• Dendev (1/5): Clean and warm - It was very dirty. It was cold and uncomfortable. Please clean it further and keep it warm. The young man was very polite. I didn't like the other things at all.

• Sabin (1/5): Worst experience ever - Nothing The first room we got was dirty — the floor was messy and the fridge had old, rotten food. It was so bad I nearly vomited. After complaining, a cleaner was sent, but she spoke rudely, saying, “What do you expect for this price?” — very unprofessional. Thankfully, the lady at the front desk was kind and offered us another room. It was better than the first one, but still not great overall. Disappointed with the cleanliness and staff attitude, except for the receptionist.

• Eunice (9/5): Comfortable. - The heating bed! And it was really comfortable. Very small space but pretty cozy. The staff was really nice. It has a washing machine and a dryer in the common area as well as a microwave and ironer. It's a little run down and needs a little renovation. Nothing out of the ordinary though.

• David (7/5): Good - Great location, close to metro and restaurants. Rooftop was nice, breakfast was included - just a loaf of bread and instant coffee, but we appreciate the effort. Washing machine available (need to pay for it). The rooms were quiet and warm with floor heating. The room wasn’t the cleanest, particularly the sheets - other people’s hair through the room. Never saw any staff on property, only communicated through messaging - they were fast to respond so not necessarily an issue but something to be aware of.

There is no staff on site, you call for check in, which was worrisome to have to hold the phone because of how dirty everything is. When you enter the hotel your instantly met with mold on walls and dirty floors. The elevators buttons don’t all work and can hardly fit two people with carry-on luggage. Even though the hostel was terrible we had hopes the room was better so kept going, but as we shortly found out the room was MUCH worst. Didn’t even think it was possible! The walls had dirt marks and mold all over them, trash and rat droppings were under the bed, the bedding looked as if it hadn’t been washed in months, the bathroom had mold, walls toilet was completely dirty and the house slippers they left looked like they’ve been in mud. We needed leaving immediately and booking another hotel. Still working on getting my refund it’s been several days already. But no fault of Expedia they are saying they’re having trouble getting ahold of the hostel. Hopefully they’ll just refund me and get the money back on their end since this posting was so horrible and false advertisement.

We were assigned a room in which the toilet was clogged with excrement and with sheets that had a persistent smell of urine not to mention the hair in the bed. So the staff changed us to another room. In the other room, mold covered the wallpaper. Everything was moldy, without exception, as shown in the photos: the walls, the sink, not to mention the shower, etc ... Again, there was hair everywhere. The temperature of the shower is also very difficult to adjust. The air conditioning, very old, combined with the mold gave us sore throats. This establishment is a disgrace and we ask you, who are reading this comment, not to book, even if the price is good. Having traveled all over the world, I have never seen an establishment like this. Do not book this hotel, for anything in the world.

I got out of there as soon as possible. Insane!! Honestly I have been to many hostels before. And it was so bad it made me laugh. Though I doubt many people would be laughing in my situation. I'm 19 and my room is cleaner.

• Verified traveler (4/5): バックパッカーには良いかもしれない - 新設洞駅のすぐそばで、立地が良い。 しかし、とにかく汚い。 掃除をしているようだか部屋にゴミが落ちている。 靴を脱ぐスタイルだが、カーペットが敷いてあり、汚いので、気持ち悪いのでスリッパがないと無理。 バスルームもカビだらけで、使うのがとても気持ち悪い。 シャワーの水圧は良い。 アメニティーはほとんどなく、シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディーソープ、タオルぐらいしかない。 エアコンの効きが悪く、温度差MAXにしても寒い。 冷蔵庫は小さいものが部屋にあるが、汚いので使わなかった。 部屋は狭くないのだけが救いだが、カビ臭い。 フロントに人が全くいないため、置いてある電話でやり取りするのみ。 英語、日本語は通じるようだが、日本語でやりとりしても会話が成立しないため、韓国語で会話。 安いので、仕方がないとは言え、あまりにも掃除がなっていないのが残念すぎる。 寝るだけと割り切れば、安宿好きには良いかもしれないが、もう二度と泊まりたくない。

Its also in front of exit 2 and 3 of Sinseoldong Station and has a lot of restaurants and shops just beside it. Its not really clean. I hope they clean the hostel up since it has a potential.

• Chryso (2/5): - It’s not worth the money. It says it has a shower and a private bathroom but there’s no hot water to have a proper shower. And there was no toilet paper. When I asked for toilet paper they said the delivery will come later and he cannot do anything about it when he could just go buy some and provide for his customers. I called for the hot water too and he said he’ll send someone to fix it. No one did. The bed wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. Dusty and with hair on it. Not worth it. Find something better.

• Twinkle (5/5): All in all, I wouldn't say it was a pleasant stay. I am so sorry but I would not recommend the place. Although the r - The best thing about the property is that it is very near the subway station. The staff were also responsive and helpful. The rooms were smelly. We were given three rooms and all rooms had foul smell. I cannot describe the smell but maybe because of the CR or the bedsheets? There were leaks from the sink in the CR and the aircon. The bedsheets also smelled bad. The airconditioning units do not function well. But our biggest complaint really were the foul smell of all the rooms that we had.

The kitchen wasn't that helpful since there was only 1 set of utensils and the refrigerator reeked. There was manure on the side of the elevator and we had to run every time (without breathing). The stairway was locked so there was no other option. Upon arriving on our floor from the elevator, there were still stairs so it was confusing and unsympathetic with our luggage. There was also no one around to aid us if we needed help. We waited for the call when checking in. Upon answering, they just instructed us to get one of the keys exposed right in front of us - this could've easily been sent as a text.

• Vivek (10/5): value for money, very convenient. subway station at the door, restaurants next door, convenience store across the street - clean room with all the necessary basic necessities but don’t expect hotel kinda setup, you get what you paid for but it’s good there were wires on the floor from the night lamp, hole in the ceiling and exposed wires to the aircond. the mosquito net was broken too but it didn’t matter as it was spring. other seasons you might have mosquitoes

• Jasmine (6/5): The stay was ok and it's worth for the price - It was very accessible with a metro station right in front of the entrance and the quality was good for the cheap price. The beds didn't have proper bedsheets and many of the rooms do not have windows. The internet was also down sometimes and I had to wait long periods to be able to reconnect.
