- Bonnie (8/5): A new experience and a new journey. - We were in Benton for a graduation and the hotel location was perfect. We also walked to the restaurant by our hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We will stay here again when in Benton, AR. I liked the hotel and the staff. The hotel didn't offer adjourning rooms. The staff was accommodating with side by side rooms on the same floor.

The lamp shades were dirty as well. I also requested fora King room and was given a double queen room; even though, the booking statd it was kings avaliable.

It cooled better but not acceptable to be able to sleep comfortably. I'm REALLY picky about my sheets being clean. I check them for any stains. There were two very small stains that looked like blood that hadn't washed out. I made myself sleep in the bed but it REALLY bothered me. The staff was VERY nice and helpful. There were just things they couldn't control. I honestly felt they should have refunded the cost.

The only thing that was negative about the stay was the buffet in the morning. Breakfast really needs to have some sort of meat for protein.

- 284willw (10/5): Helpful staff in Benton - Teri on Reception was super helpful to get us into our rooms early. Clean, quiet and friendly .laundry facilities and lots of parking made this a great stop on our way back to Nashville. Local Walmart and Starbucks close by as well as A big cineplex Big thanks Teri 🙏🏻

- jdwalsh74 (8/5): One Night Stay - The breakfast could have been better, or I was expecting more. The pool was down for maintenance, but we didn't need it this trip. The bed slept great and the tv a lot of selections. Parking was easy and our room was very clean. Everything else was perfect!
- F2820XWtraveljunkie (10/5): Great Hotel, friendly service - I loved this hotel.I had issues with my reservation and Terri was very knowledgeable and friendly. I was very upset as I thought my family and I weren't going to have a place to stay, she was professional and assured my family and I she would take care of everything and not to worry. She did just that! Is was upsetting that the pool was down but the customer service the great breakfast and the amazing g room made up for it all. We will definitely visit again.
- Keri (5/5): OK for one night but probably wouldn't stay there again. - I felt safe. The area was fine. Close to my sister's home. We came for a graduation. The room smelled funny. It looked kind of old. Not dirty just old. It kind of smelled like chlorine.
- Mattocks-mckerlie (10/5): Great facility, people, and location. - Breakfast was on time. Bacon could have been cooked longer, but everything else was great. Bacon could have been cooked more thoroughly.
- martino-smith2025 (6/5): Bad Mattress - Mattress in room 204 was destroyed. Wrecking ball sized indentation (crater) on left side middle of bed where the wrecking ball slept. Wrecking ball sized indentation (width and depth) on the right where the wrecking ball watched TV or read in bed. I let the front desk know and when I returned after work and the room had not been touched decided no biggie and to sleep on the right which did not work out for me (see wrecking ball comments above) as I discovered the 2nd crater.
- alexrW4314ZO (2/5): WORST EXPERIENCE EVER - out of thousands of fairfield hotels i have been to this holds the record for the WORST hotel ever! everything was dirty, bathroom was dirty, sheets were dirty, service was unprofessional and disgusting. a bunch of white woman that hate and don’t know how to do their freaking job. this country is going to crap

- Paul (10/5): - The accessible bathroom was great. Wide door, excellent shower seat which can be lowered onto the floor or folded against the wall, large sink area, very level floor and immaculate appearance.

- Lynnette27 (8/5): If you need a pool, call before booking - Nice room! Love the walk-in shower! Need some storage in the bathroom. Good bad but uncomfortable pillows and loud air conditioning. Great breakfast area! Nice choices, and lots of tables. Close to Hot Springs, pinnacle State Park, Ouachita, and Lake Catherine. We stayed four nights. The disappointing was that I think we should’ve gotten a discount for the room because the pool was not operational. There is no hot tub here.. My husband said he would’ve been furious. If he got here with children and found out the pool wasn’t working. Pool looked green and like no one was touching it. The lady and the afternoon staff was awesome and helped us turn on lights when we wanted to play a game. Room needs bigger garbage cans for people that stay a while like we do and don’t require maid service daily Check to see if the pool is working because there is a 48 hour cancellation policy

- Chrisma (4/5): For the value of what was offered, we will not be staying here again. - Decor and space in second room offered #418. Much more comfortable bed. Original room 404 had several things broken. Mini fridge didnt work, coffee outlet/light didn't work, shower door wouldn't shut completely, bed uncomfortable, broken drawer handles, windows safety broken off. Moved to rm 418. Much better however there were obvious semen and other stains on couch. Swimming pool shut down which is why we choose this hotel. No mention of it when booking. Price was not a good value for what was offered. All carbs on breakfast bar. No proteins
- Kristi (7/5): This is a nice hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. - The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was great! The indoor pool was closed and that was one of the main reasons for stay. I had inquired about the pool when making the reservation and told it was open. Upon check-in a few days later, was told the pool was closed for repairs.

- Jeff (8/5): - There were two issues that kept the rating from being 5 stars across the board. The most frustrating was the door would not lock consistently after entry/exit. I'm not sure if it was an alignment issue with the door or the electronic lock itself, but had to open/close multiple times to get it to lock. The only other issue was the upholstered chair in the room had a large tear in the fabric. If they want to give you room 316, you might want to ask if these issues have been addressed.

- Debbie (10/5): Wonderful after an 8 hour drive. Beds were comfy and room were sparkling clean. - Loved the Jimmy Dean Biscuits!! My husband got his waffle and said it was good. No Fresh Half and Half. Just Coffee Mate. Personal like.
- IsabelS281 (8/5): was a very nice quiet stay - The beds as usual in the USA are super comfortable. The breakfast was surprisingly very good with lots of choices. A smart TV would be great or the possibilty to plug in our devices and stream. Wifi was working good. Overall a good stay because it was quiet and we got a good night sleep.
