- Yevheniia (4/5): - large apartments There was no electric kettle in the apartment. There were no dishes at all. Only four glass glasses. There were no spoons, no forks, no plates, no cups, no saucepan. Nothing. The pillows were simply terrible, very high and hard as rocks. It was impossible to sleep on them. The shower completely shocked me. The drain is in the corner of the bathroom. When you shower, water floods the entire bathroom floor.

- Monika (6/5): Összességében a szállás jó helyen van, de a szolgáltatások minősége alacsony, és amit ígértek, azt több ponton sem kaptu - A pozitívum viszont, hogy a hölgy, aki fogadott minket, nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt. Megengedte, hogy két autóval parkoljunk a helyszínen, annak ellenére, hogy a leírásban csak egy autónak szerepelt parkolóhely. Amikor az elsőként kapott apartmanban nem működött a légkondicionáló, azonnal kaptunk egy másik apartmant, ami jól működött. Sajnos a szállás összességében nem felelt meg az elvárásainknak. Az apartman felszereltsége hiányos volt: a konyhában semmilyen alapfelszerelés nem állt rendelkezésre – sem tányér, sem pohár, sem evőeszköz, még mikrohullámú sütő sem volt, a hűtő pedig nagyon kicsi volt. A reggelit az ár tartalmazta, svédasztalos ellátást ígértek, ehelyett azonban minden nap ugyanazt a kiporciózott adagokat kaptuk az étteremrészben: 4-5 szelet gépsonka, kenyér, vaj, kis méz, lekvár és egy főtt tojás. Semmilyen választék nem volt, és ez a kínálat hét napon keresztül egyáltalán nem változott – ez nem nevezhető svédasztalos reggelinek. Az egész ott-tartózkodásunk alatt egyszer sem takarítottak, és a törölközőket sem cserélték, csak azokat használhattuk, amelyek érkezéskor a szobában voltak. Kértünk felmosót, hogy legalább a fürdőszobát ki tudjuk takarítani (a zuhanyzó után a víz nem folyt le rendesen, így elárasztotta a padlót), de bár megígérték, hogy másnap hoznak, se takarítás, se felmosó nem érkezett.

- Josef (8/5): - Hotel pěkný s novým vybavením, obrovský apartmán se spoustou místa, ochotný personál recepce. Trochu problém s úklidem v pokojích - písek, který se každý den přinesl na nohách, nikdo nezametal, neprobíhal ani úklid koupelny, vždy pouze vynesen odpadkový koš. Jídlo (polopenze) téměř každý den stejné a často studené, jako přílohy neustále jen hranolky a ty nejlevnější těstoviny. Od jídla jsem očekával více.

- Sergei (6/5): Die Leistung könnte besser sein. - Waren 1 woche dort und das Zimmer wurde nicht ein mal gereinigt, ledeglich der Mülleimer wurde jeden Tag geleert. Das Essen war nichts besonderes und nicht abwechslungsreich. Die Mitarbeiter waren dafür alle sehr freundlich.
