Guest Reviews
- Glenn (8/5): - Room in
- Dylan (10/5): - Outstanding
- Will (8/5): - Cheep
- Ronald (10/5): - It was close to everything and not out of the way.
- Jaime (4/5): - Dirty
- Aiham (10/5): - Water was cold , I had to take cold shower , they wake me up at 10.00am to check out .
- Michael (6/5): - The management were recluses. It was hard to get them. I finally put my room key through the slot since no one answered the bell and the entry door to the lobby is always locked. Room was ok, no amenities.
- Helen C (2/5): Worst experience - The pictures do not match the hotel room we stayed in and the smell was horrible. Very unhappy and this borders on fraud. I want the money back! Music pounded all night!!!
- Joelle (4/5): - very old furniture. missing lights ugly
- (Sam) w.e (2/5): - I did not like nothing about the room. It was nasty. It was unacceptable and the guy would not refund my money, but that’s OK. I will not stay there again. Maybe you guys need to do a little more research on your rooms before you recommend them.
- Katherine Kovary (2/5): - Smelly, dirty , door lock was broken
- Christine (8/5): Great trailer parking! - Came down for bike week. Trailer parking was easy. Rooms are clean, staff friendly.
- Roy (4/5): - Only advantage of this hotel was a the location near Daytona’s Main Street. Rooms were dirty, broken blinds, TV was not even mounted to the wall and just kneeling against the wall on a table. Bathroom was terrible, sink was clogged and a huge crack was present on the sink.
- Verified traveler (2/5): What a dump of a motel. - Last minute reservation. Looking for something inexpensive, and boy I got it - what a dump! What a run down, old dump of a motel. I didn’t feel safe, didn’t feel, clean, it’s like it was painted by a third grader and furnished with old hotel furniture. Should be condemned and torn down. Everything is/was done on the cheap!
- Jennifer (2/5): - Unclean, rooms in terrible condition, the smell was terrible.
- David (2/5): Terrible place - Dont recommend this place, toilet didnt work, no coffee pot, mattress was horrible, completely wore out, furniture looks like it came from the trash, room was dark and ugly. Save yourself some time and skip this place.
- Tracy (6/5): - The owners are very nice people and were really accommodating. I have to be honest and say that the first room we were given almost made me meltdown. It was not good and I immediately wanted a refund and to leave! I went to the office and told them this and they gave me another room key so that I could view a renovated room. This was night and day difference and we were happy with that room. Rooms 18-22 appear to be renovated and they are working on the others, but if you do not ask for a renovated room, you will probably be put in a bad one and regret booking.
- Ashley (10/5): - Owner was very accommodating and understanding. Newly renovated rooms are nice and spacious. We went during bike week, this place was great for the price and close enough to everything.
- Kermit (2/5): DUMP DIVE !!! PHOTOS ATTACHED - In all honesty the dump shouldn't be allowed to rent rooms. Dirty ,discussting, sick and shower where mold covered, part of the floor was missing, holes in the doors, cat wondering all over the property, no garbage can in the room. No soaps or shampoo. Totally disappointed. Paid for a double room, they stuck me in a single
- Joseph (2/5): Horrible place to stay. - The place was disgustingly dirty. I had to clean the bathroom myself. I had to go to Winn Dixie. And purchase cleaning supplies to clean it myself. I bought blankets to sleep on top of the bed. Because the sheets were filthe only reason I stayed there is because there was no other accommodations anywhere near me in Daytona.
There was a bird's nest behind the mirror broken window in the bathroom. Live wires going to a light above the bathroom. Sink sticking out of the wall. No, no light shades. The TV was propped up on books. No chairs for the table it was disgusting. They should be put out of business.
- SULO (2/5): Dont even consider this place - Room was terribly run down they had plastic bags over the smoke detextors whixh is illegal and against ohsa amd fore codes eyc
- john (6/5): - Close to airport at an economical chose
- Kurt (2/5): - The absolute worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I thought I was in a Third World country filthy dirty everywhere. We wouldn’t even bring our luggage inside to leave it in the room.
