• Kristina (6/5): - Отель находится в хорошем расположении для нашей поездки. Удобная транспортная развязка. Убирались в номере каждый день. На просьбы персонал реагировал быстро. Каждый день приносили кофе, чай и воду. Номер не соответствует номеру люкс. Мебель старая, неудобные матрасы и подушки, постельное белье не выглядит как постельное. Такое впечатление, что это порезанные шторы. Детская кроватка грязная. В душевой везде плесень. Ограниченное количество приборов на кухне. Плита неисправна. Фото красивые, а в реальности все ужасно. Не рекомендую это место для отдыха.

• Alper (6/5): - Beware, this is one of the earliest properties of this cityloft chain. It is not ıp to the standards that you would expect if you had stayed their other properties. It needs an urgent rennovation and repair. Otherwise it will cost cityloft a good deal of clients. Air condition was only in the bedroom section nothing in the living room section, lighting was depressive, bathroom in dire need of renewing and enlargement.

Duşakabinin kapısı kapanmıyordu. Kocaman odanın ortasında 1 tane ikili(tekli boyutunda) bir tane tekli. Üzerlerine örtü konulmuş şekilde. Bir daha tercih edeceğimi sanmıyorum.

Rooms looks very cosy and nicely decorated on pictures, but the actual room you get is completely empty, very badly cleaned and smells like smoke. I understand that it’s allowed to smoke in the rooms, but for non smokers it’s very uncomfortable to stay in a room that smells like that.

Pictures looked very warm and cozy but room was just empty and dirty. We asked for a new room and got another that was even worse. We didn’t even stay the night and was refused any refund.

Nothing good about this place or worth spending any money on. Staff are rude and blatantly laugh at concerns. No idea how to deal with customers and only speak Turkish which is fine but they claim to speak other languages. Hung up the phone to booking.come when trying to resolve, shows their professionalism. The senior management were just as dismissive. Room door itself doesn’t fit within the frame nor terrace door lock. Offered another room only after escalating twice and expected to wait a day despite having an empty room next to mine. The your staff made me so uncomfortable it’s not an option. I wouldnt stay there if I was paid to. They are a chain of scammers that make money from theft and falsely advertising the rooms. Very bad impression to İstanbul and left as soon as I could within 12 hours. Thankfully most other hotels are not like this. Do not book

• Artem (4/5): Good location, but everithing is bad. - It was a really big room! The adult bed was very comfortable! Location is great - good restaurants near the hotel and 5 minutes by foot to the Metro station So first impression - the floor looks dirty - it was clean, but it looks like it is not. The light inside the room was partly working, it was impossible to have a dinner with a good light. There was no hot water, only little bit warm; we asked from reception to make it better, but it was never hot, just more warm. The heating (we have been in end of Nov beginning of Dec) was missing. Even Air Condition was impossible to use for the heating. The ceiling on the second floor is very low. And on the beginning Hotel tried to charge me extra money for my children!

When I asked the staff to turn it off, they said it was impossible and suggested using the air conditioner, which unfortunately wasn’t working. On top of that, during the night, waste was being dumped onto the street outside, causing a lot of noise and a terrible smell. Because of the heat from the heating system, it was impossible to close the window. Overall, it was a very unpleasant night.

The room was clean and practical.Bathroom sink had stained silikon but otherwise clean. Very near to metro station and bus stops, excellent location.

Odalar çok dar televizyonlar sadece uydu. Odada vakit geçmedi. Salaş ve özensizdi. bir gün erken çıktık iadede olmuyordu
• DENIS (4/5): - cuisine mal équipée,la télé ne marchait aussipas, le climatiseur non plus, la carte de la porte d'entrée de hébergement ne marchait pas aussi nous étions a chaque fois obligés de solliciter un réceptionniste pour nous ouvrir, la douche ne dégageait pas une bonne odeur et a chaque bain l’eau satanait dans toute la douche on se croirait dans une baignoire, l canapé est vielleux, le menage était fait a peu prés et la nous avons même attirer l'attention d'un des réceptionniste mais bon......séjourné du 16 au 27 février 2024

I booked two apartment i asked if is it possible to give us the apartment in the same floor and the receptionist asked 1000 lira cash for that ! After 3 days they offered another apartment due to ac problem and we moved to another floor resulting in two different floors ( so what was the 1000 lira for ? ) . - sofas were very dirty and has bad smell . - staff not friendly. When you ask them for anything they act as they don’t understand your language I can’t believe that. - when the house keeping clean the room they don’t refill the soap or change the napkins or tissues. - no waste your money here I contacted booking they did not replied to booking.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Sular soğuk akıyor - Jakuzi ve duşta sıcak su akmıyordu. Buz gibi suda duş almak zorunda kaldık. Banyoda diş macunu ve sabun yoktu. Şampuan konulan kutu kırıktı ve şampuan da çok kötüydü. Bir daha asla gitmem. Kimseye de tavsiye etmem.
• Ezgi (2/5): - 3 gecelik bi konaklama için bize en kötü oda verilmişti. Televizyonu hdmi a bağlayamadık, taharet musluğu arızalıydı.
• Ahmet (4/5): Hizmet mi? - İnternet çok çok yavaş. Yatak aşırı rahatsiz. Odanın ce otelin koridorlarında biyalar sökülmüş tarlabaşinda alelade bir motel gibi bir görünüm. Tek iyi nokta persobelin sıcak yaklaşımı. Onun disinda otel çok kötü.

• Suat (8/5): İyi ve tatminkar bir konaklama - Herhangi bir sıkıntı yaşamadık. Çalışanlar nezaketli ve çözüm odaklıydı. Otelin bünyesinde ücretsiz otopark olması bizi rahatlatttı. Oda geniş ve kullanışlıydı. Tekrar İstanbul'a gitsem tercih ederim.

• Yigit (8/5): Fiyat/Performans İyi - Otelin bira bakıma ihtiyacı var, ve yatak yastık konforuna daha dikkat etmesi gerekiyor. Ama genel anlamda fiyatına göre performansı oldukça başarılı. Konumu güzel.
