The parking is extremely tight, unable to turn the vehicle and have to reverse down a long narrow driveway. Not everyone was happy with this.

• Kate (9/5): Albany Waves is a must stay in Albany. - Brilliant location for beach, cafes and wine bars. Facilities fantastic, very comfy beds and all the comforts of home. Little extras (beach towels, Tim Tams in the fridge!). Will definetley be returning and would absolutely recommend for larger families.

• Jasjot (1/5): Dishonest - Property is Ok. But the property property management team is Dishonest and charge you extra without any invoice and reason/proof. So be careful. Property charged me for leaving the house messy - which is a false statement. I ensured the house is clean and only didn't start the dishwasher that too not to waste water and electricity as the dishwasher was not full. Going thru booking.com, property replied they have evidence of the messy house, which is still not shared upon request to prove the charges. Have never dealt with such dishonest people before. It was my 3rd stay at the property. 1st Stay : Perfect, so I went again. 2nd Stay: All Good. Forgot $180 worth of shoes at the property and when contacted to find them. Was told nothing there. Let it go as its just shoes and did not want to ruin my continuing holiday. 3rd Stay: Charged $200 for house mess. No proof provided when asked (initially they claimed they have photos) and no invoice sent. Charged me without any notification. Still dealing with booking.com for refund. Not just this hassle, the matter ruined my continuing holiday with stress and trauma caused by false allegations. Good Luck to you all if dealing with this property - better take before and after photos and do not forget anything as you will not get it back.

• Ross (7/5): Good - Location. Bed capacity. Garaging, laundry, outside entertainment areas. Kitchen is poorly designed and limits working area. Wine glasses. More kitchen bowls, sharpen the knives. The tap set up in the bathrooms is poorly done with restricting access to wash your hands or rinse things. Bedspread too small in upstairs bedroom. Stairwell ballistrade safety rail wire broken. Outside chair broke whilst guest sat in it....no injury. Downstairs double bed mattress caused back pain for male guest slept on couch for 3 nights.

• Peter (10/5): Just wonderful in every way - We booked all 4 units for a family wedding. The standard of accommodation and the attention to detail was outstanding. Perfectly located near to a popular beach, hiking trails, cafes and a tavern/restaurant. I can't wait to go back and stay here again.

The accommodation and decor was fresh and immaculate as to the facilities. The location was a couple of minutes walk to the beach and some local bars. The local area and walks were ideal and again good facilities. It will be a bit pricey if you are not sharing the costs.

The location, the facilities and the heavenly accomodation, this is an elite apartment we will come back to again and again.