- Doug (2/5): - I did not stay there I canceled my appointment my reservation but I'm still being charged I want my money back I canceled my reservation before the 13th as stated
- James (2/5): - not good at all
- John (2/5): Simply Terrible - This Inn was so old it still has shag carpet on the floor and it was filthy. We had a none smoking room that smelled of years of smoking. The odor in the room was so bad, my husband went to IHOP and slept on their bench. We were in Daytona for the 500 and our VRBO canceled our reservation 5 days before the race. This was the only space available so we rented it. We would have been better off sleeping in the street.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Pretty good - It was good, I’ll come back and stay whenever I’m in Daytona! It was clean the only thing is the floor was slippery.
- allA3340OZ (8/5): nice, and i saved a little money for myself. - the room had everything i needed. i went right to sleep. it was nice i parked my Audi R8 right in front of my room, 5 feet away from the door. i was at heritage inn for 2 weeks on a business trip, i am auditor for the government. i would say to anyone you get a lot for a good fair price,
- April (10/5): - It was very quiet an just didn’t have to worry about anything
- Lori (2/5): - Dead bugs all over the room. Furniture was very old and dilapidated. The bedding was questionable as to whether we wanted to sleep on it or in our car. No light in the bathroom or in the shower. Rust all over the piping in the room. The photo that thry have is NOT what the place looks like in the lobby. DONT BE FOOLED! On top of that, this place is not in the greatest neighborhood. I do Not recommend staying here.
- Jorge (10/5): - Es un lugar cómodo para pasar la noche
- Denese (4/5): - No handicap access! Didn't have room that requested !
- Leanna (6/5): - Concrete steps falling off the stairs to the upstairs rooms
- Adrian (2/5): - I woke up with ticks biting all over me please close them down!!!
P.S. I was supposed to be refunded all my money back but still haven’t received it
- guslynn (8/5): - My mom booked it for me last minute. It was not bad but the rooms need to be updated. Staff was friendly.
- Julie (2/5): - Cockroaches everywhere
- Jacqueline (2/5): - Disgustingly filthy.. no knobs on the sink or bathroom door.. tv didnt work. One teeny dim light for the entire unit.. 3 dressers for no fkn reason.. lol.
U will cry your self to sleep after spending money on this awful room...
- Rance (4/5): - if you need somewhere to crash, and your options are limited...would be the last option. That is all.
- Cristian (2/5): - Rooms are terrible and unclean. Didn’t feel safe to shower because previous occupants beard clippings were still inside the tub. Air conditioning is advertised for some reason but rooms do not have a working air conditioner. Would not recommend under any circumstances. Room was frequently warmer on the inside than outside.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Filthy and should be shut down. Do not go here! - This was the filthiest hotel i ever stayed in. The room stank of cigarettes to the point where my eyes were burning and i had trouble breathing. The sheets had obviously not been changed and everything else in the room was in terrible condition and had not been cleaned. I almost just left in the middle of the night and drove the 2.5 hours home but my husband convinced me it was unsafe. Do not book here!!
- Dotty (10/5): - Property was newly remodeled. Very nice place to stay for the price.
- Josefina (6/5): - The sink in the bath right room stock up, no bath tub, the freezer of the fridge won’t open because stock of ice, the room smells cigarette and the cabinets of the side table on the beds are dirty and no trash can inside the room.
- Mike (8/5): - a
- Robert (2/5): - I was there during bike week, so it was very noisy. The staff was exceptional, but the property and rooms were nasty. The deadbolt didn't work. The doorknob didn't lock. There was only one light bulb in the room. There were no curtains, and the blind didn't go all the way down. I had to take it apart and lower it by hand, or everyone could look in. What a rat-hole. It was built in the 1920's, and hasn't had maintenance since then.
- William (2/5): Uninhabitable - I stayed in my room just long enough to book a room at another hotel. This place is absolutely disgusting. The smell of mold greets you as soon as you walk in the room. The carpet is old and musky, the sheets and blanket are dirty and stained, there is no way that humans should be inhabiting this hotel. It's blows my mind that they haven't been shut down by health or code violations. Stay away!!!!!
