• Mohamed Fasluddeen (3/5): Disappointed. - Location was good. Parking was convenient. The toilet flush was broken. Toilet door knob was broken. Room service was not delivered. Asked for delivery of iron twice, but was not delivered.

• Amalina Halim (10/5): We liked a lot of things but the best part would definitely be the customer service. - Our stay at Nilai Springs Resort was truly enjoyable, but what stood out the most was the exceptional customer service. From the moment we arrived, every staff member, from the entrance team and reception to the concierge and door staff was incredibly welcoming. It genuinely felt like everyone enjoyed serving their guests, which made us feel comfortable, relaxed, and well taken care of throughout our stay. The resort also offers a great variety of food choices, and having a convenience store on-site was very helpful. We loved the hotel’s décor; elegant and thoughtfully designed. In particular, my mum couldn’t stop admiring the dried flower bouquet arrangements; they were so beautifully done that she paused to look at them every time we passed by. Housekeeping was excellent as well; efficient, attentive, and consistently maintaining the cleanliness of our room. Overall, the warm hospitality, lovely ambience, and convenient facilities made our stay at Nilai Springs Resort a memorable one. The TV remote was confusing to my mum.

• Fathila (7/5): Good stay - We chose this hotel because of its location. It is near to a few malls and the airport is around 30 minutes away. The staff were friendly and helpful. The view from our room was also quite nice. The room itself is pretty comfortable with the amenities we needed. We'll stay here again in the future. It looked like they missed a few spots while cleaning. We found a bit of rubbish under the table. As the hotel is a bit old, some parts need maintenance but everything worked fine.

• Nina (6/5): Fine for what we needed - We booked here to be close to the airport for our early flight. Our plan was to spend the afternoon reading by the pool and get an early night before our early flight. We requested two rooms close together and they managed to give us adjoining rooms which was a big help. For the above reason, this hotel was fine for what we needed and we didn't spend long there. However I wouldn't say I would stay there for a longer period of time. The pool area was dated and needed some maintenance attention. We weren't allowed outside food or drink in the pool chair area, but the food that was available to us in this area was incredibly limited (ice cream, popcorn, juice). The staff was a little standoffish which made us feel a little unwelcome and meant we didn't want to ask for help or assistance when we needed it.

• ABDUL MANAP (4/5): - I was not satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The parking area was very dark at night with no lights, which felt unsafe. The room had a strange smell upon entering, making it uncomfortable. The bathroom smelled bad and was poorly maintained. From my room, I could hear noise from the upper floor, including the sound of people working, which disturbed my rest. Overall, I hope the hotel management improves these issues as they greatly affect guest comfort.

Will Return again stay for couples of days! - Happy with everything just the Bath towel is not fit enough to used (the materials is somehow not like cotton and quite hard when your wipe your body and does not absorbs water well. Should consider the better quality towels. The shower cap box is setup but it’s empty ( reported to supervisor and it’s replaced). Food for dinner buffet was delicious and good preparation. Staff all are friendly and only that the parking area is So DARK. Should consider brighten it up (safety concerns). Should allowed if hotel is not busy ..ladies driver can park the car just at the front lobby. Spacious Lobby..nice lounge but closed too early. Same to restaurant Hot Pot.

Very nice pool as well The room service was bad. Even when we asked for plates and cutlery, they weren’t provided. When we asked for ice, we were charged for it.

• BCR (4/5): Prijs kwaliteit verhouding niet oké. - Ach, er ligt een golfbaan omheen. Dus als dat je hobby is, is het misschien nog wel te doen. Oud, vervallen, vergane glorie. Restaurant biedt weinig variatie en kwaliteit is erg laag.

I booked for the connecting room and are told by the staff (telephone call) to choose Deluxe and Superior room but when check in, we are told the connecting room are full and only for superior room only. Thank God they gave us room nearest to other room. Sadly there was no breakfast including the price. There were no carpet dan iron in the Superior room.
