Guest Reviews
- JIANBO (6/5): - computer down
- shymaa (2/5): - Very Disgusting, room extremely dirty, bathroom window is broken, AC is broken, the sheets were dirty. There was no soap we had to actually ask for soap.
- Stacy (10/5): Good stay - Good stay
- john (8/5): Price - Good night sleep at a reasonable price
Noisy bar across road from hotel bug box fan and JBL speakers blocked it out
Not fancy but ok
- Verified traveler (6/5): A good , basic , affordable motel. - Close to the highway so really easy to get too. About an hr from Captiva and Sanibel island and on the outskirts of fort myers.
I good , basic motel. Just what I was looking for.
- Heather (2/5): - It is very run down and known from the locals that peticular motel is designated for drug dealings and prostitution.. When i arrived i already knew what kind of environment i was going to be dealing with.. But the room was listed for the cheapest i could find!!..But when we arrived.. 1st off.. Both lanes on Palm Beach Blvd were closed due: to the Mc Donalds across the steeet from the motel has a guy start shooting up the place shooting 2 cops and then locked himself I'm the bathroom for hours.. That right there tells you that it has very high crime rating. Anyways the owner came out and said we have no vacancy so leave.. Yet he is listed in every ad there is when it shows the cheapest hotels in fort myers.
- Victor (2/5): - Thank God the staying was just for 2 nights and just to pass over the night, otherwise this place is horrible. There was no hot water, the ice and the soda machine were broken.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - The place looked so bad from the outside l did no go in . Just decided to loos the money. I usually have very good choices from Expida but this is the first timel was discounted in what l received.
- Elvis (2/5): - No tuve ningún servició no hubo cuarto disponible o tuve estancia.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - No good ..............................:::::...............
- Douglas (2/5): - I ooked a room and tgey told me they didnt take money when they clearly did they lied and stolen my money this place is nothing but a scam they need to be shut down cause this was so unfair
- Nickie (2/5): Motel from hell - We we never had a chance after booking are room in advance we got there and was told that he never had the room and would not until after the 24th leaving us with know place to go I will never book with them again. The property was run down and grose
- Verified traveler (2/5): - It was dirty outdated black mold throughout entire bathroom, black mold inside shower curtain hole in bottom of shower where i assume was a drain at some point. The entire room was filthy stains on beddding, bed, curtain, phone in room had no buttons and wasnt even plugged in. The absolute worse motel i have ever stayed in.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - nice people no morning coffee but a fridge and micowave
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Easily accessible. Units are all on one floor. Could use hangers & more electric outlets.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Friendly staff. Helpful and efficient. Well organized. Checked earlier than expected.
- Verified traveler (2/5): yuck - We pulled up there were people hanging out in front of rooms on folding chairs. We did not stay.
- laura (2/5): Not clean - The stove was covered in food residue the cabinets where gross and their was no hot water
- Verified traveler (2/5): Don’t stay awful - We got in very late at night so we had to stay, nowhere else to go. The room was filthy the bathroom was disgusting. The bedding was stained and stinky. I actually slept in my robe because I was afraid of bedbugs. And to top it off I left my robe in the bedding, I call the owner the day we left to pick it up and she was very rude to me and hung up on me. It was a brand-new robe so the next day I drove from Matlacha Island to pick it up as we were just starting our trip and I wanted to have my robe and I new they had it,Spoke directly to the owner this time, the gentleman and he told me it was never found obviously very disappointed. I really regret not taking pictures to show how disgusting it really was!!!
- Jessica (2/5): Rude staff- charged my card twice - The staff was rude and seemed disappointed that I was there. Knocked at the door right at 10 am for me to get out of there. Later I found my card had been charged twice and they were unhelpful in correcting the issue.
- Antoinette (8/5): - The stay was excellent , the staff was great , The motel need to fix the bottom of the door , it's easy access for Bugs to enter the room .
- Eric (2/5): - Garbage hotel for the price.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Rude front desk, rooms smell, dirty, humid, overall disgusting.