- Albert (4/5): - I sacrifice accommodation for food and entertainment
- Adam (2/5): - I got bed bugs and a rash from the sheets in my room.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Sleep outside first - Absolutely awful, even when you try to leave they say no refunds.
- Kenneth (2/5): - I woke up in the morning with a sore throat. I have pictures of the air conditioner filter. Many spiders just hanging out around cobwebs on the walls by the doors and windows. I had empty plastic 52 gallon barrels in my truck. I was told checkout was at 11. The owner asked me if I could buy a barrel at 9:30 am. I said yes but let me wash it out first. That took 15 to 20 minutes. Got back to my room around 9:50 to shower and pack and leave. Owner opens my door at 10:07 with his key. I'm in my birthday suit. He says checkout is at 10. I said I'm very sorry sir I will be right out after this shower. He said, and this is after I did a free service for him, no leave now or I call police for loitering and trespassing. Wow....... I would have been done and checked out if I didn't perform this free service.
- Robin (4/5): Dont do it!! - This is a work in progress and it shows. the owner was nice but the room was terrible. smelled bad, no shower curtain, no bath mat and two towels for 2 people so no shower for us. Headboard not attached to wall so leaning over bed. Old stained chairs and bathtub pealing and showing rust. this place needs alot more updates before it is ready to rent rooms out especially for the price.
- Brian (2/5): Nasty, Stay Away - Dirtiest place ever, no one should be able to offer a room in this condition or this dirty. No soap, shampoo, broken window blind. Holes in walls and bathroom door, black tile and grout, dirty walls and doors throughout. No garbage can in room. It took 3 people to get our TV to work. Don't even think about going in the pool or sitting on the nasty outdoor chair covered with mold..... Hotels.com should be ashamed of themselves for offering a place in this condition.
- Brandon (2/5): - absolutely disgusting. worst room ive ever stayed in. hotel door had an inch gap all the way around so all the permanent "guests" that were arguing and partying all night kept my kids up and kept my pistol under my pillow all night. management wasnt even there to complain to in the morning. also light was out in the bathroom and tv didnt work. room 74. holes in the wall. hell the stove had missing knobs and a hole in it but was repaird with duct tape. trash under the bed. mold on the lamps and every appliance. hole in the batheroom duct taped and painter over. for $175 this should be criminal but no refunds and owners never present
- I2272AGlindak (2/5): Oh HELL NO! - First we were put in a renovated room….dirt on air conditioner and window sill. No table in room. Went to see if they would just clean off dirt and possibly get us a table. Owner stated would put us in another room….when we checked that room it was disgusting 🤮. Told owner we would keep original room but he would not let us stay as he seen me smoking outside….not even near a room. There was a toilet sitting outside in the lawn. Broke down van with flat tires full of stuff. Looks like it’s been there for years. Homeless living there, very scary. Went through hotel advocacy to book room so was not aware of the conditions. Would not recommend to anyone!
- Angela (4/5): - There was old dried food stuck on the wall as well as stains everywhere (I don’t even want to know what kind of stains they were). The carpet wasn’t vacuumed and the room in general was just gross. Only plus was we surprisingly didn’t see any bugs of any sort. Fine for a one night stay but wouldn’t stay there longer than that. Guy at the front desk was nice upon check in
- Nicholas (10/5): - Nice
- Kelly (4/5): - It wasn’t terrible for a one star hotel. There was a decent sized couch and the room was spacious. There were little to no amenities in the room. There was only a fridge, microwave, and 1 extra toilet paper roll. To call the front desk you’re handed a card with the managers phone number along with an actual key, not a card for entry into the room. The office door is locked and you need to get their attention if you arrive a little late for check in. We requested a late checkout as the event we were attending got postponed until later in the day of when we planned to checkout. Manager said it would be $90 for an extra 3 hours. That is the same price as staying an extra night. Not accommodating at all.
