- Leah (8/5): - Such a beautiful place to stay! The room was so nice, really good location. Everyday was great! The only issue was the noise at night from neighbouring bars
- Lee Kong (8/5): Overall still had a great experience at Pai Vimaan - Love the chalet style rooms at Pai Vimaan. Rooms and bathrooms are big. Friendly and helpful staff. Location is in the heart of Pai entertainment district and therefore the night market. Accessibility to restaurants and cafes. Due to its location in the heart of Pai entertainment district the noise from the surrounding entertainment outlets. Had to bear with it till midnight. The open air bathroom - you can feel the cold draft while showering since I was there during the winter months.
- Dean (8/5): Thouroughly enjoyed our 4 nights in Pai and this hotel🙂 - The location was perfect, it’s just off the busy walking street. But far enough away to get a peaceful sleep. The grounds are very well kept, so hats off to the staff for that as it must be a lot of work to keep them looking so good. We enjoyed our morning breakfast looking out into the grounds. The room was a good size and a nice big balcony for sitting out in the evening. Again it was over looking the grounds. I don’t really have anything to complain about at all. But just a side note…It was a little dated, but really for the price it was very well worth what we paid.

- Erin (7/5): Peace away from the chaos of Pai walking street. - Beautiful big rooms with a lovely balcony and nice scenery. A big contrast from the neighbouring hostels. The shower was partially outdoors so the shower floor was covered in many leaves making it hard to use the shower without it getting blocked. There also seemed to be a pigeon nesting above that watched down on us showering every day haha
- Anup (8/5): -
- Yuliya (9/5): Enchanting - very tastefully appointed tent room, very nice terrace on the river breakfast wasn’t great, heating would be nice
- Kathryn (10/5): - Hot showers, comfy twin beds, beautiful oasis surroundings, and good breakfast. We just had a really lovely stay and I would definitely recommend! Only thing, which is out of their control, is that music from the streets can be heard. When you choose to stay in this area, obviously to be expected. Nothing a few earbuds don't solve ☺️
- Royi (10/5): -

- Deena (8/5): Pai Vimaan, beautiful hotel by the river and close to walking street. - Great location
Clean facilities
Comfy bed
Lovely outlook to garden
Close to walking street Not about the property but neighbouring properties and noise level all night long!

- patrick (8/5): - Big rooms, very rustic. Great location. Awful wifi.

A bit loud .

