We were traveling with my elderly parents, and she was instrumental in arranging adjacent rooms and making sure they were comfortable throughout our stay. Her kindness made our trip truly memorable. I also want to extend my gratitude to the Front Desk team. Their honesty and efficiency were top-notch; they even helped us procure an item we accidentally left behind during checkout. If you are looking for a place that combines excellent service with a family-friendly atmosphere, this is it. We left feeling refreshed and will definitely be back!

- Pallavi (6/5): - The staff is helpful and service was good. We were travelling with a toddler and they helped a lot we TG our requests. There was some renovations going on in the hotwl which we were informed during check-in. But the timing of it was not followed. It was supposed to be done during 11-2 and 4-6 However they used to start at around 10 leading to too much disturbance and our baby cried a lot hearing the drill noise. It was not comfortable at all for the price we were paying at a 5 star.

The warm, smiley receptionists welcomed us so beautifully — truly set the tone for the entire trip. The live flute music in the lobby was such a charming touch. Rooms were clean, non-smoking and very comfortable. Breakfast spread was generous and delicious with great variety. The swimming pool was lovely and the kids had a blast. Excellent location too, making it easy to explore Mysore. Highly recommend for families !

As the plaza lounge was closed for renovations, we were offered dinner at the Spring Restaurant - the only restaurant there, in lieu of it, which we accepted.It proved to be a terrible mistake, as the food choices we were given were very limited and the service was so poor that after waiting for almost an hour, we left without finishing the dinner in disgust. The other facilities were basic. I am unsure if we can go back there again.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made the stay comfortable from the moment I checked in. The gym facilities were well-equipped and perfect for keeping up with my fitness routine, and the swimming pool was equally impressive—clean, relaxing, and a great place to unwind. One of the highlights of my stay was the food. The hotel offers authentic and delicious dishes, with a good variety that caters to different tastes. Every meal I had was satisfying and well-prepared. El hotel está haciendo reforma, y en la habitación de 11am a 6pm era imposible estar en la habitación por el ruido que había. Situación que para un hotel de 5 estrellas, es inaceptable.

The check-in process was smooth and efficient, the room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the breakfast offered a great variety with delicious options. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. There was nothing in particular that I didn’t like—overall, everything about my stay was great and met my expectations.

- rohitg115 (10/5): Absolutely loved it.. value for money - Centrally located . All tourist and shopping places are nearby. Beautiful property, well maintained , courteous staff and plenty of vegetarian options . Overall we all enjoyed this property and highly recommended in Mysore.