- alvin (2/5): nice kitchen - the wifi didnt work at all. the cable was limited
- Verified traveler (2/5): Stay away!!! - When I got there the credit card machine was down I don't carry cash on me so I had to go find somewhere to get money which cost me $3 I accidentally locked my door and they wanted to charge me $5 to let me in the room. Very poor business. Didn't even have hot water it was noisy outside till 3 a.m. would not recommend to nobody
- Verified traveler (2/5): - This was the worst place I have ever stayed in. The bathroom door had dried human feces streaks on it as well as the a few places on the bathroom walls. the shower had mold on the lower level of the walls.
the location was across the street from a Latino bar that blared music up until 2:00 a.m. in the morning..Two wall electrical outlets didn't work. The room lighting was two bare overhead tubes of florescent bulbs. The tile floors were dirty and looked like they hadn't been mopped for quite some time.
- Bo (6/5): Spend more elsewhere - Kind of a flea bag. I only paid 50$, but wished I had paid more for better. Wifi crawled. Hot water not happening, so no shower. I will not be back.
- FortMyersRecycler (2/5): AVOID staying here - Close to grocery store, restaurants, centrally located between downtown and I-75 on Palm Beach Blvd aka State Road 82. Looks like quaint old fashioned nice little motel perhaps during the daytime..BUT avoid this motel...if you want to be safe, no fear of getting robbed, attcked, sorry to say...friend of mine got mugged here-owners assured would NOT happen again, but then his room got broken into-they robvbed him blind-he had no clothes, no anything. .Dirty rooms, old mattresses, stains on floors...sure, rooms are furnished with AC all on ground floor, no pool, no amenities nicer places nearby... but look around, lots of daily locals, weekly locals on welfare, some homeless, as well as dangerous drug dealers, drug addicts and prostitutes
- Jarmo (6/5): Nice price, sufficient quality - Good place to spend a night, worth it's price :)
- Verified traveler (2/5): Ended up leaving - About the worst hotel I've ever stayed in
- Scott (2/5): BED BUGS! DO NOT STAY HERE! - BED BUGS! DO NOT STAY HERE! The lady at the desk had no idea I was coming. She asked if I had made the reservation that day and told me she didn't have mine despite me showing her my confirmation from weeks prior. Our room was filthy, the bathroom had a floor lamp that was plugged in above the oven, the air conditioner wasn't put together and was extremely loud. This was in a sketchy part of a town and I learned my lesson with these types of motels when I woke up the next day covered in bites.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Pretty sure we got bed bugs. There was mold in the shower. Neighborhood was uncomfortable for two females walking in daylight.
- CG (2/5): All I wanted was clean and safe. - Turned down the covers to reveal multiple stains and little hairs. Within minutes, I became physically ill from whatever was creating the smell in the room. Most disgusting place I've ever entered. I told the clerk that I couldn't stay and she didn't know how to reverse the credit card charge. I will be disputing the charge.
- Jan (8/5): Last minute, people nice. - I slept like a doll since there was no wifi or cable to distract me.
- william (2/5): stay away......stay away......stay away - Worst place I have ever set foot into.....no hot water at all...so I couldn't shower for 4 days.
No WiFi. Crackheads knocking on the doors at all hours...watch 3 quest leave because of this....I had no choice
- gary (2/5): Stay away! - The worst hotel of my 5 day motorcycle trip to Miami and back. The host spoke little English, so I couldn't get any information on nearby restaurants. The hotel was primarily occupied by farm workers who played Mariachi music until 10pm while gathering in the parking area to drink and party loudly. There were NO sheets on the bed (I slept on top of the bed cover).
- RUNE (4/5): - Bestilte ikkrøyke rom. Men det luktet røyk på rommet.
- jeneva (8/5): good place to rest. - We received courteous service . Staff was very helpful and friendly beds were excellent. Would recommend to friends.
- junzj (2/5): Stay away, INFESTED WITH BED BUGS!!! - I don't recommend this place to anyone, it should be closed down. I checked in at 9:30 pm and check out 2 hrs later because I felt an itch on my neck and come find out it was two bites. Found two small bed bugs on the bed and several large ones on the curtains.
- Nirvana8517 (2/5): Worst experience. Ever. - Filthy room with cockroaches, holes in the walls, dirty bed linen, AC not working, kitchenette with mice droppings, terrible people hanging around the area. Never felt that unsafe in my life, ever. Avoid this place like hell.
