• Bence (10/5): The best accommodation in Seminyak ! - If you want to stay in Seminyak, this is the accommodation that you should choose!! For the very very good price, you have a pool, a fridge, a fully equipped bathroom, air conditioning, and the most comfortable bed. Also the staff were really helpful and friendly. They helped us with the transportation from the airport. The room was clean and well equipped. There is no noise from the street because it is located in a small alley next to the main road. And the location is fantastic.

• ELLY (7/5): A very good location with welcoming staffs - The location is good and staffs are very helpful and kind. The furnitures were looked old but it didn’t give us any problems while we were staying. At first I was unhappy with the room scents and felt uncomfortable due to smelly. But the staffs accepted our inconveniences and helped out for a better condition of the room.

Close to Seminyak Square, Sea Circus, Eat Street, Hotel Mexicola, Seminyak Beach, Markets. Walk to everything! Pool needs some upgrading. Lights on the steps in the pool were rusted and broken. Outdoor sun chairs could use some new covers.
• Carol (10/5): Cost quiet stay in Seminyak centre. - Nice and quiet yet in the heart of Seminyak. Also a 5 minute walk to the beach. A quiet oasis from the busyness. The bed was very comfortable and the pool was right outside my room. The staff were very polite , friendly and helpful. No complaints at all. Breakfast was not an option but so many wonderful cafes within very close walking distance so it wasn’t a problem.

• Britney (10/5): Worth the stay - For a trip of two friends, this was the perfect spot. Located near to a mart, cafes and to the mall. The staffs are there 24/7 incase you need anything and they’re very attentive and nice :) The place looks exactly like the pictures they’ve posted too. If you’re staying in Seminyak, this is actually a good place to consider. No microwave but not really a big problem. Our tv was moldy. The big mirror on the door is old too and full of black dots but also not a problem, just needs to be upgraded.

Home away from home. As I am an interior designer and entrepreneur… maintenance! The property needs serious work. And, I am willing to help. The property has so much more potential.

The air con in our room was fixed twice but still didn’t properly function, making it extremely difficult to sleep at night and you could not be in the room during the day.

The pool area was the perfect escape from the busy streets. It was quiet at night so we could sleep well. Very relaxed vibe, there aren't many rooms so we often had the whole pool area to ourselves. Close to dozens of shops/food and 10min walk to the beach Nothing :)

Room is huge beautifully decorated & with comfortable toilet facilities. Great location, nearby Seminyak Square, restaurant and cafes all within 3mins walk. Very quiet space. Love love this location. It is small only 4 rooms available here and perfect stay within nearby shops. Toilet floor is wet probably a small leak from the walls/ground near the WC probably due to rainy season.
• Kwai (6/5): Good and Bad - Good location. Kettles need replacing. The rug needs to be replaced, and the sofa's cover is too old and needs replacing. Fridge too noise. This is a non-smoking villa. However, cigarette smoke from staff at the service counter get in to the room via the gap of the door frame.

• Zouhair (7/5): Close to seminyak village. Ideal if you only want to come to the room to sleep. - Location and price are convenient The pool wasn’t well maintained. The drainage in the washroom was poor and the switch for the washroom kept tripping. Pillows weren’t comfortable at all.

Plenty to do and easy access to other areas. The staff were friendly, helpful and always had a smile on their faces. Gave me some great recommendations on shopping spots and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again!

It is such a quiet nice place in the middle of Seminyak, with beautiful architecture and the interior is modern yet with a contemporary design that combines traditional indonesian style with a modern flair. Besides that, the staff in this location is amazing! Kadek, or his nickname Eka is one of the most hardworking, kind people I have met and gave me the most amazing stay that I could wish for! Without him and the rest of this staff, this place would just be another hotel. They really made my stay worth the while. Thank you once more, and untill my next visit in Bali!
