• David (10/5): All in all it was very nice. Celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary. - Very good location. Across the street from the Apple Barn, which we love. Peaceful view of the Little Pigeon River. Away from a lot of the more congested areas. The breakfast bar could have had a little more choice . No oatmeal, or yogurt or orange juice and no fruit except bananas that were overripe.

The usual eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, assorted pastries, waffles and so on. Very clean establishment and friendly staff. Very good location close to everything. Put us in a room that only had a stand-up shower that you could barely turn around in. Almost fell out of the shower trying to rinse the soap off of myself. The shower head needs more adjustment to direct the flow of water.

Room was clean and quiet. Lack of hot water. No furniture-table and chairs in room. Only rack for one suitcase. Although we didn’t ask for handicap room, bathtub and hot tub slippery. Not the best quality for the cost.

It was very quiet and a great place to rest and relax. The place itself, like I said, was nice. The staff wasn't very friendly; however, they weren't rude just very right to business. Except for the gentleman who checked us in he was very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was good but not much variety, eggs, sausage, waffles, bananas, oatmeal packages, donuts and bagels. Plain oatmeal was available. I like that! It was quiet and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The water was hot and came out fast. No real cream for coffee, just creamer. corn flakes and fruit loops, but no bran flakes which is what I need when I travel.

The parking situation is awful and honestly felt very unsafe, unless you were able to park very close to the entrance of the hotel. The breakfast was the worst hotel breakfast that we have ever had. They do not clean the rooms daily. The rooms were incredibly dated and the beds were very uncomfortable. We paid over $300 for 2 nights. We have paid much less in the area for much better accommodations. We will not be staying here again.

• christianna (5/5): - The location was great really enjoyed that it very easy to get in and out. The breakfast is also really good and ice machine on all the floors with vending machines. The balcony was also a plus. The bed was definitely worn down and the bathroom needs some updating in the shower area. The front desk also seems a little rude maybe it was a bad day for them. Parking is tight if you have a bigger vehicle. The pool is very small so if your looking for pool time this is not the hotel. I had late check out til 11:30 and the staff was very rude about that being at the door at 11:15 trying to rush me.