- Phillip (4/5): - No phone, overhead lights out, no bath soaps, leak inside wall (probably due to rain). On the plus side, no wildlife.
- Benjamin (2/5): - Worst hotel I ever stayed at. Middle of nowhere with a
7-ll in walking distance for food. The door of the room looked like it had broken into at on point. Room only had one working electric outlet. The only light in the room came from overhead fluorescent tube. Only furniture was two dressers which were really worn down and damaged. Dirt in the corners. To remote control to the TV was damaged. Bathroom had a smell and towels provided were threadbare. There was no soap or shampoo. For the amount of money I paid for the room I expected a lot more than this.
- Daniel (2/5): - The lights in the bathroom didnt work. There were stains on the bedding. The floors and walls.were filthy. The occupants around us were drug addicts and sketchy. This room was not worth $109. This was a $50 room at best. There were bugs and stray cats everywhere. The entire property was dirty and smelled of cat feces and urine. We had to check out early just because of the conditions
- Christopher (2/5): - No bathroom light, toilet did not work and crackheads asking for money
- Charlotte (2/5): - Very poor bathroom and cleanliness. Not worth the 150 for a night and absolutely no refunds; essentially designed to rip you off.
- Alejandro (8/5): - I liked the possibility to check in around 11 am. Unfortunately, the floor was not as clean as one can expect.
- Nigel (2/5): - The property was dirty and ran down.
- Angel (2/5): - They should be ashamed. No pillowcases no alarm clock no bedside lamp. Sticky floors no TP roll holder or trash can in the bathroom. I was scared to stay there
- Victoria (2/5): - The area was not a safe place for my daughter and I to stay. The room was over priced for what it was. There were no refunds. We opted to stay else where and ended up paying for another nights accommodation. Would not recommend.
- mark (2/5): BEWARE - STAY AWAY Dirty, horrible beds
Tried to get TV and shower fixed they kept saying someone would be there in five minutes after 3” hrs no one came we tried to sleep
Beds sucked and you couldn’t take a shower as you would have felt dirtier when you got out than when you went in
Just find a different place to stay
I stay in hotels all over the country and this is the first BAD review I have ever written
- Carol a (2/5): - There was nothing I liked about it. The rooms were filthy. The staff come knocking at the door before 10 o’clock in the morning banging like a sheriffs department waking people up and we were told that we could check out at 10:30 got the baby screaming poor poor rooms.
- Jesus (2/5): - DISGUSTING AND DIRTY!!!
- Dana (2/5): - Did not stay there after seeing the horrible conditions. The front window person was kind enough to refund it based on the conditions and that there was only 1 bed as opposed to 2 like I had reserved. Still waiting to confirm my credit card that it was refunded.
- Jennifer (6/5): A place to lay your head and that’s it - It’s no Taj Mahal and it’s a place to rest your head. Other than that it wasn’t very clean whatsoever and the place is very outdated. I’m not sure what you would expect from a motel stay but this place needs to step it up and get with the times. I didn’t see any bugs at all and I didn’t have any issues with other guests staying the place. The area seemed to be ok and well lit up at night. I would like to say the staff at the front which was an older gentleman was very inviting and helpful.
- Tabitha (10/5): - Booked last minute for bike week. Great price and comfortable.
- Randy (10/5): - I have slept in better tents
- William (2/5): - the place needs a good cleaning.......Looks nothing like the pictures
- William B (6/5): Pass this one bye. - The place was out of the 50’s. Old and musty smelling. Large gap between door and the door jam. Bathroom was clean but I wouldn’t shower in it.
- Alberto (2/5): - Place is run down, should be demolished. Dirty, health hazard and safety hazard. just disgusting and gross
- Atia (2/5): - For an over $200/night you would expect at least a clean place.
I don't think the room have seen a broom for a long while.
The bathroom was nasty with a tub, countertop and faucet painted over multiple times and peeling off.
The window in the bathroom wouldn't close allowing insects to come in. We found cockroaches all over the room.
Bed sheets were full of dirty spots and had hair all over them.
