We also did not have a fob to get into car park so had to go through car park roller door, each time we wanted to re enter, which was quite frustrating.

The locked box should have a J on it, the bottom had come off so it looked like an I. A new J would make it easier to see. The balcony was very dirty especially the sliding door area with cobwebs and dirt.

We enjoyed the modernity of the furnishings, kitchen and bathroom. The underground parking space was a bonus for the safe care of the car. The view of the sea and sky from the apartment window and balcony when we returned from outings. Being central meant early, loud noise from businesses and rubbish collection.

- Anne (10/5): Neat and tidy modern apartment in the heart of Torquay. A delightful home away from home. - Very clean, modern and thoughtfully decorated. An ideal apartment for a short or long stay with family. Highly recommend this cosy property. Clearly the owners have put a lot of thought into everything. A gentle suggestion of what we would have liked in addition is a water jug for the fridge, serving tongs, a tissue box, and nicer, matching water glasses.

We bought pocket tissue from Coles ourselves next day. The room has no space to open the luggage, we have to leave our luggage in the living room and dining area.

- Shannon (8/5): Very good - Lovely property with beautiful views in excellent location, just a short walk to cafes/restaurants and the beach. Unfortunately the kettle was full of dirty water (yellow with floaty bits) so this was completely unusable. There was also a new tile floor being laid in the lobby which made entry to our apartment a bit difficult at times (wet grout on tiles that we had to tiptoe over - not easy for my mother who has mobility issues). When we arrived the battery in the smoke detector was flat and was beeping continuously which I understand is not something you can predict happening - however property management did not have a spare key to the apartment so we had to drop our key back to the office and pick up again later in the afternoon once they had replaced the battery, which was not very convenient.

- Sarah (6/5): Great location but a little underwhelming. - The location was great. Just a very short walk to everything. The balcony with a view to the beach was beautiful. The place was comfortable and offered almost everything we required. Parking was conveniently located and easy to access. The downside for us was not having any way to play music, so make sure to bring your own music playing device along when staying at this property. For the price we had expected a little more.
- Yammouni (8/5): Relaxing - Amazing location and little good apartment to get away for the weekend. Shower pressure needs work on, and a deep clean for the apartment is needed. Pans and pots need to be changed couldnt cook anything on them which leaves in needing to go out and buy food.

- Nola (7/5): Great location a few inconveniences however any time i spend with my adult children is a blessing - the location was very central everything was in walking distance the family / dining room was a great size for 4 adults the kitchen was OK pillow were far too soft the 2nd bedroom was too cramped difficult to move around in wasnt really enough room for a bag to be placed on the floor windows in one of the bedrooms could not be opened one of the fans was broken and very noisy no working exhaust fan in the bathroom bare chipped cement on public walkways obviously that work was being done stacks of tiles everywhere the concrete was not even and was a tripping hazard Only one fob given to gain access to the build and with my family of myself and three adult children proved to be quite challenging no coffee, tea bags or sugar left for use whole apartment was quite warm yet the fans were not enough and you could open many of the windows

We had a lovely time both in the airbnb, and visiting shops around t - perfect location! plenty of shops, cafes & restaurants to check out around the area- with multiple grocery stores to pick from too, and of course… can’t forget the beach !all of them less than a 10 minute walk from the air bnb !! the air bnb itself was also lovely ! - the area was very clean, with plenty of appliances and amenities available, including entertainment options such as books, movies, and card/board games !

Smelt divine! Nothing not to like. Only that our van wouldn’t fit in undercover private parking. But there was always a park just outside the apartment on the street. No WiFi but would be handy.

All kind of plates and glasses. The outdoor bbq at balcony was easy to use and cooked very well! Toiletries were provided and we like the shower gel so much we actually went to Coles to buy it. Absolutely recommend this place! They have dishwasher, washer and dryer. Everything you need in a house is there! Only that the lightings went a little haywire sometimes but it’s not a big issue.

- Quoc (10/5): Fantastic location, facilities, comfort - This property was amazing for many different reasons. The location of the property was a few blocks back from the main strip so you dont get the noise however is only a 5 minute walk to the main strip, beaches and shops. There was also a Coles downstairs. For our whole trip, we did not need to move our car from the secure under ground car park provided. The property opens up to ocean views with the morning sun hitting the main living area. The communication from Debbie was fantastic. There was nothing that we didnt like. We loved this property but if there was one thing that we would of have loved, is a swimming pool but thats just me being picky and know its not possible. :)
