• Ovidiu (10/5): Excelent - The hotel is located in a good area of Yerevan, just 8-10 min walk to the Cascade Complex. The room and bathroom were very clean and the bed comfortable. All the staff was very helpfull and available at any time.

Good location and cleanliness. - Quiet room, good location, pool and sauna were satisfying, although the sauna was never on when we arrived at the pool which meant we had to wait 45 minutes for the temperature to be ready. The café waitress was extremely nice and helpful. She was the only person taking care of everyone. The breakfast was extremely disappointing! No omelettes, no European style breakfast, scrambled eggs with canned vegetables mixed in, no fresh juices, very little fresh fruit and it wasn’t good quantity. Butter was old, no toast, hard boiled eggs, same two cheeses every day, no variety in sliced deli meat…Very disappointing breakfast. I requested the room temperature to be lowered but it was never lowered. The AC actually broke but was repaired the same day. Receptionist Annie had an attitude problem and kept interrupting and trying over talk me when I asked about the excursions. They tried to charge me for an omelette that had previously been included in the breakfast. The chef had no clue how to cook an omelette, absolutely no clue. Fried eggs were all medium-well to well. No bacon, sausages, ham etc. only thinly sliced Bologna and thinly sliced Only one coffee machine. No toaster. Very poor breakfast and extremely disappointing breakfast for kids.

• Abdalla (10/5): Great place to stay. - The location was perfect walking distance to the center of the city. Staff were great to approach and help. The room was great and relaxing and has everything you need as for a hotel room. Breakfast was so nice and has different choices and it was included. Restaurant staff were so helpful. Thats based on my experience. Diffidently recommended to stay. All good and none of what I didn’t like.

On one day, we waited from 10:00 to 10:30 for eggs, but were later informed that breakfast service had ended. The overall breakfast selection felt more like that of a 3-star hotel.

• Ingrid (10/5): Excellent séjour. - La chambre était spacieuse, la literie très confortable, la gentillesse du personnel, l’excellent petit-déjeuner, la piscine chauffée et la présence d’un sauna. La localisation bien qu’elle peut paraître éloignée du centre, ne l’est pas du tout, en passant par les petites rues, on y arrive en 10 minutes à pied. Quartier assez calme. On y a passés d’excellentes nuits. Peut-être mettre une paroi ou un rideau à la douche pour éviter de tout mouiller et 1 ou 2 crochets pour mettre pendre les essuies car pas facile que de les mettre au dessus du wc.

Très bon petit- déjeuner avec des produits frais. La gentillesse du personnel. La piscine chauffée et le sauna. Tous les jours nous recevions 2 nouvelles bouteilles d’eau. Tout était parfait et comme j’ai dit dans un autre commentaire, peut-être juste rajouter une paroi de douche et des crochets dans la salle de bain.

• Antonio (8/5): - Diciamo pure che nel complesso la struttura è accettabile. Sicuramente ci sono cose da migliorare. Partendo dalla Hall, posso dire che è piccola ma funzionale e ben tenuta. La sala del bar ampia, ma il divano e le poltrone presentavano notevoli segni di usura. Le parti comuni al piano (eravamo al primo) erano ben tenute, come anche l'ascensore. La stanza era molto ampia, attrezzata con telefono, tv led, frigo bar. Il bagno era dotato di una ampia doccia (senza cabina e senza tenda), completo di prodotti per l'igiene personale (shampo, bagnoschiuma, sapone liquido per le mani e finanche lo spazzolino e il dentifricio monouso) Il cambio asciugamani e teli da bagno era giornaliero. La colazione è il punto forte. La sala è molto ampia e ben tenuta, forse troppe piante finte, ma è una questione di gusti. I prodotti erano principalmente per una colazione continentale, oltre che con prodotti tipici (particolare menzione per lo Yogurt). Ampia la scelta ed inoltre variava ogni giorno. Per noi italiani pochi prodotti dolci, almeno per come li intendiamo noi: Solo marmellate, miele, biscotti. Da bere, caffè, latte, cappuccino, diversi tipi di tè, succo d'arancia. Sarebbe lungo elencare tutti i prodotti presenti. Il personale alla reception e alla sala per la colazione è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile. Non abbiamo usufruito della Spa e della piscina. La posizione è ottimale: 5 minuti a piedi dalla fermata della metro. 20 minuti a piedi per la Cascata. 1) Mi sarei aspettato aspettato che in camera vi fosse un prestampato che riportasse i servizi offerti dall'hotel ed altre indicazioni. Anche se devo dire che la persona alla reception ci ha dato tutte le indicazioni al ns arrivo. Ma ricordarle... 2) La camera che ci hanno dato affacciava sul lastrico solare di un altro edificio e non era un bel vedere. 3) La doccia era totalmente aperta, per cui bisognava prestare attenzione per non allagare il bagno. 4) I teli da bagno erano sì puliti, ma oltremodo usurati, spesso bucati addirittura. 5) Il mobilio necessitava di manutenzione, c'erano punti senza vernice, qualche cassetto era difficile da aprire. E poi in un hotel a 4 stelle non ti aspetti di trovare una lampada da comodino di Ikea o simile. 6) La moquette in tutti gli ambienti, ritengo che sia una cosa sorpassata, tipica degli anni 70 e non garantisce un'igiene al 100%, oltre al fatto che la presenza di polvere nel tessuto può provocare disturbi ai soggetti allergici.