This place was nasty by anyone's standards.
I should be entitled to a refund on this one.
- GYORGY (2/5): - we stayed there during bike week! the door was not able to close its was broke all over! the room was so dirty the bad all over burn by cigarettes the room was smell bad! the bath tab was so so dirty was not able to take a shower also the bathroom door was broken was just wasting my time there to find another hotel but was not luck beacose bike week never going to back again!
- Emily (2/5): - The beds were dirty and there were bedbugs. Mold all over fridge and bathroom. Tile missing in shower. $200 was entirely too much for the quality of the room
- Doug (2/5): - The actual rooms themselves weren't that bad except for the dirty towels left in the rooms, the 3 channels of TV, no trash can but the grounds were absolutely horrible, disgusting & the staff was even worse, no vending machine or ice & for $225 a night. Horrible!!!
- Jeffrey (4/5): Okay I guess, sort of.... - It wasn't particularly a great deal for the price plus the bed was filthy, I have a rash that I hope goes away that I mysteriously got after sleeping on that bed. Look, I get that it is a budget motel and the service was great so I think this would be appreciated. Wouldn't bother if the guy wasn't friendly at the front desk. He had everything ready and waiting for me no waiting and all I had to do was sign. My suggestion is that at a bear minimum for a budget motel is to have absolutely pristine mattresses without any diseases that give me a rash for probably a few days. Didn't see any bed bugs but that doesn't mean they weren't hiding. Again at a bear minimum, I want a clean bed to sleep on. Had to get out of there pretty quick. I get it, number of units times one bed could get expensive, who knows maybe there is a budget whole joint and a hard mattress would be totally fine, I just want it to he clean and dirt free. It should look like the box springs and mattress is new-ish. Everything else is forgiveable. And my standards are pretty low for a motel.
- Cynthia (10/5): - Was much better than a typical 2 star hotel.
- Tattooedchick66 (2/5): DONT DO IT! - 1 star is the lowest I could go. But I'd go -100 if possible. First off, they charged me a deposit for our service dogs and that's a no-no! Upon entering the room it was absolutely DISGUSTING, DIRTY and SCARY! We requested a broom and mop and bought cleaning supplies just to make ourselves feel a LITTLE BETTER! But, the good feeling didn't last long at all. Pulled o mini-fridge to sweep under it, and a clan of roaches skittered out. I ended up killing them for hours. They were everywhere! All shapes and sizes! I have lived in Florida long enough to expect 1 or 2,but there were literally more than the followers of Scientology for God's sake... Im def not a bug girl. Well that's sad because soon here comes the ONSLAUGHT of bedbugs. EVERYWHERE! Myself, my fiance, and our traveling partner stood vigil over our 2 kids and 2 dogs for the entire night, which was quite unfortunate as all we wanted was sleep! Hahaha what a laugh. We were too busy making sure that the kids and dogs were not bitten. At first light we went to the manager and demanded a full refund, which, by the way was $90... It's not like this dump is appropriately priced. It was actually higher than some of the other ones in the area. Mgr said no refunds! She only conceded when our companion actually got his lawyer on the phone. Then the guy that gave us the broom said if y'all want your money back you need to get out in 5 minutes. Well let me tell you, all 5 of us threw our belongings (that we had deemed necessary and not already put in the car to keep the bugs away!) Into the car faster than fast and got the HELL OUT OF DODGE! DO NOT STAY HERE EVEN IF YOU ARE DESPERATE! Sleep in your car or even in the bushes lol, you'll be safer and much better off!
- travisw154 (2/5): Someone please shut this place down! - Nastiest place I've ever stayed. You want a refund don't ask for it. There was mold everywhere couldn't even use the bathroom. Had to go buy cleaning supplies because the mold and bathroom was so bad. Management was very rude. Run for your life literally. If you do want to stay here bring a lot of bleach!