- Niv (10/5): Exceptional - Nice, recommended
- Mark (10/5): Beautiiful accomodation in a tranquil setting - Great wooden cabins, very relaxing environment.
- Linda (10/5): relaxing stay in a beautiful traditional building - absolutely beautiful room in a fantastic traditional building. gorgeous and unique woodwork with handcarved touches. great location in pai--in the center of things, but still remarkably quiet at night. beautiful views form the veranda.great value beds are more than hard, and the pillows are truly a neckbreaker. still, the view and room were so beautiful i would return.
- Dotan (9/5): Superb -
- Matthias (7/5): Good -
- Olga (9/5): Comfortable stay in Pai - great rooms in the middle of the city. - Great location - right in the city, but somewhat hidden next to the river. The breakfast is very nice, and the staff were fantastic and helpful.
The rooms were very cozy A bit loud at night, while the music from the bars dies down.
- Wendy (10/5): A peaceful place on the river and short walk to restaurants and bars - The staff and lodgings were amazing.
- Ly (9/5): really nice stay if you want to be next to the party zone and still want a basic bungalow with a nice garden view - friendly staff and view uncomfy bed and noisy streets by music
- Mark (9/5): Beautiful relaxing hotel safe for my bike - The staff we exceptionally helpful and friendly
The rooms are set in beautiful and tranquil grounds.
Beautiful to open the multifold doors and sit on the balcony
Finally a light/switch by the bed 👏
I love a shower close to the outside
Allowed to take my bike in.
Breakfast was great
Need decaf coffee The stairs could possibly do with a bit of renovation
The WiFi was patchy.
The self closing doors I found frustrating.
The a/c seemed not to work too well.
The thumping music from the surrounding area was not fun.
I prefer harder beds.
- Porteous (8/5): Close to the main walking street area. But too close to the party across the river. Staff were nice. - We had a riverside bungalow. Very nice The bungalow is basically a tent, we stayed in January so the AC got turned off at night. We felt that the sheets felt damp at night, we are not sure if this because it was a tent or because of the time of month. Also we could hear loud music until about 4am the nights we were there.
- Simon (9/5): Superb - Room was very spacious with outdoor area to sit overlooking the river.
The hotel is easy walking to nightlife, restaurants and markets.
- Miranda (10/5): Amazing with exceptional staff and accomodation - Everything, clean spacious and beautiful gardens. On river Nothing every thing amazing
- Julie (9/5): Superb -
- James (6/5): - Nice place but near a couple of noisy bars...
- Tiana-lee (7/5): Good - It was clean, shower was nice and hot, close proximity to walking street for some good food. Quite loud due to the location, can fix with headphones
- Nigel (7/5): Great location let down by facilities. - Great location, right near the restaurants , cafes and walking street, lovely garden areas, friendly staff. beds were a little uncomfortable, bathroom supplies very limited, breakfast options were poor with make it yourself instant coffee a letdown.
- Shir (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lior (3/5): Poor -
- Ofir (9/5): Great value for money. Central location. - Amazing place. We could get lost for the whole day in the hammocks outside (they're really nice). Very comfy rooms. We stayed for 5 nights Very central location, for better and worse. It was a bit noisy from nearby bars and hostels until around 00:30, and it was 3 minutes walk from the walking street, which might be a bit intense.
- Vali (10/5): Exceptional - Great place!!!!!
- Shahroz (7/5): Good -
- Yasotha (9/5): Superb -
- Finn (10/5): Exceptional - Fantastic!
Value for money.
Clean, stylish, awesome shower outdoor but private under the stars..super comfy bed! Best location next to the river and on walking street but private.!
- Ben (10/5): Perfect location. Very chilled - The location is perfect. Quiet overlooking the river and 2 minutes to the walking street. The tents and balconies are huge and the garden has hamocks. Nothing
- Niko (8/5): Very good - Good location, beautiful bunglows with view. Beds could be softer. Balcony benches could have pillows.
- Maytal (9/5): Superb - The breakfast was basic but nice . Could have more variety of drink options
- Autumn (7/5): Good - What a beautiful hotel - lovely traditional feel of the wood styling - room was very comfortable. Nice spot by the river amazing view. Close to yellow sun and other bars who don’t stop playing music until early in the morning so didn’t get much sleep - would only stay here one night unless im going out all night.
- Kim (7/5): Good - Look nice 👍
- Massimo (7/5): Good option to stay near the Walking street. - The location was both good and bad, Good because very near to the Walking Street. Breakfast was excellent with a choice of different American style breakfast and soups. Parking is available if you coming by car. Staff was friendly. Our bungalow was the last available in the resort and we got the one nearest to the road, therefore we could hear the music and noises up until and past midnight. We stayed 2 nights, our room wasn't cleaned on our second day.
- Sarit (3/5): Poor - It’s a beautiful place and close to the night market The rooms were not clean, with insects.
No nets on the windows so you can’t open them without a lot of mosquitoes.
There was a problem with the beds in our room. It was not so pleasant in check in time but they fixed it after that.
