• Laurence (10/5): The stay lived up to expectations. - The breakfast choices were great. We found the facility to be clean and well kept. The staff was friendly and helpful. The check in process was quick and easy due to being able to complete most of the process on-line in advance of our stay. Can't think of anything off hand.
• James (6/5): Would have been disappointed if I was there on business and needed stable internet. - Location The WiFi was horrible. No complimentary breakfast. Very pricey for hotel breakfast to purchase what they had. Hotel was clean though

• Rosemarie (10/5): It was a wonderful stay. - Grandsons loved the heated big pool and the two TV’s!! Sofa in room looked pretty old. Wasn’t sure if the two throw pillows were clean! Not enough towels in the room. There were 4 of us and only 3 sets of towels.

Complimentary breakfast would have been appreciated and the pool was disappointing (very small shallow) in addition to there no longer being a spa. But overall a good stay.

• Stephanie (9/5): The hotel is very clean, great location. Was very sound proof and we enjoyed our time. The room looks EXACTLY how descri - In the heart of many different restaurants and shopping stores. The option to check in online and just get the room key on arrival was definitely a great idea! The towels had an over bearing smell of a “maple syrup” not a laundry soap smell. The pool was closed and nothing was advised at time of check in.

• Victoria (10/5): Very pleasant - The location was perfect. I was able to visit my several family members at different locations around the area and did not have to drive very far. I drove from North Carolina and I always have a pleasant stay. Your staff are always very welcoming and friendly. They go above and beyond for their guests. The traffic. Even though I enjoy the shopping center and restaurants in your area.

• STEVEN (7/5): COMFORTABLE WITH ONLY SLIGHT PROBLEM - ROOM WAS VERY COFORTABLE CLEAN AND FELT RELATIVELY MODERN DRAIN IN BATHROOM SINK AND SHOWER NOT WORKING PROPERLY. WHEN TAKING ASHOWER I WAS STANDING IN WATER HALFWAY UP MYCALF ANDD THAT WATER HAD NOT COMPLETLY DRAINED AFTER 12 HOURS . THE HAND SINK ALMOST FILLED COMPLETELY EVERY TIME I WASHED MY HANDS. IT DID DAIN AWAY BETTER THAN THE SHOWER BUT WAS STILL NOT GOOD. FELT THESE SHOULD HAVE BEEN NOTICED BY HOUSE CLEANIG

• Richard (8/5): - The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable. The small shelves in the bath were dusty except for the first one that had the washcloths on it. The closet is not in a very convenient location
• Joyce (4/5): - It’s a lovely facility but we were looking forward to enjoying a whirlpool but there was non. For what we paid for the room, a free breakfast would have been nice too. No whirlpool. Pool facility was literally dripping. I couldn’t breath in there! No free breakfast.

• Marjean (7/5): Good hotel; clean, accessible and would stay here again. - The rooms were spacious, clean and modern. The staff was accommodating and welcoming. Location great with lots of food options and activities, easily accessible from route 90. Pool and other facilities were nice. Staff at the bar were friendly and engaging. I was really surprised by the lack of housekeeping services. I am not sure if that was due to the time in which I was traveling (12/26--12/29) or if it is typical. While the sign says that Housekeeping is only every three days, it also said the guest could request some services. I requested for the trash to be removed and for extra towels and tissues. The front desk staff wrote down my request and said someone would be up to handle it, but, each day (three days) there was no action. I was able to get the towels, tissue, toilet paper, from the front desk though.
