It’s located perfectly in the middle of everything including restaurants, shopping and entertainment. We have stayed in PTown many times, but Dyers Beach House may be our new favorite!

All the good restaurants are within easy walking distance as well as many fun stores to peruse. The hotel is very quiet despite being in the middle of the action. The staff was so very helpful and friendly. Could not have asked for a better stay!

Beach house is right in the middle of Commercial street, shops & restaurants are literally a few seconds walk from the rooms. The location is very quiet, tucked away from the street enough to offer a nice private feel. We couldn't be happier with the room. The view was incredible & the private beach was amazing. I would love to visit P-town & stay at Dyer's again.

The room was very clean, cozy, and the view on the deck was spectacular. We also met some regulars who welcomed us and made us feel like we were immediately part of the community. The room was so clean and it smelled great. The deck was unexpectedly divine. Everything was just exactly what I needed. The owner Lizzie was such a sweetheart as was her daughter and staff person Sheila. I met some. Refulars and I fell in love with tjem and wanted to be part of the pack. I oray to find another opening in their schedule to go back soon.

Upgrades for this year included a larger deck for rooms 4 & 5 (upper deck), the addition of a fridge and a Keurig coffeemaker. Immaculately clean.

Property is quiet and relaxing.if lucky to get water front room, decks are private with astounding views. Even other rooms have nice views as well. Beach chairs and towel loan especially appreciated. This is our fourth stay at Dyers and we plan to return as often as we can.
• Anders (10/5): Underbart personligt! - Underbart personligt motell precis mitt på Commercial Street där i princip allt i P-town händer. Dock inga störande ljud (om man inte räknar lite kluckande från havet precis utanför fönstret). Härlig egen strand och underbar personal som verkligen tar hand om sina gäster. Rummet var långt ifrån det största, men hade allt man behöver inkl AC, kylskåp, fräscht badrum, sköna sängar och t o m en ismaskin precis utanför dörren. Kommer absolut bo här igen nästa gång jag är i P-town!

Perfect location as it’s easily walkable from the ferry with our luggage and close to all the shops and restaurants but also right on the water and set back so it was quiet and peaceful. The owners were so nice and responsive to all questions very quickly. The room was very clean and included coffee, bottles of water, and wine glasses. The lobby was right across the way and had stocked extra coffee and water and even had a supply of sunscreen. I couldn’t recommend this place more!!

Room was large, comfortable with a balcony overlooking the downtown pier, beachfront, lots of sailboats, and just the right sound of water at night.

I used to think hotels in Provincetown were going to range from sketchy to mildly uncomfortable until I found Dyer's. Liz and Jan have done an outstanding job with this place and I have never been so relaxed away from home.

We were in room 5 and it is spacious and has a private balcony with chairs for two right over the water. Drove by three time before found tiny alley to get us to the wonderful hotel. Once there, we parked the car and walked everywhere due to the excellent location on Commercial Street! Really enjoyed our stay at Dyer's Beach House in Provincetown!

• Mark (10/5): Amazing room on the water - Overall a superb place to stay! The room isn't very large but it has a gorgeous patio that is on the water! (room 3) The beds are very comfortable. Lovely soft sheets with plenty of pillows. There's a little fridge in the room too. The carpet could do with replacing and the showers water pressure isn't very good. But I've stayed in quite a few places in Provincetown and this is my favorite! You literally step from your room onto the patio overlooking the bay. Wow!