• Nasser (10/5): - The hotel is in a nice location, not far to the center (15 min walk). The Staff are very friendly and helpful in everything, I asked for a late checkout on my last day and they let me stay till 17:00 with no extra charges, so really appreciate their understanding. The breakfast is good and there is a supermarket next door which is a big plus. No electric sockets next to the bed but that is not a big deal, plenty can be around the room.

Также в 9 утра в номере 28 градусов, кондиционер с ноября по весну не работает, только отопление. Окно открыть сложно - улица шумная.

Non ho trovato croissant e marmellate -la sauna non era in funzione durante la mia permanenza

• LallinaLaf (8/5): Così così - La camera è bella e spaziosa, moderna e recente. Bel bagno con box doccia. Lo staff gentile, la colazione buona. L'aria condizionata non funzionava, nel senso che spara aria ma non fredda (vedendo che molti lasciavano la finestra aperta immagino sia un problema comune). E' su una strada molto trafficata e, anche se eravamo al 5 piano, era rumorosa (impossibile dormire con la finestra aperta). Le tende non coprono abbastanza bene dalla luce e a noi che piace dormire con il buio, la mattina venivamo svegliati presto dalla luce e dal caldo. La zona non è molto bella, ma comunque in taxi in pochi minuti si arriva in centro.

Сотрудники отеля очень приветливые и вежливые, завтрак был вкусный, с хорошим выбором блюд. На двуспальной кровати были 4 очень большие и неудобные подушки, в итоге пришлось их убрать и спать без них

In vgl.barer Preisklasse ist das Fehlinger Hotel in allen Belangen deutlich besser!

• Natalia (9/5): - Отличный отель, до центра пешком минут 20. Доброжелательные сотрудники, помогают с любым вопросом. Был забронирован стандартный номер , повысили бесплатно до делюкс, номер большой, есть все туалетные принадлежности , тапочки, халаты. Отличный бассейн с сауной ,приятно расслабиться после дневных экскурсий . Вечером ужинали в ресторане пои отеле - все очень вкусно . В номере с утра было очень жарко . Кондиционер отключен сотрудниками, так как со слов работников отеля люди жалуются ,что замерзают . При этом на улице +28. Открытые окна не спасают от духоты
• Denis (8/5): A comfortable and conviniently located hotel, with pool and sauna, 15 min. from City Center - We had a cosy and pleasant stay for 8 nights. Location is superb - 4 min to the metro, 15 min to the city center, a supermarket with ATM inside next door and a drinking fountain right after that. It's just 10 min taxi ride from the city centre. Incredibly safe because it's in a government and embassy district. The pool and sauna are great! They are clean and comfortable, and the water temperature is perfect for relaxing after a long day of walking. Howewer, the shower near the sauna is broken. Hopefully, they will fix it soon. It's almost always empty around 9 pm. The breakfasts were diverse, with lots of vegetables, fruits and drinks. We had a deluxe double room with plenty of space and huge panoramic window. It looks awesome, but it's very noisy when open because off the road right under it. The room also has a king-size bed with huge pillows. The hotel has a bar (open till 23:00) with decient spirits (Ararat 5 is superb) and a few bottled beer options. The minibar in the room was nice as well. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We will definitely return and stay here again someday! I would like to have an additional power plug near the bed. Cause the plug that used for the bed lamp has 110v input socket. There is no suitable adapter to 220v anywhere in the room.|

• Kathleen (10/5): Enjoyed our stay - We enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much.. The bed was comfortable, as were the pillows. The room was bright and spacious with a great view. The breakfast was delicious every morning We liked the location so close to the Metro, Lovers Park, the Assembly building and about a 15 minute walk to the Cascade and the center of the city I had a swim in the pool which was warm. The staff were always helpful. We considered this an excellent hotel. The only thing that let down the experience for us was that the temperature of the room was too hot. We kept the julliet balcony door open all night to cool down the room - which was fine as we were on the 7th floor but maybe not possible for some of the room locations
• SHADI (4/5): - Just the location is the best Breakfast could be better,also I just arrived and wanted to take a shower. While trying to use the bathroom, I noticed that the sink needed fixing. The maintenance team came and started to repair it

Пятна на ковролине. Они явно не свежие, ну можно же почистить?! Спа совсем не понравилось, считаю это слово неприменимо к этому помещению, нужен ремонт.
• Tetiana (9/5): - We liked the location, close enough to the center, we walked to the Cascade. The staff at the hotel is very friendly, I especially want to note the friendly Karina, everything in the restaurant is very tasty (order from the menu). The rooms are spacious, bright, clean. We used the GG taxi service, I also recommend it. The only thing I would change is the breakfasts, that's why I lowered the rating. Very small assortment, we lived for a week, everything was just the same every day, there was not enough salted fish, a larger assortment of sausages and cheese. This is the only remark, everything else is highly rated

