• Maria (4/5): Terrible customer service, pretty hotel - The hotel is beautiful and is close to Iguazu falls. That is about it. The staff was incredibly rude–often yelling at guests to move or stop ordering basic things like food–and often seemed bothered by requests that are totally reasonable from PAYING customers. I could hear everything going on in the rooms around me, footsteps and conversations above. I was overcharged. They billed me in excess but did not inform me of any additional fees or costs. I realized this was the case when I reviewed my card statement. I requested an invoice which they refused to provide unless I called. Naturally, nobody picked up the phone.
• Agniuksa (9/5): - Room was a good size, located a little bit out the way, so would need to use a taxi or have own car to get around. Has a lovely pool with plenty of chairs. Breakfast was ok, just basic buffet. Overall a good place to stay for couple of nights.

Não houve nada que surpreendeu. - Localização fácil, quartos amplos, cama confortável, ducha do chuveiro ótima, secador e ar condicionado que funcionaram perfeitamente, o que fez a diferença num dia com temperatura 6 graus. A limpeza do quarto, estava boa, mas tinha vestígios de uso (sujeira no piso). O quarto estava com cheiro estranho, parecia madeira úmida.

La piscina es hermosa, bellísima peroooo sería bueno que estuviese temperada, ya que prácticamente NO la usamos porque estaba muy fría, y tampoco vi nadie bañándose; solo hicimos uso del jacuzzi.

Also as you cant drink the tap water you're constantly needing to purchase bottles of water as there is limited ability to refill bottles at the hotel, which is a bit of a joke considering its a mecure hotel.

Der Service und die Ausstattung haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben sowohl in der Bar als auch im Restaurant gegessen und waren von beidem begeistert, das Frühstück ist für argentinische Verhältnisse gut. Wir würden das Hotel jeder Zeit weiterempfehlen

• margyperth (8/5): Nice hotel in a good location - We stayed here for 2 nights to visit the Iguazu falls. The hotel is quite nice and in a good location, close to the airport and Argentinian side of the falls. We had a standard room with a small balcony looking out to the jungle. The staff were good and mostly helpful and the girl checking us in gave us all the times and information we needed. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. The air-conditioning was noisy and seemed to operate on only one fan speed, and I think on some kind of timer because ours turned itself off a few times. We ate at the restaurant on the first night and found the food to be quite expensive and a bit ordinary so the next night we ordered toasted sandwiches from the bar, that was really good and much better value. The breakfast was ok but the hot food was mostly lukewarm and a bit limited. There was a good selection of other food and juices and they have a coffee machine which was great and easy to use. You can refill water bottles in the restaurant or at the bar as needed. They had a free wine tasting in the late afternoon, I think as a way to get people into the restaurant.

L'hôtel n'a pas de navette mais recommande un bon taxi. Je recommande Roverto, très fiable, dont la voiture est confortable et avec air cobditionné.

• First-time-in-sun (6/5): Only OK.. - Check in was quick however we were not given any information about the hotel, timings or facilities available - on eavesdropping on another couple checking in later we realised how little we were informed. Found out even more from reviews on here we should have been told. We were also given tour information by reception that belonged to someone else! Not very confidential. Breakfast just ok. Evening meals were however very good as were cocktails from pool bar. Room large but smelt of damp. Had dirty crockery & chipped flooring... certainly not luxury. Location was perfect for the falls.

The location is beautiful and it is wonderful to hear the rain coming down on the jungle foliage outside your room, whilst lying in a very comfortable bed and taking advantage of a modern bathroom. I particularly liked the balcony with mosquito cover on the glass doors. To be able to open it at night and hear nature is just wonderful. To take a hotel from very good to great is often thanks to the staff. And here the staff were exceptional. The front desk team, the three gentlemen who helped me with my endless questions - all of them are a credit to the hotel. The restaurant was fine; the service could be slow and disorganised but the food was good so I tended to not worry about it. Special thanks for sorting out my various taxis and trips. All of you were very helpful. The room was large and clean and the bathroom modern and spacious. The whole place is lovely - the outdoor pool and bar is fantastic too.

• Lottiegirl_13 (10/5): Would recommend! - A real surprise to find such a lovely hotel from a large chain in the jungle. Nothing felt overcrowded or noisy. We tend to opt for small/ boutique hotels but the room was lovely and we really enjoyed the pool. The food was excellent too and we enjoyed the wine tastings each day!
• sheelagh (8/5): Pleasant stay, everything we needed - We had a very brief overnight stay due to the late arrival of our plane and an early start to see the Falls. Our checkin was efficient and the bar was still open. The room was clean but a slight dampness. Air conditioner was good an we slept well. Reasonable choice for the buffet breakfast. Slight dampness to the room but that could have been due to the rural setting. WiFi was a bit flaky.
• Alejandro_B (8/5): Pleasant - This lovely hotel, although it has room for improvement, was practically a perfect fit. It has a superlative transportation system (to go to the falls, downtown or even Brazil) cleverly using WhatsApp to book and at reasonable prices. Martin was delightful and a good driver. Accommodation was very good, and room service was very efficient. My only minor complaints were at the restaurant and the front desk. We had an amazing dinner the first night, but after re-ordering the same dish the following night it was not as good. We even asked our great server Gabriel if it was the same chef, perhaps he was not in the same emotional state. We decided to have dinner at a different place on our final night. The house wine (Iru, or friend in Guarani) was a good recommendation. There were no complimentary water bottles in the room. The front desk (although very friendly) didn’t tell us we could use water containers to be refilled. Money could have been saved knowing this from day one. The check-out process was fast and efficient. Like I mentioned, minor details that wouldn’t prevent me from staying again in the future.
• Y8954LOcliveb (8/5): 2 night Falls related stay - Checking in and out was easy, room spacious but few hangars, no milk/ sachets, sink plug missing! Bed comfy and shower heavenly. Food for lunch and dinner was plentiful and good quality though bit pricey, breakfast offering was below average for size and 4 star hotel. Pool in lovely spot, though that comes with many leaves in water and jacuzzi.

