• Dipankar (1/5): Disappointed - Location and food is good. Rooms are OK, manageable and it is just fine for me for the hot afternoon in Bhavnagar. Restaurant staff are very well behaved and made food available as requested. Accessories are horrible. This hotel charges the same level as a Neelambaug palace or a Sarovar, it is a shame. The gym is just a showpiece. Went in for a normal session of weights and cardio. There is an old pulley weight system that looks 200 years old, one pull and the seams off the pulley ropes came off. There are no dumb bells (never saw that in any gym in my life). The AC was off, had to wait 25 mins to get it started. The treadmills sputtered to life once when the maintenance guy came and gave it a go and then it died. The receptionist told me that the maintenance guy can’t wait for me at the gym as he has other stuffs to do. Honestly, they should get their “other stuffs” repaired before restarting the gym and other facilities and simply call this a 1 star bed and breakfast facility till then.

• Ds (5/5): Ok hotel if you get a cheap rate for it. - Staff were friendly at check in . They did provide a huge fruit platter in the evening. They meant well but I think it was too excessive since it was precut. Location was good. Near various restaurants. The hotel has tried hard to look premium but a lot was lacking in the finishing. Our bed had hairs from previous guests... not hygienic. The normal price for this hotel is about inr 3000-4000. They charged almost double with no breakfast so it was not worth it.

Owner cancel booking without confirmations.

• Roopesh (5/5): Passable - Had booked a Deluxe room but was provided a small room in corner where you open door and you have bed and get down of bed you go to toilet. Staff refused to change irrespective of my appeals that I have booked a Deluxe room. They give least preference to booking.com guests. If you get reservation in better property go for it rather than this one. This should be your last preference hotel.

From cleanliness to hygiene, everything is compromised. Bathroom leakage, dirty towels, smelly elevators and below average breakfast will tell you everything.....staff needs some serious professional training (specially the front desk)

• Mahendra (10/5): Delightful stay - Although it brands itself as a business hotel, we had a very good time, did not have dinner or lunch but the veg breakfast was superlative, with a very good spread and although a buffet the staff serving you with complete attention. A great place to stay with clean and good quality linen and pillows. Highly recommended.

Therefore although I gave him emai I received from hotel dot.com. He still had trouble in sorting out at check out time in the morning and I was asked to pay for the room again, although it was fully paid and I had confirmation from hotel.com. Confirming that, I refused to pay again and I ended up in waiting for approx. One hour before I could leave the hotel. which delayed my forward journey.
