• Jörg (9/5): Eigentlich ganz gut, wenn Mann seperate Zimmer bucht…. - Eigentlich eine gute Unterkunft 😊 Unser erstes Zimmer war in Ordnung, allerdings sind die Matratzen wirklich eine Katastrophe – hier besteht aus unserer Sicht dringender Handlungsbedarf. Als wir für die zweite Nacht das Zimmer gewechselt haben, war es deutlich besser. Trotzdem gab es auch dort einen kleinen negativen Punkt: Direkt unter dem Zimmer befindet sich ein Mehrbettzimmer, dessen Gäste sich zum Rauchen in den Innenhof setzen. Dadurch kann man das Fenster leider kaum öffnen. Ein Rauchverbot im Innenhof wäre wirklich sinnvoll, da es andere Gäste stört. Abgesehen davon waren wir insgesamt zufrieden. Vielen Dank 🙂

• Zuzana (6/5): - The location was great, its really in the middle lf the city. Walkable from the bus stop. The stuff on the reception was very kind and friendly. I had problem with the roommates who were very loud even after 22.00, it was always something during the night. So didn’t have the best sleep, but it was not fault of the accomodation but people behaviour.

• Michael (2/5): Find another place...!!! - Location... COCKROACH ALERT!!! Lousy facilities in shared kitchen... Terrible beds, pillows and duvets... Filthy sanitary facilities... Overused/outworn textiles... The employee didnt know much about the city... The toilet didn't work well... The sink was clogged... AC didn't work... You had to pay daily for luggage store... The price is outrageous compared to what you get... NO value for money...
• Daniel (7/5): Na jednorázové přespání dostačující. - Ubytování se nachází v úplném centru města a je cenově dostupné. Měli jsme pokoj s vlastním sociálním zařízením a velkým balkónem. Pozitivem je sdílená kuchyň se základním vybavením. V ubytování by mohlo být větší čisto. V koupelně zapáchal odpad, ve sprchovém koutu chybělo sítko a poklop, takže tam byl otevřený kanálek, do kterého mohlo cokoli spadnout. Ve sprchovém koutu byla jen z vrchu připevněná hlavice a nebyla k dispozici ruční sprchová hlavice. Kohoutky byly zkorodované od vodního kamene a byla znát nedostatečná údržba. V ložnici nebylo příliš světla. Špatně se odemykaly dveře do pokoje.

• Utkarsha (6/5): - - Excellent Location - The staff is very helpful - it was clean - Everything is close; lots of restaurants, cafes, beaches - it's better than a hostel but don't expect much. - Lots of constant noise from the kitchen and out of the window till late night (2 am) - Humidity in the room due to lack of ventilation in the bathroom - because of that the room/bathroom was not smelling good - you will have to keep the curtains closed at all times as they open onto the street. - The lights in the room are really dim - Lack of power sockets (I had to move the bed to find a working socket) - Overhead shower (for girls it's a disadvantage as the hair gets wet) - No Sound proofing for the room so you will hear all the rooms in the building when they get shut loudly - Hard mattress gave me back pain

• TreAndre (7/5): Fun, scenic and definitely want to go back. - I liked the kitchen, I liked the back patio. I liked that the staff was friendly and professional. I liked the location of the hostel- it was located near the cultural center, there were a plethora of grocery stores near by and the beach wasn't far either! I did not like that the lockers were outside the room and kind of flimsy. I did not like that the shower only got warm and not hot.

Funcionaba el agua caliente, estaba limpio y no sentimos ruido desde las otras habitaciones. Que no hay un recepcionista en todo momento. Nosotros avisamos a la hora que íbamos a llegar, que era a las 4 de la tarde, pero no había nadie atendiendo. Llamamos al número de teléfono y nadie nos atendió así que tuvimos que esperar más de media hora. También hay olor a humedad en las instalaciones. La cama individual es muy dura. Necesitan cambiar ese colchón.

Staff told us that the rooms in the top floor tend to not have hot water in winter. They told us we could use another shared bathroom instead, we went to use it but it was filthy. If top floors don't have hot water this needs to either be fixed or these rooms shouldn't be used in winter.
