• Bob (8/5): Friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere - Close to tram that provided quick access to Zagreb central. Very helpful and friendly staff We stayed twice and the first room we had was very small

• John (9/5): Great hotel - Location is very good, tram stops right out the front of the hotel and they're the best way to get around town. Staff were great, very friendly and helpful. Lovely cafe in the lobby. Room was spacious and clean. Nice recently fitted bathroom. No kettle in the bedroom(yes, I am British), but staff will happily give you hot water for tea from the cafe at reception which I did morning and night. Slight tram noise in the morning(my room was at the front), the trams are beautiful though.

• Veselina (7/5): Good for business trip - The hotel had a good location for me, even though it is not so close to the old town. Nice and quiet neighbourhood! The best were the staff - most kind, welcoming, service oriented girls, efficient and caring! Housekeeping was great - change of towels, nice room, clean bathroom! My room was on the ground floor and too noisy from the corridor and reception; also I could feel the smoke of cigarettes from outside or maybe a smoking room next door - very unpleasant;(

• Sonia (1/5): Soggiorno pessimo - Personale gentile e ci hanno dato giuste indicazioni per girare in città La struttura non corrisponde al numero delle "stelle" È vecchia ed umida e tutta la notte si avverte nelle camere un continuo rumore assordante che probabilmente deriva dalle ventole o sistema di areazione della struttura e c'è sempre un cattivo odore nauseabondo. Nel bagno non c'è il bidet e nonostante avessimo chiesto un asciugamani in aggiunta non ci è stato dato. La reception è piccola e la sala ristorante è situata in una specie di sottoscala accanto a dei bagni la cui porta è sempre aperta e da dove fuoriesce un "odore a dir poco sgradevole". La colazione è scarsa e poco variegata anche se le "ragazze della sala colazione" sempre gentili ci hanno portato a richiesta dei minicroissant. Al tutto non darei più di una stella.

• Juan Carlos Molero González (10/5): Comodidad y amabilidad - Hotel con habitaciones espaciosas con cama y almohadas muy cómodas. Cuarto de baño amplio. Buen diseño en cada planta, destacando el hall y el comedor. Gran variedad en el desayuno, para elegir salado o dulce. El personal muy amable, dispuesto a ayudar y muy profesional. Buenas comunicación con el tranvía a la plaza principal de Zagreb (a tres paradas con el tranvía) y a dos paradas de la estación de tren. Volveremos.

• LY GALERNE (10/5): Je recommande - La situation de l’hôtel est parfaite et non loin du centre ville (à peine 1km ; 15 mins à pied ; ça se fait bien)! Parking disponible (ou un autre a 2 mins en voiture), du personnel au top et une chambre impeccable. Que demander de plus? Rien à dire lors de notre séjour.

• Olga Spyres (7/5): - The receptionist spoke English very well. Central location near Nilola Tesla museum Breakfast had variety. Room and bathroom were clean. The main reason we booked there was the parking. When we checked in at 8:30pm we were told that their parking was full. We had to go to a private parking (9 euros/day was not bad) 10minutes away on foot.The reception area was very small and crowded. Narrow corridors, and breakfast areas below ground level. Dilapidated exterior with old worn look, similar with area. Trams pass right in front of hotel. Coffee was terrible. Definitely not a 4-star hotel.

• Giovanni S (6/5): Zagabria ora fa parte della nostra scoperta delle citta Austro-Ungariche - senz'altro " LA POSIZIONE" è ottima per girare la citta a piedi o con i mezzi pubblici visto che le fermate dei tram sono di fronte all'hotel. La possibilità di avere un parcheggio (seppur a pagamento ) all'interno della struttura La struttura non corrisponde ad un quattro stelle , seppur economico le foto inserite in Booking sono fuorvianti 1 Il terzo letto della stanza tripla, non è altro che un divano letto di bassa qualità 2 A me non crea problemi ma nel bagno di un 4 stelle non trovare il BIDET!!😁🤦‍♀️ 3 Per quanto rigurda la colazione, anche se era abbondante per quello che offrivano, si notava una mancanza di dolci, la macchinetta del caffè/cappuccino ecc.ecc. prepara un caffè solubile imbevibile, da sostituire assolutamente 4 Ogni tanto bisognerebbe controllare le serrature delle porte 5 l'insonorizzazione delle camere posizionate fronte strada, il passaggio dei tram fino a notte inoltrata è abbastanza invadente

• Frank (7/5): Small hotel, friendly staff - The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and they really made you feel welcome and comfortable. The hotel is not located directly in the city center, but it is about a 20 minute walk away and is easily connected by tram. Yes, if that is what you mean, it should be written “opened later than announced.” Here is the corrected and smoother version: The room was too hot, and although the temperature control was clearly visible, it did not actually change the temperature. I had to contact reception, and they eventually turned off the heating. The hotel is located in a busy transit area and the sound insulation is not very good, so it can be quite loud, especially due to the traffic outside. The breakfast selection was complete, but it was spread across two different rooms without a very logical organization, which made it somewhat inconvenient to find things. As I had to leave early, I was also a bit frustrated that breakfast opened later than announced, leaving me with only a few minutes to eat before departing. In this case, punctuality would have been appreciated.
