• Margaret (9/5): A relaxing stay in Port de Pollensa - The apartment location Quiet area yet close to shops restaurants and beach. The owners, Sonja and Sebastien were very helpful with information re restaurants, local activities and sights. Contact with the owners was very good and all our queries prior to our arrival were answered quickly. Apartment, the pool area and garden were well maintained and very clean.

• Pauline (8/5): Great place to stay . - The reception staff are great - friendly and helpful. The apartment was spacious and clean. Towels were changed half way through the stay. Good location for the beach and restaurants. Nice to have a pool available. The apartments needs some updates. The toilet roll holder was broken. A handle on the front door would be useful when attempting to shut it. The cover on the extractor fell down and a board under the cupboards also kept falling down. Minor things that wouldn’t take long to fix and didn’t detract from our stay there. We would return if we go back to Pollensa .
• Marion (6/5): Le logement est fonctionnel, idéal pour un groupe. - Le logement était très spacieux pour notre famille (nous étions 4) et fonctionnel pour cuisiner. La communication avec les gestionnaires était plutôt fluide, même si nous avions plusieurs interlocuteurs sur WhatsApp avec qui échanger en fonction des disponibilités de chacun. Ils ont été réactifs sur plusieurs sujets. Par exemple, nous avions remarqué à notre arrivée que le verrou de la porte fenêtre était cassé alors ils ont fait passer un serrurier dans la journée même pour le réparer (nous aurions naturellement préféré que le problème de la porte fenêtre qui ne se verrouillait plus n'existe pas initialement...). Nous avions un parking gratuit à disposition mais les explications n'étaient pas suffisamment claires sur la manière d'y accéder et de se garer. La vidéo explicative qui nous avait été envoyée demandait que nous nous garions sur la place de gauche, alors qu'il y avait 3 places sur cette partie de parking et que la nôtre était finalement celle du milieu... C'est le propriétaire du parking, mécontent, qui est venu nous chercher à l'appartement, qui nous l'a bien fait comprendre. Ce dernier s'est calmé lorsqu'il a vu les explications partielles que nous avions reçues.

• Jean-Pierre (6/5): - Amabilité du personnel Bruit pendant la nuit. Vous dépendez de vos voisins pour dormir: cage escalier, air conditionné, conversation des autres clients… tous est entendu dans votre appartement, aucune isolation.

• Anna (9/5): - Приємний персонал, чисті апартаменти, гарні ліжка та постіль. Близько до моря та супермаркетів, таеож плюсом була наявність басейну. Одна невелика кастрюля це дуже мало, в душі щоб дочекатися теплої води доводилося спускати холодну як мінімум 5 хв. Вай фай середньої швидкості, інколи взагалі зникав. Очікували на апартаменти з ванною замість душа, але так як заселення у нас було о 20 годині то ми не змогли про це запитати і заселилися в той номер, від якого мали ключі.

• Eva (9/5): Sauber, ruhig gelegen, gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis - In kurzer Fußdistanz zu Strand/Geschäften, ruhig gelegen, sehr sauber, neues Badezimmer, Küche gut ausgestattet, auch Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer, Fön etc. Sonia und Sebastian sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit - wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

• simeon (10/5): Amazing apartment, great location, would stay again. - How helpful Sebastian was when we arrived. How quick he was sorting out any questions and how friendly all the other members of staff were. The pool was always tidied and cleaned every morning and the whole apartments were beautifully maintained. Would definately stay there again. It was all good, we have no complaints.

• William (9/5): Comfortable, well-located apartments. - Comfortable, well equipped, and well located for the Pine Walk. Having a washing machine was particularly useful. Second time stay at these apartments! Patchy WiFi in the morning and evening. There seems to be a lot of interference with other networks nearby, and the 6 separately named routers at Llevant might work better configured as a single mesh network.

• John (2/5): Well it was a fail as after travelling all day nobody was at the property to greet me, - The reception Lady owner was professional and helpful The Male owner was rude, accused me of not listening to him after banging on my door. I had to raise an official complaint it was so appalling. There were no instructions to where my keys were despite them knowing my scheduled early evening arrival time. He provided no information on WIFI, the operation of the apartment. He was very very angry man.
• Anthony (10/5): Fantastic - Apartment was basic but include everything you need for your stay, including washing machine, microwave and hairdryer. Complex was very clean. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Less than 5 minute walk to the beach. Plenty of local shops, supermarkets, bakeries and coffee shops.
• Bill (10/5): - The owners were excellent, the location of the property was superb, close to the beach and all amenities, the apartment was spacious, quiet and clean. The pool area was spacious with loads of sunbeds. The whole property was spotlessly clean.
• Inge (9/5): Heerlijk appartement, rustig maar centraal gelegen. - De ligging, is op loopafstand van het dorp en het strand. Wasmachine aanwezig, regelmatig schone handdoeken en beheerders super aardig en behulpzaam. Fijn zwembad met ligbedjes en parasols en mooie tuin. Op zich niet een groot probleem maar 1 x verschonen van onze bedden was wel fijn geweest bij een verblijf van een week.

