They cleaned and restocked our rooms everyday and it was nice to come back to a clean room. The front desk staff were very kind and the shuttle into town was always quick and available. We wish there was a gym.

• Roland (5/5): Gemischte Gefühle - Freundlichkeit des Personals und Mühe der Managerin. Unser Aufenthalt im Yoma Hotel in Pai war leider sehr zwiegespalten. Zunächst möchten wir betonen, dass das Personal wirklich außergewöhnlich freundlich, bemüht und zuvorkommend war. Bereits beim Check-in wurden wir von einer sehr netten Empfangsdame sowie einem weiteren Mitarbeiter herzlich empfangen und bestens behandelt. Genau dieser Service und die Hilfsbereitschaft des Teams haben unseren Aufenthalt am Ende noch gerettet. Wir hatten die teuerste Zimmerkategorie – die Villa mit schöner Aussicht und eigenem Balkon bzw. Terrasse – gebucht und uns aufgrund der Bilder auf einen besonderen Aufenthalt gefreut. Leider mussten wir beim Betreten des Zimmers sofort feststellen, dass die Realität absolut nicht den Bildern entsprach. Die Zimmer wirkten sehr heruntergekommen. Die Wände waren einfach mit einer anderen Farbe übermalt worden, was sehr unsauber und unprofessionell aussah. Auf dem Tisch befanden sich Farbflecken von der Wandfarbe. Die Dusche war extrem verkalkt und wirkte ungepflegt, die Fensterscheiben waren stark verschmiert und generell war die Sauberkeit enttäuschend. Auch der Außenbereich war lieblos gestaltet. Die Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten wirkten ungepflegt, die Polster waren teilweise verschmutzt und wir fanden zahlreiche Ameisen – sowohl auf dem Balkon als auch im Zimmer selbst. Besonders unangenehm war ein Stuhl im Zimmer, dessen Sitzpolster wirklich stark verschmutzt und unhygienisch wirkte. Wir haben uns danach die gesamte Hotelanlage angesehen. Der Pool war zwar in Ordnung, jedoch wirkte der restliche Bereich des Hotels leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen und wenig gepflegt. Man hatte das Gefühl, dass über längere Zeit kaum Liebe oder Investitionen in die Anlage geflossen sind. Auch der Rezeptions- und Frühstücksbereich wirkten leer, ungemütlich und wenig einladend. Das gesamte Hotel hatte leider eine etwas ausgestorbene Atmosphäre.

• hana (8/5): 季節的にヘイズの問題はありましたが、リゾート自体はプライベートさが保たれながら、サービスは良く、家で過ごすようにリラックスできました。 - スタッフたちは、とてもにこやかで、勤勉で親切でした。 施設自体はすでに数年経っていますが、その分、建物や庭のメンテナンスをこまめにしていますし（ちょうどその様子も見ました！）、清潔に保たれていて快適です。 水やタオルなどのアメニティの補充交換も行き届いています。 不便にはならない程度でしたが、洗面所の水道コックに少し水漏れがありました。ヴィラのA02です。 でも、メンテナンスの職人さんたちが働いていたので、これもきっと改善されることでしょう。

• Alex (8/5): Lovely spot. - The staff were so lovely, they have a free shuttle you can use to get to the bus station or the Aya shuttle station. Same shuttle can also be used to get in/out of town to the hotel. Room was clean and relatively modern. Breakfast was pretty decent. Pool is also really nice, plus a nice view to look out on. Was a pleasant stay.

• Анита (10/5): Шикарный отель, 10/10 - Отель соответствует фотографиям, все чисто, красиво и эстетично. Рекомендую брать номера с видом на горы, это невероятно. Завтраки супер, разнообразно, вкусно, ресторан видовой отличный. Велосипеды, которые предоставляет отель гостям, чуть староваты, на них не получилось безопасно покататься. Но это мелочь.

• Frank023 (8/5): Prima hotel, wel wat kleine onderhoudspuntjes - Mooi zwembad, Fijne kamer en zeer vriendelijk personeel. Zijn veelal kleine puntjes, maar wel wat achterstallig onderhoud. Niet werkende lamp, stopcontact los, toiletrolhouder met 1 schroefje vast. Allemaal eenvoudig en snel op te lossen en eenmaal opgelost zou het perfect zijn.

