• Alexandra (6/5): - Charged extra 560 euros due to error on behalf of Expedia as they say, even tough at check in no issues. Was charged 2 days after. Checked price for 3 adults and 1 child and same as charged, so paid 560 for nothing. They are making up policies as they go and please. On receipt paid the same amount was charged by rxpedia, £450 for the extra guest, and they charged again 560 euros for same thing. Complete rip off. Chrck everything before getting here. All inclusive but premium drinks charged, private beach only offering refreshing drinks and water. Reception attitude appaling even though being shown in the wrong. Never again. Choose a different resort around. There are plenty. Deffinetely bot a 5 star. More like a 4 with indulgence.
• Konstantin (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful, the food was delicious, and the sea was warm and crystal clear. Our friends made use of the kids' club and were very pleased with the care and professionalism of the staff there — it gave them real peace of mind. There were a few minor downsides. Only three devices can be connected to the Wi-Fi per room, which was a bit limiting. Also, while the beach was generally clean, it would be great if the sand was sifted more regularly — from time to time we stepped on small debris (like wood or plastic fragments) hidden beneath the surface. Additionally, the room we were given didn’t appear in any of the pictures on hotel booking sites. While it was clean and comfortable overall, it was smaller than expected, and it would have been nice to see an accurate representation of it before booking. That said, we truly enjoyed our vacation and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. It’s a great place for families and those looking for a relaxing seaside holiday.

• Lyna (8/5): Quelques améliorations nécessaires - Tarif un peu excessif mais nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Les enfants ont adoré l’hôtel que nous n’avons pas mis un pied dehors pendant 4 jours. Les photos prisent par le photographe sont cher et le papier est de mauvaise qualité 10e la petite photo !!! Un peu bruyant et chambre mal insonorisée Le fonctionnement de l’hôtel fait que les clients ont un comportement égoïste et individualiste…exemple ils viennent déposer leur serviette dans la nuit ou très tôt le matin sur les transats et réservent leur place toute la journée. Ils n’ont pas de savoir vivre et même si vous vous retrouvez en plein soleil parterre avec vos enfants ils ne sacrifient pas un de leur transat en en ayant déjà 5/6… dans certains hotels ils fonctionnent autrement ce qui permet de ne pas avoir ce genre de comportement. Rien n’a été fait sur nos 4 jours sur ce point là…chaque matin sur le chemin pour aller petit déjeuner nous avons vu tous les transats « réservés » par les memes habitues…nous nous sommes resignes à trouver un coin d’ombre parterre . Certains posent même leurs affaires sur des tables pour les réserver pendant des heures et vous vous retrouvez à manger parterre sur votre serviette ou si vous avez de la chance sur un transat. Des enfants vont dans la piscine avec leur cocktail et les renversent dans l’eau sans parler des pépins de pastèque qu’ils crachent partout. Hygiène autour de la piscine moyenne…Le restaurant est très bon et varié mais difficile de trouver une place
• Kim (10/5): - Das Personal war super freundlich ! Die Anlage an sich Top gepflegt, identisch wie auf den Bildern . Einige bemängeln die Bedingung während des Essens , was ich nicht bestätigen kann. Das Personal hat alle Hände voll zu tun und sind trotz allem super freundlich und wenn die Umstände es zulassen , dann bedienen sie einen auch ...sehe generell kein Problem, mir mein Getränk selbst zu holen :) Auch die Jungs und Mädels an den Bars extrem humorvoll, haben jeden Spaß mitgemacht:) Die Animateure sind auch der Hammer , genauso bekloppt wie ich :D als würde man sich schon 20 Jahre kennen .. Die Shows die einen geboten werden , absolut Top , vor allem die Michael Jackson Show ...mein hohen Respekt ...1 zu 1 getanzt wie der King of Pop !! Meine Frau ist relativ anspruchsvoll und achtet akribisch auf Hotels...selbst sie sagt " hier kommen wir auf jeden Fall wieder". Und das machen wir auch ... • Peter (6/5): - Von den bildern her gut ,aber in wirklichkeit renovierungsbedürftig. wir waren mit 8 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder ,davon ein Baby und es wurde in dem Zimmer der Eltern mit dem Baby 4 Tage nicht gesäubert, obwohl sich das Kind übergeben hat, Handtücher nicht gewechselt,die Minibar nicht aufgefüllt,obwohl wir Ultra Inclusive hatten. ich empfehle die Anlage nicht weiter

• Aslam (4/5): - Delux Zimmer gebucht, aber Zimmer bekommen in dem die Klimaanlage nicht funktionierte, als man aber die Balkontüre öffnete damit es nicht so warm im Zimmer war war es sehr laut und unserer Delux Zimmer befand sich genau über der Küche, dadurch war der ganze gestank in dem Zimmer, somit war der Schlaf gestört, aber diesen könnte wir dann beim Duschen nachholen, denn der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war so gering das man dabei fast eingeschlafen wäre. Alles in einem war dies kein Delux sonden ein sehr unangenehme Erfahrung in diesen Hotel.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - Went as a couple for a two night stay in November. Met up with friends as we have done for the last couple of years. Entertainment was really good too. Food was plentiful with all choices. My friends have stayed in season and they said it is magical with so much to do. Always a very enjoyable stay.
• Serdar (4/5): - Wir waren Fund Tage da. Saison war fast zu Ende. Innenpool ist nicht erwärmt und war bei 21 Grad. Außenschwimmbad war also sehr kalt. In den ersten Tag war unser Hotel geschlossen und mussten bei Kamelia Selin Hotel frühstücken und Abendeasen haben. Das Restaurant war so voll, dass wir für einen leeren Platz eine halbe Stunde warten müssen. Danach müsste ich selber den Tisch abräumen und sauber machen. Beim Ausgang war unser Tür, wo wir eingereist habengeschlossen und Bein Auschecken würden wir von Reseption nicht informiert. Als ich den Grung gefragt hatte, fuhr es zu einem starken Diskussion mit einteiliger Berechtigung. Wir werden da als doof dargestellt. Um 8:30 kam Hauskeeping rasch in das Zimmer und als cleaning cleaning raumgesprochen. Ich sagte wahred wir am Frühstücken sind, kann das Zimmer aufgeräumt werden . Die Antwort von Hauskeeping war frech als then no cleaning. Ich dachte diese Sentido Hotel Kette gutes Service anbietet aber ich war irritiert.