- 491kelsieb (2/5): Worst place ive ever stayed! - I made the mistake of staying here the room they put me in was very over priced and dirty had bed bugs and roaches..took a video and showed owner he moved us in a room that was cleaner except for the syringe and peice of crack on night stand took pictures showed owner refused to give money back
- SimonS910 (2/5): Panjim Inn to avoid - I was an unfortunate victim of booking two rooms for two night in this shaggy place.
The rooms were sold claimng "Deluxe" in new wing and Heritage Hotel.
Nothing deluxe, no new wing, heritage hotel(hell hotel)
I recommend no one to book rooms in this hotel for reasons below:
- Heritage hotel is a sham, nothing heritage about this hotel, I have been travelling for more than 40 years.
- The rooms are invaded by mosquitos
-The rooms are dark, half the bulbs were burnt out
-Linens were dirty
- Doors when closed still have a gap of about one inch, no privacy
- Switch for fan outsider the room
- Rooms are located above 24 hour noisy road
-Table is not provided with light to read or use of computer
- Invariably you have to put things on floor as no space anywhere else
-Both owner Jack and his companion(Limping guy) great liers and greedy
- Noise from kids school next door
- Very many other deficiencies
-Rooms are not even worth $ 25.00
- KayrnRod (2/5): Pitiful disgusting - Terrible, smelled like cigarettes, dirty floor, many roaches and bugs, ripped blankets. overall nasty place terrible cleaning conditions..Do not recommend this place, might be at a low price but it is not worth it.
- jerrya372 (2/5): Gross and nasty - Booked through hotels.com which I use a lot the time for hotels. This place was absolutely nasty, gross, and dirty. There were bugs on the windows, the tub was nasty and the walls were cracking. We demanded a different room and that one was the same exact way. I recommend that your website and any others you're associated with take this place off your recommendation lists. And if possible condemn this place. It's god awful.
- kdraekt93 (2/5): Worst place I've ever been - Doesn't deserve a one star. We walked in to our room, and it smelt like death! Bugs crawling up the walls once the lights turned on. Walk in to the bathroom, and hair EVERYWHERE! Smelt so bad, still pee on the toilet, mold all over the shower curtain. Also in an uneasy part of town, something sketchy was going on outside. We went to get our money back, thankfully that was easy!
- NaomeBradshaw (2/5): Avoid, Very Rude and Heartless !!!!!! - I reserved a room for my mother, who was released from the hospital . She just needed a place to rest her head for one night, before leaving the area for her home in Maine. The front desk was very rude to her. Turned her away and refused to take her in , even though I prepaid and explained her situation! Avoid this place!!!
- 179viennal (2/5): NASTY!!! DON'T STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! - This was the most disgusting place I have EVER seen in my life!!!! We walked in and saw dirty filthy floors. The stove was rusted and nasty, the small fridge had red gooey stuff all over is that looked like blood. The bigger fridge was moldy and full of bugs. I didn’t see a toilet in the nasty, mold and bug filled bathroom. The air conditioner didn’t work and there was no lock on the door. We walked in took one look and walked right back out!! I have never seen a place so nasty in my life!!!! DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
- 649stephaniek (2/5): Oh muy gawd - My bed sheets were dirty, the floor covered in filth. The room looked like a meth lab. They charged us 60 dollars for this disgusting room. Im very afraid to even be here and if it wasn't for my husky with me and the fact i know these people won't give me a refund I'd be out of here. I was suposed to move into my new house today but it won't be ready for a couple more days. .ONE NIGHT HERE. .OMG I HOPE I SURVIVE. I have never ever seen a hotel like this. Im surprised they are allowed to rent these rooms. My door look like someone tried to pry it open. ..do not come here
- scarpinoted (2/5): Do NOT Stay Here! - Do not stay here! We were there for the Rolex 24 hour race in Daytona. I was afraid for my wife and my children! I left after one night. We booked a different room at a different hotel! I did however get my money back for the second night after calling the booking company I used. Please whatever you do do not stay here! All booking services should take this off their list!