• Polina (10/5): - A Hidden Gem in Yerevan – Highly Recommended! We stayed at the Dave Hotel for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience. Our plans changed at the last minute, and we stumbled upon this hotel by chance after reading great reviews—and we’re so glad we did! It was our first time in Yerevan, and although the hotel seems far from the city center on the map, it’s actually very convenient. You can reach the center in just 5 minutes by taxi (around $3) or two quick stops on the metro. The metro station is only a short walk away, and it's clean and safe to use. In fact, being slightly outside the hustle and bustle of the center turned out to be a huge plus: it was quieter, had less traffic, and the air was noticeably fresher. The staff truly made our stay exceptional. Everyone was incredibly welcoming and kind. Breakfasts were delicious, and we also had dinner at the hotel a couple of times. I highly recommend trying the Khashlama—it was the best we had during our entire trip in Armenia. We loved everything about our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return!

• Mario4ST (10/5): Great service and relaxing stay at Dave Yerevan - Great service and relaxing stay at Dave Yerevan All of the staff were very polite and welcoming. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. If you leave the “clean my room” sign on the door, the housekeeping team makes sure everything is in order. The pool and sauna are available free of charge – you just need to let reception know a few hours in advance to use the sauna. Massage services are also available, and the therapists are truly professional. The breakfast could be improved, as food is not refilled automatically – but if you talk to the staff, they will happily bring you anything you need, and it becomes a perfect breakfast experience. Parking is available either right next to the hotel or across the street, and it's really not an issue. Overall, a great stay – relaxing, clean, and with excellent service.

• Julia (10/5): Great and lovely! - Thank you Ani, Karina, Alex and others for making our stay so pleasant and comfortable The rooms are clean and comfortable ;beds and pillows make your stay unbelievably cozy! Robs, slippers, travel kits and all the necessary things are available in the room. No noise from other rooms! Spa is available! Breakfasts are great and diverse. Alex is always managing everything in the breakfast zone to go well and help out if needed. Karina and Ani on the reception are always here to help no matter which question you have. The location is great. Have no idea how you can complain if its 15-18 mns from the very center with a nice walk through the city and parks. Will come back again and recommend for sure!
• Mateus (9/5): good place a bit off the center. good pool and breakfast - was good no bad surprises, we asked for a room in the back and we had it. was silent with the windows closed, have rooms in the front may have more street noise. is a little far from the center but it’s my fault not knowing before. but near the subway, maybe if it was more central would coast a bit more . the room you can’t control the temperature( at least in spring) but is like this everywhere in armenia
• Anush (6/5): A Mediocare Hotel. - The hotel was mediocre. There were stains on the carpet and chairs. The air conditioning was not working. The hotel was in an isolated location with no restaurants or amenities near by. The breakfast was very basic.

The three of us were really impressed by the warm and welcoming staff—they went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The rooms were clean, modern, and cozy, with great attention to detail. The location was ideal—close to the city center but still peaceful and quiet. Breakfast was tasty with a nice variety, and the overall vibe of the hotel was stylish yet relaxed. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Yerevan!

• Viltare (8/5): Overall great hotel - Great location, great view, comfy beds. The breakfast was lovely, everyday new options, and vegetarian/vegan options as well. Some things were a bit old. The sauna was off in the morning, even though it was said it works from 10AM. The towels were very old with wholes in them.
• Dream00815558254 (8/5): Weekend getaway - From when I arrived at Dave Hotel until I left, Ani really took great care of me. I arrived a little before check-in but she was able to get my swiftly checked in and gave me so much information about what I needed to make my stay great. The hotel room (Deluxe) was super spacious and well stocked. The bed was really comfortable. My only criticism about the room is the door making entering the bathroom quite awkward. I almost had to enter the shower to get to the toilet. Perhaps a sliding/folding door would be better. My booking included breakfast everyday. Whilst the options changed daily, there were no protein options other than eggs or cold cut meats. I do wish there were sausages/bacon to add to meals and labels with sauces. I also noted that dairy products like butter, yogurts and milk weren’t kept cool. As a result, one day I took bread and individually wrapped butter which I opened and found had mould inside. On my last day, as my flight was in the evening, Ani so kindly allowed me a very late check out and was very helpful with a few other things, like a food delivery I had etc.. Overall, Dave Hotel is a good place to stay, I would probably skip the breakfast when I next come into town, but will definitely stay here again.
• Eleftheria (8/5): Very good - The size of the room was comfortable, same with bathroom size. It was also very clean. The location was good, a little bit out of the center but close enough to go to and from on foot and also very easy by taxi. The staff were helpful and polite. They would help with taxis if needed as there was always someone at the reception. There is a super-market right next to the hotel for anything you might need, which is super convenient. All in all, I would say it was good value for money and I would recommend it. The beds were too narrow. But great pillows. Some of the towels they provided were too old but spotlessly clean. The breakfast was OK. Not a lot of fresh options, and on some days, the freshly cut fruit and veg were too driled out and spotty.
