• Michael (4/5): I feel if more hotels put in non carpet flooring it would feel much cleaner - The staff very nice !! Unfortunately when we were unpacking we found a pair of women’s underwear on one of the kitchen chairs! When leaving we spoke with the girl assigned to our room for cleaning and she had no apologies no emotion what so ever!!! So it makes me feel how clean are these rooms????

Gave an early check in after an exhausting 7 hour car ride to get there in the blizzard:) beds/pillows super cozy, glad they booked the rooms well and put all the families for hockey tournaments on one floor so the other guests could sleep well:). BTW - heard the young boys hockey team did well so good for them The breakfast is quite varied with hot and cold items and coffee and tea available all day. Will stay again and recommend this hotel more toilet paper in room. ran out and that was the only roll in the room. had to go to front dest to pick another roll up Our view was the highway and gas station but it was across the street and no problem sleeping though -- quiet and didn't hear the traffic. would recommend a kettle in the room Maybe an additional blanket for sleepers who are cold an night

• S (9/5): A very pleasant stay - The staff were all very helpful and professional, from the receptionists to the breakfast room staff to the cleaners. Our room was very clean (not easy with winter mud) with a comfortable bed and a well stocked kitchenette. (Plus there is a list of items that can be borrowed.) The included breakfast had variety. The pool was a real bonus. The location is great, close to the 401 but quiet. The rooms at the front look onto a parking lot and the ones at the back onto a wooded area.

The kitchenette and everything one would like to cook a good meal. The pool was really nice, perfect water temperature for my morning swim. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was nice. There was no shower/change room by the pool.

Wir waren als Familie zu 4 unterwegs und es war nur ein Bett gerichtet- die Dame an der Rezeption erklärte uns das Ausziehsofa müssen wir selber richten. Ist uns bei unseren bisherigen Reisen zu 4 noch nie passiert.

• Russell (4/5): - Upon arrival after 4pm i was told due to selling out my room was not ready. While staff tried to be accommodating it felt like i was inconvenient. They had difficulty checking me even though my room was not ready. They gave a very unconvincing apology for the lack of rooms available. Then promised to call me when my room was ready. After 2 hours of no calling and me approaching reception i got anotber fake apology due to not calling me. Nothing was offered for my inconvenience. Twice i had to visit reception for room supplies during my.stay as necessities were not avaliable. I will not be visiting this location again.

It would be great if they had uncooked pasta and pasta sauce available I love that they don’t have a store but the have a snack bar that you can have the reception do the charge for! You can eat 24/hrs without issue

• Mona (10/5): - The staff is just incredible. The ladies in the dining hall: SUCH WORK ETHIC! The ladies tidying up our room: AMAZING. The ladies and gentleman at the front desk: EFFICIENT & POLITE. The room is PERFECT!! We traveled with a 9 month old baby. It is spacious enough for a playpen in the room and living room. We also had a stroller and cart open inside at all times. The kitchen has a medium size fridge and freezer, microwave, oven and dishwasher (!!!). The hotel has washers and dryers ($4) if you need to wash a load or two. The shower is big enough for an adult and baby tub. Definetly returning! Thank you for making our first family vacation a great one.

I have been very happy with the pool/hot tub area, the staff and service, cleanliness, the breakfast and parking. I was concerned about noise being by the casino but in my 3 nights staying over two weekends, there was never any noise or issues at all. We only had some small suggestions for improvement- I missed my earl grey tea and hot chocolate for the kids that is often available at other hotels, and having the pool towels available without having to ask at the front desk. Also, in the 1 bedroom suite- the pull out couch situation was different and quite hard/uncomfortable for the kids. We did wish it was an older fashioned kind of pull out couch or that a different mattress was available to put on top. We would definitely stay here again.