• Fanni (9/5): - We stayed 4 nights in Port de Pollença, and the apartment fully met our needs. Everything was clean, and the host was extremely kind and helpful. The room was spacious and perfect for a short stay. The location is excellent, close to the sea and the town center, and parking was easy. For some reason, only hot water came out in the shower. Also, our apartment was on the ground floor, and in the mornings it was a bit noisy from the sprinkler and the cars.

• Alison (9/5): Nice place to stay for location & pool, but basic accomation for the price! - The location. The airiness of the apartment. Well equipped of the kitchen, was able to cook no problem, loved having the kitchenette and washing machine! The shower overflows if you’re in the for more 5 minutes. Doesn’t drain well so if a family of 3 going in to shower before going out to go for dinner, we need to mop the over flow of water that flooded the bathroom. Not ideal. Some people would have a big problem with this! The air con didn’t reach the bedroom, there was a fan, fine, did the job but noisy.
• Jasmine (8/5): Nice apartment in a great location - We had a really friendly welcome from the hosts. Nice little pool. Well equipped apartments. Great location with really good access to the beach and restaurants. Plenty of on street parking near by. Some things a bit worn such as the shelf in the fridge door broken and the outdoor chairs in the balcony a little cracked. Not enough for us to have mentioned to the hosts, and I get the impression they would have sorted this out for us if we had done so.
• Brian (8/5): Just what you need for a short stay. - Friendly owners who obviously have great pride in their hotel. Great value for money. Great to see the owners investing money in the accommodation, new shower was great. Pool was perfect, not busy or noisy. No issues for us.

• Jorrox (9/5): Superb - We were late arriving and by return of my email, we had an email from the owner saying the key to the to the room was in the top drawer of the desk in reception. No beer glasses and no cups although there were saucers. The room had been recently improved but the plug in the sink in the bathroom would not open. The management sorted it out for me.
• Andraž (9/5): Nice owners - Great location near center, beach and hiking trails. Great owners, very nice and helpful. Free street parking. It is nice to have a pool to go for a swim in the morning. The kitchen needs some love the utensils and especially pans should be changed. Think quality over quantity. I would also like to have some basics like salt, pepper, sugar, oil and vinegar as most tourists fly. Also I would recommend to change the front door so they have handles, as now you need a key to open the door from outside. In the bathroom put in a bottle of soap not this small one time use bags that are useless.
• Andrea (9/5): Very happy with our stay. Would go back. - Greeted very pleasantly. Staff attentive but relaxed and gave us really good recommendations on places to eat. Very helpful. It’s a really short walk to the beach at the pine walk for a lovely swim with some natural shade. Loads of restaurants nearby. And it’s about 5 mins to the bus station. The property was as expected. It’s not the most modern and the immediate surroundings is very ordinary (isn’t particularly fancy) but it’s a very functional apartment, roomy enough, and the price was good for self catering in the location.
• Susan (9/5): Comfy Apartment - Good Location - The owner's were friendly in touch before arrival regarding what time we would arrive. There was parking along the street very close to the apartment when we stayed in May 2025. Check-in was easy. The apartment was comfortable and clean. The kitchen allowed for preparing small meals (fridge, pots, pans, utensils, two burner stove top, kettle, italian style coffee maker, etc...). The bathroom was updated and nice. The beds were comfortable. There is a small patio to sit outside. The pool was a small pool, very clean, sun loungers and umbrellas. The apartment is within walking distance of markets, bakeries, restaurants, and the main promenade of the Port de Pollenca. Very nice stay! Liked everything.
• June (10/5): Great Location - Excellent value, great location near beach, square, bus stops, also bakery and convenience stores close by. Pool & sunbeds. Hosts excellent Sebastian & Sonya take great pride in what they do to make your stay enjoyable Only a small thing, it would be lovely to have pool towels

Apartment was clean and fresh with kitchenette and even a washing machine. Bathroom had a great shower and towels provided.(Not pool towels) Excellent pool on site with sunbeds and umbrellas. Maybe an option to purchase a welcome pack with water etc if arriving late? However there are local shops nearby. • Victoria (8/5): Very good - The location is great, close to two shops and a great bakery. There is traffic nose in the morning but nothing major, we have stayed at the Bellamar hotel on the sea front previously which had a spa shop directly underneath so the delivery Lorrie’s were noisy there. All in all the cost was very reasonable and we would stay there again. The only thing we which could be improved is the window in the kitchenette had no curtains/blind when the lights are on you could see straight into the apartment
