- Hanah (8/5): - The staff were really helpful and friendly, and spoke brilliant English. The room was really nice and comfortable. The balcony wasnt great as got no sun and the location was a bit out of the way, if the hotel served food a bit later than it does that would have been better.

- Georgie (9/5): Excellent hotel. Has a few flaws but generally very good and would recommend - Very good value for money, very clean, lovely staff, clean and comfortable beds with decent mattresses. Tv is great, Pool is nice, gym is good. I really enjoyed staying here and would recommend it to anyone. The only problems were breakfast is extremely bad, the food was stone cold, bad quality and limited selection. Wouldn’t advise paying for the breakfasts. But if you go to the cafe or restaurant during the day and buy additional food, it’s very good. The only other irritating thing was noise. For some reason we get woken up around 4am/5am every single night by loud noises, people slamming doors and furniture being move. Furniture always seems to be being moved during the night which is annoying and bizarre. Other than this, we love the hotel. I have also made friends with the cat that comes in and out and have named him Ben Noises at night from staff and other customers. Very bad breakfast!

- Alan (9/5): Ratana rassada hotel - All the staff are very nice and polite. The rooms and pool are clean. A bit far from the beach but can be solved by Grab, Bolt n Indrive. Nothing much around except 7 11 and a huge Super Cheap supermarket nearby both about 5 minutes walk. Food wise, a couple of local places nearby. Otherwise Grab food. If you like a quiet place this is it. Stay for 1 month.

Shame though that the owners or managers decided to make it à la carte instead of a buffet in the middle of our stay. They didn’t really enforce their no smoking rules both for weed and normal cigarette smoking. Not good for kids since it came through the air conditioning.

When the coffee machine didn’t work, no free coffee from the integrated coffee shop. When asking for 1 hour late checkout after 7 nights, I got after discussion 30 minutes agreed.

However noise was not a problem and the hotel room was quiet and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. There was ample onsite parking. The wifi was slow, especially for streaming. Breakfast was inexpensive, but quite limited in choice.

- Martin (10/5): Very nice hotel near old Phuket town - Spacious rooms , full king size bed with pillow top , very comfortable. First time we have had a sound sleep in over 6 weeks of travel in south east Asia. Hotel is very clean with a very good breakfast with nice fruit for 150 baht. The location could be better but you get what you pay for. A beach location is 2 to 3 times the cost. There is a huge supermarket with. Street food market in front. The roasted chicken is amazing. 2 to 300 baht taxi rider to old Phuket town with Grab or inDrive apps. We consider the stay to be of good value in a very well run hotel and the lovely pool are is a plus. Washroom mold but they sent someone to clean. Not perfect but better.

- Emer (7/5): Clean, welcoming and efficient hotel with smiling staff ready to help without hesitation - Spacious rooms including bathroom. Reception is bright, well-ventilated and welcoming. Breakfast is simple but fresh with staff on hand to make coffee to request. Bed is massive. Room turnover is quick and efficient. Pool is small but lovely leisure area. The air conditioning was self-regulating, on a few occasions, we woke up to a hot room due to the AC turning itself off.

- Geneva (8/5): Perfect place for a family - The pool was lovely and it was close enough to anything you needed. Good Value for money. The family room had separate rooms which was perfect. Kitchen was a bonus so we could warm bottles and heat and cook food. We can't fault it.

- Julie (9/5): I would stay there again - Great value hotel. Very reasonably priced. 5 mins walk to 7 eleven. Walking distance to the super cheap market that has everything you need. Pool, restaurant, laundry facilities. I booked island tours for each day that I was in Phuket and I had no problem with pick ups. Staff very helpful. I had no complaints. The location may not suit everyone it was great for what I wanted.
- Laura (8/5): Just for a dip and sleep... - Comfy bed, full size fridge and microwave....as well as tv channels (unlike *5 hotels that only provide youtube!). Parking was good. Cleaning was bad, 2 days in a row they did not leave any towels and took those we had!...coffee mug not cleaned, either. Breakfast was crap (only 4 thai savoury options with instant coffee and if you want something more european you have to pay!). Defo not a 4*, 3 at best. But good option as base camp.