• Jamila (8/5): Amazing stay in the nature - I loved the view from my room and the huge bathroom. The pool was also really fresh, clean and beautiful. Breakfast was perfect. There is also a cat around the property and he is such a cutie. The shuttle service is absolutely perfect. The room didn’t have a smart tv with Netflix. There were no power outlets close to the bed. The fridge was very loud. It wasn’t isolated very well and you could hear everything from outside. The sun at the pool leaves by 4pm.

The bed was comfortable, although a little hard, and the room had balcony and spacious shower. All in all, good value for money. Staff were nice. The hotel is a little old and outdated, and it feels like it. The furniture and the condition of the room shows it’s been used a lot and not in the best shape. The room was pretty clean, but could have been better. Breakfast was okay, with variety of food, but also not the best we’ve had and just enough to start the day.

• ian (9/5): Hidden gem in Pai - Location was great for getting into town easily yet the hotel was set in a valley with fantastic views of the surrounding hills. Use of free shuttle bus to and from town when needed was an excellent unexpected bonus. Suggest you choose a room with 2x sun loungers on balcony for best experience. Pool whilst refreshing after taking in the rays or day out, was too cold for a prolonged dip for me but even a short dip for others.

Die Landschaft ist einfach spektakulär Das Personal spricht leider bis auf eine Ausnahme sehr schlecht Englisch. Das Frühstück an sich wäre sehr gut. Leider sind die warmen Speisen fast alle lauwarm bis kalt, da auch bei 11 Grad Außentemperatur nicht darauf geachtet wird, daß die Deckel wieder geschlossen werden.

Petit déjeuner pas à notre goût, portes qui ne se ferment pas correctement, pas d'isolation phonique, chambre sous le lieu de réception/ petit déjeuner donc chaise extrêmement bruyantes du soir au matin. Petit déjeuner de 7h à 10h et en extérieur (belle vue mais il fait froid), piscine non chauffée et donc tout le temps gelée.

Walkable to walking street but also shuttle van useful for transporting luggage. Nice pool area with lovely views of the garden, rice fields and mountains. Buffet breakfast with great selection of western and local options. Staff all very helpful and friendly. The resident cat Bai always around to say hi and accept scratches. 2 bottles of water every day for the room. Bungalow a little tired perhaps with sewage smell at times(bungalow 4). Not clean behind the sink. Balcony doors a bit tough to close and lock. All not unusual for Thailand so not a deal breaker. The only real improvement to suggest would be to change the bathroom bin every day as you can’t flush toilet paper. We didn’t want to hang the make up room sign on the door as we didn’t need new towels and the room cleaning each day. But it was the only clear way to get the toilet bin changed. We stayed for 7 days so made up room 3 times. Finally, it’s a no smoking hotel so had to go on the street to smoke.

• Linda (8/5): Goed hotel nabij centrum Pai - De ligging was goed. Mooi uitzicht vanaf onze kamer en het zwembad. De shuttleservice naar het centrum was ook prima. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet maar helaas waren de gerechten niet echt warm. Lag veel stof op de bovenste planken van kast in badkamer. Er hing nare rooklucht in de kamer. Kamer was wat klein. Wel lamp naast het bed maar geen stopcontact waar de stekker in kon.
• Monique (9/5): YOMA HOTEL et THE QUARTER sont des établissements exceptionnels - L’accueil est parfait, ils prennent bien le temps d’expliquer. Le personnel quel qu’il soit est prévenant, souriant. Équipement et propreté, rien à redire. Coin piscine très Cosi avec des transats hyper confortables. Pour ma part, j’ai eu une chambre sous la salle de restaurant donc dès que les gens venaient déjeuner j’entendais le bruit des chaises, c’était vraiment un problème ( je restais 9 nuits) MAIS ils m’ont proposé de changer d’hôtel (car ils ne savaient pas me donner une autre chambre), hôtel de leur famille, qui avait toutes les qualités de l’autre. J’ai donc séjourné à THE QUARTER. Je recommande vivement ces deux hôtels et remercie les hôteliers d’avoir trouvé une solution