- michellebellatrix (2/5): Avoid like the plague - I had to pay cash because the card machine was allegedly broken. Roaches everywhere and I got attacked by bedbugs. I got no refund when I complained because the manager was conveniently gone for "10 to 20 minutes." Worst hotel ever, but trip advisor doesn't have negative stars. Do not stay here!
- 731myrap (2/5): Stay away!! This place should be condemned. - I stayed there for the Daytona 500 race. ThiS is the nastiest place I EVER stayed inn. Dirty smelly broken down Sheets dirty bed broken refrigerator dirty dusty walls spider webs please stay away. I left early and didn't get any money back place needs to be closed down horrible.
- josephv843 (2/5): Not worth any stars - The door opens out but, the deadbolt does not work. The door was augmented with paper to fill in the cracks. The sheet had a hole in it. No fitted sheet only two flat sheets, Two very small towels and 2 face cloths, no toiletries, No towel racks, broken off, no sink plunger. This was the good stuff. The outlets were broken and duct tape around them, oh yeah, not all had duct tape the others were just bare with plugs in them. Didn't dare turn on air for fear of what would happen during the night. TV was hooked up to some Cisco contraption that you had to scroll through to find a station and when you did, the Cisco box would cut out and you had to wait for recovery. One of the vertical slats was missing on the window so privacy became an issue. The front window next to the door was painted over. There was a mini blind in the bathroom window which was painted over but the paint was peeling off and again without the mini, privacy was non-existent. The ceilings were patched in many places. I was there for the race and we thought we made a decent selection, We should have just gone without a reservation and found something after we got there. The front desk played stupid the next morning after I told him that he should refund me $125.00. The bill was over $190.00. he said you should have called him and he would see what he can do. I said there is no phone in the room and he answered , oh yes I forgot. By the way, I notified the fire Marshall This is a fire waiting to happen with the outlets and a break in, in the making with the security of the room. If room 35 is any indication of the rest of the place, then a bulldozer is what is needed. Also, the front desk claimed they were sold out., but upon checking in he offered two beds or a king. We guessed wrong and took the king but, maybe it was the better selection. He told me the next morning that he would have moved us if we would have said something. I said you said you were sold out, and he said yes that is true. Look at the pictures. Invest in duct tape, the amount they used in this room could set the tone for the rest of the place.
- aferrante5608 (2/5): Heed this WARNING,NASTY,BUGS - So we ordered a king sized bed, check in for our room and they didn't have a king. room reeked of old mildew, bathroom had used soap, dirty towels on the floor and dead bugs in my bed. Asked to switch to another room, better but the bathroom window was stuck open, a wasp nest on the cieling. Walked down to ask for towels to take a shower from front desk and he gave me towels that were wet and tried to use the excuse that it had been raining. After I looked at him in disbelief, he gave me three towels that were dry but stunk to high heaven. Trying to be grateful, I went to my room and as I climbed into bed there was live spiders under my pillow and a roach on my purse.
- EmmaM460 (2/5): I don't even... (1) - Let me just walk you through my weekend at this "hotel." So as we get into the hotel around 8 o' clock, and I go to the restroom. It was clogged. (NOT our fault) The phone isn't connected, so I walk down to the office where the lady tells me to just "deal with it until morning." Hah. No way to run a business. I return to the room and decide I just have to take a shower. Zero water pressure and the water was NOT getting hot whatsoever, and the water didn't drain at all. Great. ((A little comic relief, at this point I realized that in my fit of anger I had forgotten to remove my bra.)) Oh yea, the towels.. the size of an average hand towel and as thin as a low-end beach towel. 2 out of 3 had black stains on them. If you're going to run a hotel.. invest in some towels that would at least dry my body. AND SOME BLEACH. SO I step outside to make a phone call and calm my nerves.. come back in and there's a roach on my headboard. A. Roach. I get it, no I really do, bugs are EVERYWHERE.. but I don't like sleeping with them. As I begin typing this the AC starts rumbling; but every time my dad walked up to it.. it stopped. All right Ashton,I get it... You can come out now and tell me "You've been punked!" No..? Oh, this place really sucks THAT bad? All right, have fun paying for this.
