• Daniel (10/5): Ein Hotel mit dem Charme der 1920er Jahre. - Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum von Samobor und ist berühmt für seine grandiosen Kremschnitten (unbedingt dort probieren!). Unser Zimmer lag in einem hinteren Gebäudeteil, so dass es sehr ruhig war. Die Einrichtung ist im Stil der 20er Jahre des letzten Jahrhunderts gehalten und sowohl das Zimmer als auch das Bad waren sehr groß. Das Badezimmer verfügte über eine große Badewanne und eine Dusche. Unser Bett war bequem und es stand ein kleiner Schreibtisch zur Verfügung. Das WLAN hat gut funktioniert. Einen zu bezahlenden Parkplatz, der nicht ausschließlich für das Hotel gedacht ist, gibt es hinter dem Gebäude. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und entspricht dem üblichen Standard. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hatten nichts auszusetzen.

Hotel is right in the middle of town and there is free parking behind the hotel Rooms were generous and beautifully appointed.

• Ivana (10/5): Charming, Affordable and Perfectly Located - Charming, an old-fashioned gem in the heart of the city. Its classic decor, warm atmosphere and top-notch staff make for a delightful stay. Perfect location, great value—highly recommend!
• Sheila (9/5): Great experience and very helpful and friendly stuff. - We stayed at this hotel during the low season, so we had the entire side building to ourselves, which made for an excellent experience. The building itself is old and full of charm. The only potential concern might be during high season, as the rooms aren’t soundproof.

Rooms were huge, amazing king size bed, massive bathroom with modern bath and a separate shower, twin vanities. Decor of the hotel was olde world but excellent and clean and well maintained Location was very good, plenty of bars, restaurants and shops in the main square Rooms were lacking usual hotel facilities, safe, barfridge, tea/coffee making. No room service

• John (8/5): Convenient hotel with character in nice old town - Central location in Samobor, with its own parking. A little awkward to drive to. OK once one knows the route. Sound of heavy rainfall on the roof above my bedroom was very loud.
• Christine (8/5): Quaint hotel centrally located with free car parking - This is a very quaint hotel and we were warmly greeted by Lara who is helpful and friendly. The rooms are a reasonable size and are quiet and comfortable although the hotel and its rooms are is in need of refurbishment. The hotel is centrally located and provides free car parking at the rear of the hotel. The hotel's restaurant is comfortably furnished and provides quality, well priced meals with good service. The curtains at the window were not wide enough to cover the window, otherwise the room was adequate for a couple for 1 night's stay.

Breakfast not the best, had to ask for coffee on second morning... only one boiled egg and little bacon - very poor. The room was not serviced....a lot of the decor was damaged, the bathroom needed attention, no plug in hand basin and plughole needed attention. No mattress protector on mattress. Was concerned as people were checking out who had just arrived!

The info provided from the hotel by mail was a little confussing also. On the contrary the lady at the reception on the day of check-in was very supportive and has my thanks for her kind support.
• Roy (9/5): Summertime revisit to Samobor - We like the location in the centre of town; being right in the Jazz festival was a real bonus! Only that there was no mini fridge for keeping water cool, but these seem to be missing everywhere these days.

• Zeljko (9/5): DIFFERENT HOTEL IN SWEET SAMOBOR - - interesting room with old furniture which we liked - spacious room and comfy beds - stuff at reception desk are professional, kind and polite, especially lady who worked on saturday evening, really nice approach - location with parking - hotel interior is different than the other ones - their own cafe with sweets - they should take better care for all the guest during the whole breakfast time, they dont offer wide range of hot dishes, for those two, they should not let to get cold after 9 o clock, breakfast overall is not highlight, but it is ok.

• Burton (9/5): Beautiful hotel in the heart of Samobor - Staff at the hotel were brilliant, very flexible with late check in and early check out, even sending us a little personalized video to show where we needed to go when we arrived and where our room was. They were also very helpful in providing a room that was as accessible as possible in a historic building, up just a handful of steps and easy enough for us to access with mobility issues. The room was beautiful, with a large and gorgeous bathroom and huge corner bath. When we accidentally left something behind they were happy to hold onto it for us until a local friend could go to pick it up. We did have a small issue with some very loud cleaning staff starting an early shift at 6am and waking us up a couple of times. But we messaged Zlana about this and she spoke to them very quickly and was very apologetic!

Car park(5 euro Surcharge) is a great option for whom are traveling by car in the region. A bit old with some maintenance needed to keep up with international standards. The bathroom was ok but no more. Breakfast just ok.