The beds are not so compatible
- Paul (8/5): Nice and relaxing stay - Nice location on the river but so close to the town and walking street
- Lauren (8/5): Very good -
- Madeline (7/5): Good - Nice, spacious room with balcony and view at the river. Centrally located, very close to walking street with restaurants, bars and clubs. Receptionists could provide some info of the hotel and activities in town at checkin. Due to central location, clubs are quite noisy during night. No breakfast at premise.
- Brian (7/5): Good - Location Noisy room above
- Amit (7/5): Good -
- Nelly (9/5): Superb - Location is fantastic. Just next to walking street. We booked a tent initially but changed to two rooms with no problems. Music can be loud at night but that’s not the hotel’s fault as there are hostels close by. Very picturesque by the river. We would recommend and stay again.
- Tapley58 (8/5): Very close to restaurants and bars but can be noisy at night - This property is set in some very nice gardens and backs onto the Pai river. My ground floor room was large and tastefully decorated. A large double bed was comfortable and the staff we met were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. There was not a restaurant operating at the property but this is fine as you are only a short walk to cafes, bars and restaurant. Pai is quite compact and getting around on foot is easy. As other reviews have stated it can be noisy at night due its closeness to the bars. I still rate it very good due to its location.
- David (9/5): Superb -
- Shay (10/5): Exceptional - We have got the suite on the second floor and the accommodation was excellent. Clean, spacios with a beautiful viwe. I liked the fact that the room was cleaned every day as soon as we left the room and that there werw nice corners to sit in by the lake, also the location was perfect Nothing
- Thomas (8/5): Very good -
- Adrian (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nadav (8/5): Very good -
- Elif (10/5): Perfect place to stay in Pai - Great value. Walking distance to city center but far enough from the nighttime noise. Cute rooms. Spacious. The resort grounds are well kept and beautiful. Would recommend to anyone! N/A
- Conor (8/5): Very good -
- Sabine (8/5): The, could make it better - The Resort, the room was lovely with the wooden floors and high ceilings.
Nice garden.
The bathroom could be better, but the shower Was hot. Good beds.
Very close to the Walking street There was a strange mood in that house. The staff somehow grumpy. Not greeting. They didn't even recognize that I left the Hotel...
There were pavillons in the garden with uncomfortable hammocks, but anything Else inviting to sit there and enjoy the Place.
- Tj (10/5): Exceptional -
- Aizhan (9/5): nice place with river view - it's a heavenly place we lived in a bungalow, very large, with two huge beds
- Supanai (8/5): Very good - location is great! n/a
- Daan (10/5): very nice! - quiet and clean
- Kirsty (7/5): Good - it was a cool spot, nice location in town! super loud music that went every night pretty late in the night.
- Yossi (8/5): Very good -
- albert_davet (8/5): Lovely place along the river...not so peaceful at night - This place is very pleasant and peaceful...during the day. Staff is friendly and smiling. Breakfast is good. Hammocks by the river Pai for quiet contemplation. Close to the action in this magnet for Western seekers, scavengers, stragglers and for those who pine for Woodstock 1969 to come back forever.
Now that covid is receding into the distance, the pilgrims are back and welcomed by the plentiful bars, cannabis shops, tattoo parlors and massage spots. Yes, this place is in Thailand but it's not of Thailand. At least in the town's center.
OK..the reason I'm not giving five stars....the big downside from this traveler's perspective: once the sun goes down and the bar hopping and buds toking begin, do NOT expect to get a good night's sleep here as the music (if you could even call it that) pounds and pulsates into the wee hours of the early morning. Night after night. Because getting wasted on the cheap if you're a traveling tourist never gets old.
If you want it to be quiet(er), try finding a place a bit away from the town center but within walking distance.
- Kimberly (7/5): Good -
- Mark (10/5): Exceptional -
- Precup (8/5): great rooms in a magical place! -
- Tosca (10/5): Exceptional - peaceful and private
- Subtil (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mitch (9/5): Great location, even better host! - Great location in town! Neng is also a great host with fantastic tips to make Pai thoroughly enjoyable.
- Patrick (9/5): Big room in a great location. - Big comfortable room, easy walking distance to the Pai Walking Street/Night Market and lots of interesting places.
- Ngiet (8/5): Nil - Good location. Near the Pai walking street yet a quiet location right at the end of the walking street near the Pai river. Not the property itself but rather the loud party noise from the resort next door.
- Elizabeth (9/5): Superb - Beautiful rooms and great staff
- Rowena (8/5): great location - the location and staff were great. we asked for extra pillows and they were so attentive. the toilet is quirky but it needs updating. some areas do not look clean
- Joseph (8/5): very nice boutique hotel! good value 👍 - location was near the walking street, but far enough away to get sleep. breakfasts was made to order and excellent. beds were extremely comfy! room had nice scent! we enjoyed our stay here
