the staff intervened right away & addressed the problem. We would definitely stay again.

Facilities were very family friendly, and our daughters loved the indoor and outdoor pools! The staff was great with daily room cleaning, and Lisa was especially helpful with accommodating our family staying an extra day and providing a late check out! - S2167DOgregh (10/5): Wonderful stay at the Nantucket Inn - I recently returned from a wonderful stay at the Nantucket Inn and I can't wait to return! The room was perfect for our family of four and the amenities on the property were great as well. Lisa at the front desk could not have been nicer. We did not encounter any challenges during the stay, but I'm sure that she and the staff would have assisted us if necessary. With the Nantucket Inn being next to the airport, I suspected the noise of planes might be an issue - but it was not. One of the best aspects of the hotel were the complimentary shuttles to town and Surfside beach. The large vans were clean and always right on schedule for their frequent trips. Our children loved both pools, (indoor and outdoor) tennis courts, and billiard table. The cafe at the lobby served up excellent breakfast foods as well as sandwiches for the beach. While I didn't really use any of the business amenities, they seemed impressive for travelers needing to get some work done while on the island. The Nantucket Inn was a pleasant surprise for our entire family!

Regular shuttles to the beach and town if you want, or a great starting point for exploring the bike trails. Great casual local eats either across the street at Crosswinds at the airport, Casa Real for Latin/Mexican, or quick sandwiches/ ice cream if you want to walk/bike 1 mile.

- Kerstin (2/5): - I complained about live bugs crawling on my bed, in my bed, on the wall. Manager came over and confirmed. I was heading out for a dinner reservation and manager offered a move, which I could not do at that moment as I had to head out. I took pictures of bugs, coffee spills on the counter, sand all over the floor, nail clippings from previous customers, dirty floors in the bathrooms and was told management would call me to compensate. Never heard a word from the hotel. Called them back, told that as this was a third-party vendor, Expedia, they could offer me a discount for any future stay. Unacceptable.