- Ana Lia (2/5): HORRIBLE!!!!!!?
No volvería jamás!!!
- beny (2/5): disappointing stay - I hope you did not send this review to me, but since you did, I must tell the truth. The stay is a disaster, we know we paid low and not expecting too much.
But not BED BUGS! I booked two rooms and my friend's room has bed bugs that he got bit all over the body, the hotel was not alarmed when we alerted this, only changed room, but the 1st room my friend changed to, he caught a bed bug on the carpet and showed it to management, he had to change room again.
I believe for your own shake and all the customer down the road, expedita should discontinue this hotel in the listing.
- keving482 (2/5): Never Again! - Worst room we have stayed in ever.... yes, ever! Deluxe room with wifi and kitchenette. Where do I start... Wifi was never able to hook up, kept searching and connecting but never had internet. No cups, plates, silverware, nothing at all in the "kitchenette", with the exception of roach droppings. 1/8" of paper left on the roll in the bathroom, no spare roll. AC was shut off when room was serviced both 90degree days, even after leaving note not to. Prostitute walked around parking lot for hours each night. Holes in almost every wall. Food in sink grate. Drops of coffee or chocolate milk in fridge. Stains on every single piece of furniture.
- Mike (2/5): Time to raze and rebuild! - Our experience was very negative due to my wife's suffering from bed-bug bites. The mattress should certainly be changed in 114, although the room was definitely better than the first offer of 104.
- Kay (4/5): Old Motel - this motel is very old and needs work, it really was not dirty, but just needed to be upgraded. It is not near Fort Myers Beach, it is in an old part of Fort Myers. We allowed an hour to get to the beach from there.
- Jeanne (2/5): Motel assez bien placé mais non entretenu - Notre chambre était sale, odeur d'égout, évier bouché, la moitié des lumières fonctionnaient
Accueil souriant mais peu efficace
Elements de confort non entretenus
- Verified traveler (6/5): Good experience. - It's definitely not the Ritz, but the price is right, the location is good, the staff is friendly, and the place is clean.
- Linda (4/5): Ok, just to sleep for one night - Not very friendly owners. Check-out at 10AM, housekeeping came at 9:15 to see if I was leaving. Geez, at least give me until 10AM to myself. I was glad not to spend much time there. Only one light worked in the room, worn out/damaged furniture and décor. There was a gross stain on the comforter pillow and holes in the sheets from cigarette burns. It has a kitchen, but the frig didn't work. The mattress had a dip on the side everyone sleeps on, so I slept on the other side and it was fine. It's on a somewhat busy road so bring your ear plugs. It's a cheap motel and just for a place to sleep it's fine ($20 less than others in the area). You get what you pay for.
- MarianneP84 (2/5): DISGUSTING! - We only stopped because we had driven too long, my husband was getting a migraine and needed a bed NOW. Should have know something was wrong when the guy at the office asked us if we wanted to see the room and told us twice that there are no refunds. How bad could it be, right? It is much worse than you can imagine! If you are planning a trip, DO NOT CONSIDER STAYING HERE. Not only filthy but very unsafe area. After 2 cans of Lysol and migraine subsiding we were on the road. Lesson learned, if they ask if you want to see the room RUN.
- Pacificborn (2/5): Awful place - I got a room and the AC wasn't working and the manager barely let us move into another one. I asked for a small discount for the inconvenience and she said it was impossible. $70/night is FAR too much for these rooms.
Dodgy people always hanging around outside bothering guests.
I asked the Indian man who worked there for an Indian restaurant recommendation and he just said NO over and over.
Should have stayed at the Super 8 Motel. Same price and cleaner with breakfast included.
- amynclark86 (2/5): DO NOT STAY HERE - Nasty and people are selling drugs in the parking lot.. I left seeing how I have 4 kids and had to find a different motel after finding out they won't give me my money back for the 2 rooms. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone includung my dogs.
- Hijacks1991 (2/5): The worst place ever, period!!!! - I stayed in this hotel for less then two hours before leaving. The place is infested with drugs and prostitutes. With in the two hours of being there there were 2 cops there that arrested two people. There is a Mexican bar across the street that dosent take kindly to people not around the area. I grew up in Cincinnati and never felt anymore uncomfortable then being in this motel.
