• Kymbat (8/5): - Мы останавливались в этих апартаментах на одну ночь с ребёнком, и в целом остались очень довольны. Всё было чисто, уютно и комфортно для проживания. Апартаменты находятся в хорошем и тихом районе, при этом совсем рядом с центром, что было очень удобно для прогулок по Риму. Персонал оказался очень внимательным, дружелюбным и всегда готовым помочь. Заселение прошло быстро и без проблем. В апартаментах было всё необходимое для короткого пребывания, атмосфера приятная и спокойная, поэтому после насыщенного дня было комфортно отдыхать. Из минусов — в помещении было немного холодно, особенно из-за отсутствия ковров и тапочек. С тапочками было бы гораздо уютнее и комфортнее.

Tutto funziona, c'è quell'attenzione ai dettagli che fa la differenza tra “un posto dove dormire” e “un posto dove vuoi tornare”. Gli ambienti sono accoglienti, puliti e ben organizzati; il personale è disponibile senza essere invadente; l’atmosfera è rilassata ma mai lasciata al caso. Si percepisce chiaramente che dietro c’è una gestione attenta. Molto consigliata per chi cerca comfort, tranquillità e un soggiorno che non ha bisogno di effetti speciali per farsi ricordare. Tutto è andato molto bene.

• Mauricio (10/5): - Estuvimos en contacto para la llegada, la persona que nos recibió super atenta, el lugar estaba limpio y super cómodo, lo mejor es que la hubicacion esta super bien, caminado al coliseo son unos 7 minutos, es muy central. Sin duda lo recomiendo. Que la salida sea tan temprano deberían ser mas flexibles. El check out deberia ser tipo 1pm porque el check in es a las 3pm

• Eugen (1/5): - Property presented is nothing like what I found. No intimacy, the room is actually inside of a apartment, no privacy at all. A man half naked walking around on the hallway. Queue for the bathroom, old furniture, bad smell. “What do you want for these money” they said. I left immediately and booked another hotel room couple of minutes away, for about the same amount, best decision I could possible take in that circumstance. Do not go here, totally fraud. I Asked for refund and they tried to scam me by persuading to cancel reservation. Fraud from start to end.
• Núria (5/5): Limpio pero muy justo.⁷ - El personal perfecto nos entrego la habitación mas pronto de lo que tocaba. Muy bien ubicado en 5 minutos al Coliseo y a 2 minutos de la parada del metro. Se anuncia como apartamento y es una habitación. No puedes cociar. Sólo hay nevera y una cafetera comunitaria fuera de la habitación. El desayuno traen fruta, yogur, bollería industrial, zumo en brick y cápsulas de café El problema es que la leche está en la nevera del pasillo junto con la cafetera y no hay microondas para calentarla.

Lokalizacja w centrum Rzymu,blisko coloseum, świetny kontakt z personelem, no i dobra cena, polecam. Nie ma takiej rzeczy

There was a significant amount of black mould in the bathroom, along with an unpleasant odour that spread throughout the entire flat. Additionally, the overall cleanliness was not satisfactory. While Rome itself was very enjoyable, the condition of this flat was disappointing.

• Caroline (5/5): Rome est une ville magnifique. Nous avons pu apprécier ses merveilles. - Plutôt bien placé. À 20mn de la gare, pratique pour les aller retour à l’aéroport. À 5mn du metro Cavour, pour visiter des lieux excentrés. Près du Colisée et du centre historique. Nous nous sommes déplacés essentiellement à pied. Bonne literie mais pas de couette. On se découvre et on a froid. Petit déjeuner copieux mais pas bon (voir photo du premier). Déposé la veille dans la chambre. Gâteaux, biscuits et croissants industriels. Des fruits pas toujours mûrs. Le café est bon.

• Sara (10/5): - Ho trascorso una notte in questo appartamento e sono stata davvero soddisfatta! La posizione è ideale: vicinissimo al centro storico e a due passi da due linee della metro (A e B). Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile. L'unica pecca è la mansarda sopra, che purtroppo non è accessibile perché troppo bassa, ma non ha influito molto sulla mia esperienza.

• Martin (8/5): Würde ihr wieder buchen - Die Lage ist perfekt.Wenige Meter von der Metrostation Cavour.Zum Bahnhof ( Bus und Bahn) Termini zu Fuss ca. 10 Minuten Forum Romanum und Colosseum kann mannauch bequem zu Fuss erreichen.Subere Unterkunft, freundliches Personal.Das Frühstück das man im Hotel bestellen kann ist für den Preis super.Kaffee und Tee stehen immer zur Verfügung.Angenehm war das das Frühstück schon am Abend vorher bereitgestellt wird.Kühlschrank ist im Zimmer. So ist man am nächsten Tag absolut flexibel.Z.B. bei früher Abreise.

Limpio y el dueño muy majo. Pillamos el desayuno incluido y, el propietario, todos los dias, nos traía fruta fresca, bollería, zumos... Lo recomiendo!

La ubicacion 10/10, cerca del Coliseo, cerca de las paradas de bus y metro, todo lo que se necesita de muy facil acceso. Excelente para conocer la ciudad. El desayuno del primer día solo fue bollería y frutas.

Di suite non ha niente, solo il nome. Sono delle stanze vecchie, cucina fatiscente, doccia nera. Non aspettatevi nulla. Non sono italiani, non sono razzista, solo per informare.
