- Michele (10/5): Our stay at Schoenbrunn Inn - Exceptionally clean facility! I'm a ridiculous germophobe 😆 but I found the Inn positively perfect! The pool area, the restroom, the breakfast area, and most importantly our room, we're all spotless! I very much enjoyed the continental breakfast but even moreso the on sight pub. Every staff member we encountered was pleasant, welcoming, and helpful. We will absolutely stay there again! Oh, and this is the first hotel I've stayed at where there was ZERO hallway noise even though there appeared to be a full house and many children!!! The tub in our shower didn't drain well and that was kind of a bummer but I got over it.

In addition to the on-side bar (open until midnight) and restaurant, the hotel features a large pool and hot tub leaving guests wanting for little more to do during their stay. We really appreciated and used all of the facilities. Fitness room appeared cramped and unappealing.

Only negative was our room was near to exit door and flood light was super bright, so we had to keep the window shade down at night and our AC was a little loud when it comes on. - Carly (4/5): Less than hospitable - Room was clean, facility was clean. Pillows were hard, mattresses creaked, bathroom door hinges were bent so the door did not close. But most of all the manager has terrible customer service, tried to charge me twice and argue when my card was declined because they had taken the money earlier in the day before I arrived. I was trying to explain that I was already charged and show her my bank statement, she got very rude and argumentative, held me at the desk for 30 minutes at midnight with tired kids in the car. Despite catching me later to apologize, the interaction was less than hospitable, from someone who worked in hospitality for ten years and won awards for it.
- 899dreamac (10/5): Birthday Weekend Getaway - Spent the weekend with my daughter and grandchildren. We had a wonderful time. The front desk was great and very informative. I also wanted to say that the maid service was very attentive and accommodating. The hotel was clean, as well as the swimming pool and the hot tub. We also enjoyed the breakfast area in the mornings. I would definitely recommend Schoenbrunn Inn for your next trip stay.

The breakfast was just enough! Over all we enjoyed our stay! And we will be back again for sure!! There's nothing we did not like!

From Becky who called to confirm our reservation, to the front desk staff who were kind and welcoming, to Dillon the bartender who took EXCELLENT care of us two rights in a row, to the cleaning staff, and the breakfast crew too!! Thank you all for being a part of an awesome weekend for my family!
- Verified traveler (4/5): - the rooms needed alot of work yet, carpets need to be replaced in rooms. we needed to put towels down on floor in areas especially to put our cpap machine and oxygen concentrator on so the tubing would not touch the poor carpets. we asked for extension cord since there weren't plugs on both sides of bed. The night desk clerk was fantastic and helpfull the day staff was good. We checked out 3 days early and the manager gave us our money back for the balance of the stay. We heard they had upgraded since out last stay a few years ago. were disappointed.

- Jill (5/5): A budget hotel that could be much better with some needed updates - The location was close to a wedding venue that we needed to reach. The breakfast area was bright, and there was a pool; however, we didn't use it, so I can't comment on it. The staff was very friendly and check-in and check-out was easy. The room we had had an older air-conditioning unit, which made the room smell musty and a bit unpleasant.

I don't care for the illegal drugs but don't care that it's what they were smoking. Smoking is smoking and shouldn't have been allowed. That is the point of NO SMOKING. They should have taken it outside. Also, we were promised a pet free facility. Two different dogs were in the hall not on a leash with their owners talking to the front desk staff. My husband is allergic. It's why we chose the hotel. Front desk staff was ambivalent when we complained. By all rights, we didn't get what we paid for [bargained for consideration] and should receive a refund for at least one of the 2 nights.

- Jay (8/5): Acceptable night's sleep with sub-standard breakfast. - Bed was comfortable; shower water hot and room was quiet The breakfast was all 'processed food.' Would have preferred at least scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, etc., not in the form of a 'breakfast sandwich.' Also, initial room smelled horridly of smoke, even though all rooms are 'non-smoking' - desk manager was very helpful in securing an alternate room which was great!

- John (10/5): Short overnight stay that was quiet, comfortable, and loaded with mid-Ohio friendliness & efficiency - We ate what I think of as a standard American continental breakfast with some prepackaged items and some fresh fruit, fruit juices, coffee, and milk. It was more than adequate to get our day going. The coffee. We are particular and missed the robustness of our favorites.
