These apartments are fully online with no Reception. You will receive a link to fill in personal details for all in your reservation then receive a code for the apartment after payment. The alternative is to visit our central Reception at the Hotel "Palác U Kočků" (Palace At the Cats) which is 10 minutes away on foot. For transport needs or parking please contact us on booking@pragueresidences.com. Telephone contact to our Reservations team using the contact details in your confirmation.

I decided too travel for couple day to Vienna and the 4 Arts kindly agreed to store my luggage at the premises for 3 days until my next check in! Great location and great customer service! - Fernanda (10/5): Lindo y céntrico. - Me encantó el lugar donde estaba ubicado, muy céntrico, la habitación cómoda e ideal para estar solo o en pareja. Contaba con baño propio, cocina, televisión, refrigerador pequeño facilitando poder cocinar en caso de ser necesario. Fui caminando hasta allá desde la estación de trenes y no estaba a mas de 15 min. Con Google map fue muy sencillo ubicarme. Estaba a menos de 10 minutos de la plaza donde se encuentra el reloj astronómico y el entorno parecía bastante seguro. Al principio me costó un poco encontrar el lugar y la habitación, pero una vez que ya estabas ahí y ya te ubicabas, todo estaba excelente.

- Peter (8/5): Perfect location for going out - The location is incredible if you want to be near the old town with a lot of Restaurants and Bars nearby. The place was incredibly clean and super easy to get in and out of. Just beware it is on a very busy street that has garbage trucks coming by during the week after 23:00 and drunk people at all hours. If you come for the party this place is perfect, if you're coming to relax or for business I would book in a different part of town. There was an absolute lack of communication when messages were sent via the booking app to ask about check in Information. No response at all. No follow ups or reminders about check out times etc. I travel frequently and often stay in apartments and I haven't experienced a complete lack of communication like this.

- Sanders (8/5): A good apartment in a great location. - The location is great, entry in the flat was easy using the code sent to me, the apartment was spacious, the bed was comfy and the bathroom was practical, it was a great place to stay. There was work taking place on the ground floor, we were not told about this and there was cutting and drilling which could be heard through the walls, they started each day around 8am, not ideal after enjoying a night in Praha
- Alba (10/5): - Excelente ubicación, puedes ir caminando a cualquier sitio sin problema, se encuentra al lado de la Torre de la Pólvora a tan solo 3 min caminando. Además, dispone de supermercados, restaurantes cerca y tiene buena conexión tanto para la estación de tren como de bus. Lo recomiendo.

Badrum, sovrum, soffor och ett välutrustat kök med ett stort härligt köksbord var perfekt för ett sällskap med 6 personer. Oerhört bekvämt. Rent och fräscht. Vi bodde som kungar. Men! Inte bra när den enda utrymningsvägen blev blockerad av extrasängar utanför lägenheten, de fick vi flytta på själv. Brandsläckare saknades också. Detta med brandsäkerhet behöver ses över.

Das Doppelbett war bequem , jedoch das Beistellbett für die dritte erwachsene Person mega unbequem und sehr instabil.An entspanntes Schlafen war nicht zu denken
- Marian (10/5): Skvelá cena na centrum starého mesta. - Absolútna spokojnosť. Presne podľa očakávania. Mali sme app. 22-Smetana. Nie je to síce "luxus" a vidno menšie známky opotrebenia, ale všetko je plne funkčné a čisté. Postele pohodlné. Hlavnou devízou ubytovania je jeho poloha. V historickom centre mesta, ale v kľudnej ulici. Všetko najdôležitejšie je blízko a dá sa dosiahnuť peši za pár minút. Za tú cenu ťažko nájdete v okolí niečo lepšie. Preto dávam plný počet hviezdičiek. Mne osobne chýbal "obuvák" na topánky. Starší, alebo trochu "objemnejší" hostia by ho určite privítali.

Peccato che il divano letto si sentivano le molle e una parte della struttura in metallo era rotta, il portabottiglie del frigor non era presente, la macchina del caffe non presentava il filtro in nylon e il televisore non riusciva a ricercare i canali.

- ANGEL (7/5): Bien situado, facil acceso y limpio, pero no es cómodo. - La ubicación es muy buena, justo al lado De la Torre de la Polvora, con un Lidl a 3 min caminando y zona de tiendas y restaurantes. La habitacion para 4 al utilizar el sofa para 2 de ellos, se queda corta ya que no hay donde sentarte a descansar si no es en la cama. Solo 3 sillas para comer cuando éramos 4. Uno de los dias nos duchamos con agua fría, el agua caliente no funcionaba. En resumen, lo que no nos ha gustado es que no es un lugar cómodo donde estar fuera de las horas de dormir.

- Alena Kastsiuchyk (9/5): Great place to stay while exploring Prague - We've liked our stay very much! - great location, 5 min from historical center square, but it's quite and calm in the inside patio - clean surroundings and the apartment itself - beautifully arranged spacious rooms with huge windows (but you can use curtains to get it darker) - all basic stuff is available (cutlery, kitchen appliances, iron, hairdryer, etc.) - very helpful staff (our boiler wasn't working at the beginning, but the receptionist responded very quickly (even though it was very late in the evening) and helped us to fix it) no complaints

Le logement est propre, bien entretenu et parfaitement fonctionnel, avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un séjour confortable. Je recommande sans hésiter ! mauvaise isolation, nous entendions les voisins discuter mais cela ne nous a pas empêcher de dormir

- Jure14 (10/5): Super location - Posizione centralissima nel centro storico. Appartamenti di nuova realizzazione, moderni e curati nei dettagli, non manca nulla. Consigliamo gli appartamenti del quarto piano che hanno le terrazze sul tetto che permettono di dominare la città dall'alto... Ottimo per vacanze con gruppi numerosi.