• Suznoni (10/5): Wonderful stay! - Located in a jungle setting this hotel impresses from the moment you arrive. Stunning lobby, lovely rooms with comfortable beds and good showers and a great outdoor pool area with bar. Breakfast is good and we loved the food in the restaurant too. We loved staying here. My only gripe was that the air-con seemed very noisy.
• Stu2247 (6/5): 4 stars at best. Lack of information on checking in. - We had room 117, which is a ground floor room overlooking the pool. The room itself was looking a bit dated and had obviously suffered some water damage in the bathroom and some of the wooden floor boards in the bedroom were badly chipped with sharp edges. On checking in we were not given breakfast times, evening restaurant hours or WiFi information. Breakfast was a mediocre affair, although there was a fair choice. The food in the restaurant, (particularly the steak) was very good and there is an extensive wine list. Be aware that a glass of wine from the bar was 7500 peso each (15000 for 2 or £7.60) but you can buy a whole bottle for just 20000 peso (£10). So it's better value buying a bottle. The rainforest setting is fabulous especially if you have a major downpour like we did. The pool and bar area are good. All in all compared with UK prices you did get good quality food and drink at a very good price. I would say that it's the location, not the service that gives this 5 stars as it is really probably only a 4 star hotel in reality.
• Peter17OZ (10/5): Convenient and quiet - Great location only 20 minutes from airport and similar to Argentina side of the falls. Staff were very informative and assisted us with our late arrival. Rooms overlooked the pool area however extremely quiet and sound proofed. Room had quality bed and well-appointed bathroom, with free bottled water supplied Pool was clean and considerable amount of shade to enjoy same.
• Tobias (8/5): - Me gustó la naturaleza que lo rodea y los espacios amplios de lobby y recepción. Las habitaciones tienen todo para ser comodas. - Staff: Dependiendo quien te atienda en recepcion es la respuesta que obtenes. En la pagina dice que el restaurant abre a las 18:00, cuando venis a esa hora, te dicen que en realidad abre a las 19:00. Al parecer cambian segun el clima del dia sin avisar previamente. - Celiaquia: muy buenos platos en el restaurante y muchas opciones. Sin embargo, no correras con la misma suerte con el desayuno. Es UNA MISERIA Y VERGÜENZA (ver foto). Encima solicitas que te traigan fetas de fiambre y queso sin contaminacion y te miran con mala cara y te dicen que saques de la mesa en comun. Comportamiento totalmente inaceptable en un hotel “4 estrellas”.

• Alcides German (8/5): Hotel agradable y tranquilo en el medio de la Naturaleza - La tranquilidad y la ubicación del hotel, la piscina y el jacuzzi en el medio de la selva era lo que necesitaba para desconectarme del ruido de la ciudad. La comida en el restaurante no era de lo mejor, al ser un hotel de “5 estrellas” es lógico el precio elevado pero la calidad no justificaba el precio. La falta de comunicación del personal envié 4 mensajes antes de llegar preguntando cosas, Hasta quize pedir un taxi antes desde el aeropuerto pero nunca me respondieron.

• Frank (3/5): - Grundsätzlich ein gutes Hotel, aber das Personal hat es uns leider wirklich verdorben Wir reisen das ganze Jahr fast wöchentlich durch verschiedene Hotels aber noch nie hatten wir so einen komplizierten Check in/ Check out. Aber damit kann man leben, jedoch werde sich die Preise hingelegt wie es ihnen grade passt mit Kartenzahlungsgsgebühren. Ingesamt mussten wir 52 Euro mehr bezahlen. Am Ende des Trip möchte man normal ganz entspannt frühstücken und dann ausschenken. Aber ich wurde mehrmals auf dem Weg gerufen ob ich jetzt endlich meine restliche Hotelrechnung zahlen kann. Dann an der Rezeption sage ich die Zimmernummer und mir wird direkt der Preis genannt. Dann haben wir nach den Belegen und der Rechnung gefragt und dann ist ihnen aufgefallen dass der Rezeptionist, fast umgerechnet 20 Euro mehr eingetippt hat (ganz ausversehen) die wir dann natürlich nicht bezahlen mussten, aber wenn man es nicht geprüft hätte gemacht hätten. Zum Ende haben wir alles bezahlt und wurden alle Belege gezeigt und man hat die Frechheit 6 Tage später mich auf WhatsApp anzuschreiben dass man doch nochmal eine Rechnung gefunden hätte die ich bitte nochmals bezahlen sollte. Diese Rechnung war aber an dem Tag des Check Kurs bereits einberechnet. Allen in allem hat uns diese monetären Sachen den Urlaub leider sehr vermiest!

• Luis (9/5): Lo recomiendo! - El hotel es muy cómodo, tiene un excelente ambiente, moderno, limpio y su personal, aunque escaso, muy amable. La coordinación del transporte es excelente, nos atendió Roberto el taxista, al que agradecemos mucho su atención. Sin él no hubiéramos tenido la oportunidad de conocer tanto en tan poco tiempo de nuestra estancia. Lo recomiendo, muy respetuoso, servicial, amable y simpático. Hace falta personal en todas las areas para hacerlo mas eficiente y ofrecer un mejor servicio al cliente, también es necesario entrenamiento al personal del restaurante.
