Rob (7/5): No major issues or complaints - this place offers good value for what it is. - Bed was very comfortable, housekeeping staff did a great job, room was clean and spatious, nice to have a lounge in the hotel, the hotel was quiet. Toilet had extremely low water pressure and clogged multiple times, rooms are a bit dated and could use a refresher, there are very few outlets in the room to charge devices and the ones that are there are not conveniently located in the room, parking lot configuration was tight and difficult for parking a pickup truck, parkling lot was extremely icy for the duration of my stay, the location isn't great (not much around the area in terms of entertainment/food options)

Phil (10/5): - Everything was perfect as usual, been going to chateau nova yellowhead for a while now, only few minutes away from my car appointment
Yeming (5/5): Unfortunately, the loud heating system seriously impacted my sleep quality. - During the Christmas period, the hotel was not very busy, and the front desk kindly arranged a room for me on the top floor (4th floor), which I appreciated. However, the biggest issue for me was the hotel’s old-style furnace system. When it turned on, the noise level increased by more than 10 dB, which is roughly perceived as twice as loud, and it made it impossible for me to sleep at night. I spoke with the front desk the next morning, and the final solution was to provide a portable space heater. While this older heater still produced some vibration noise, it was at least much quieter than the furnace, and I was finally able to sleep without being disturbed throughout the night. I hope the hotel considers upgrading or better maintaining the heating system, as the noise can significantly impact sleep quality.