Wir hatten ein Problem mit dem Zimmer, wir haben ein Standard-Zimmer bekommen und haben ein Deluxe-Zimmer bestellt, sie haben uns gesagt, dass es dasselbe ist. Aber sie hatten eine Beschreibung auf ihrer Website über den Standard der Zimmer, im Standard-Zimmer gibt es eine Dusche, die so klein ist, dass ich als Frau dort kaum ein Bad nehmen konnte. Die Badezimmer in beiden Standards sind vernachlässigt. Vielen Dank an unser Zimmermädchen, eine sehr nette Person, die sich sehr bemüht hat, alles so gut wie möglich zu machen.

However my experience with some of reception staff who are main port of call wasnt good, they were rude and hardly understand to communicate in english. The bell boy in the golf cart car who supposed to collect luggage from your room to reception didnt turn up on check out and we had to drag 3 large bags and 3 hand carries to the reception which was quite a walk. Its not all inclusive and you have to pay to eat in Al carte restaurants which is vague and misleading on booking. Poor communication and needs improvement to welcome visitors after all its an expensive resort.

• MC (10/5): Amazing hotel - After a 3-night stay that ended today, I want strongly recommend this hotel. Everything is as a tourist wants. The rooms are large and good. The facilities are excellent and everything is available in the hotel. The food is very diverse. The entertainment team works in the best way to give you happiness. Aqua gives an extra advantage for adults and children. Just a small note that more attention should be paid to cleaning the rooms, but I will not let it reduce my rating for the hotel

We left $20 for the room cleaners every day from the first day of our stay (because we have a young child and wanted it to be very clean), but the cleaning got worse and worse. Not to mention, we checked into a room with sand on the floor. The broken drain in the bathroom wasn't fixed even after several calls and visits to the reception. 2. The rooms are either very old or poorly constructed. Everything is shaky and falling apart. The mattress is simply "alive"; if two people sleep in the bed, you'll bounce every time the other person turns over. 3. There are no elevators in the buildings, so if you have a small child, don't accept the 3rd floor. It'll be tough for you. 4. The service is a whole other story... In the restaurant, they don't care about you. Nobody will ask if you want something to drink with your dinner. We also went to the paid Italian à la carte restaurant, after which we all got food poisoning. We were severely sick with high temperatures and all the symptoms. Did anyone from the hotel apologize? No one! I repeat, they don't care about you at all. 5. The food in the restaurant is not tasty! I've been to various hotels, from 3-star to 5-star, but I've never had such tasteless food. The selection is very limited. Breakfasts are terrible. Nobody will make an omelet to your liking. In summary, the hotel doesn't live up to its claimed 5 stars at all. Paying 4,000 euros for 9 days, we expected some basic respect.

• Ammar (10/5): - It was our first visit to Antalya and we really enjoyed our stay at Aishan K Club. Room was very comfortable with all amenities. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Food was very good, with generous buffet and plenty of options. Pools were very clean and well maintained. Water park was excellent as well. Beach also had plenty of facilities including free snack bars, ice cream corner and drinks. Overall it was very kids friendly and our three year old loved every bit of it. Only suggestion is to include Iron/ Iron board in rooms and arrange facilities for women only pool.

• Aziz (2/5): - I stayed between the 2nd and the 23rd of August, so you could say that I spent enough time to see everything there is to this resort. The room looked nothing like the pictures online, I had booked a deluxe family room with one double and a single bed, on my arrival I found the room with 3 single beds. They were over booked so they were not flexible in giving me what I paid for. They cut corners in terms of cleaning and it wasn’t frequent enough. The sheets weren’t changed unless I complained, I would find small ants in my bed and eventually I had enough. The food was honestly terrible, their menu was consistent and changed maybe once or twice throughout our three week stay, so you can imagine how disappointing that is for a family that paid for the all inclusive option. I had asked them to place my room close to that of my children but they didn’t care. During my second night, all 3 of my children, aged 20, 19 and 13 heard a hissing noise (that of a snake) behind their bed. There was no night manager on the property and so they had sent security to check the room. After security dismantled my sons bed, I saw a makeshift panel trying to cover a hole behind the headboard. My children were frightened to fall asleep and reception wouldn’t change their rooms until 2 days later. When coming on holiday you would expect that you are there to relax, not to worry about the safety of your children. I’m utterly disgusted and appalled by the level of service provided.

Their restaurants were either closed or impossible to reserve! hallways were always full of cleaning bags (full of dirty towels or sheets), you had to jump through them to go out! Totally forget about drinking a quality drink in this property!
• Radia (8/5): - The hotel is magnificent and it is improving from year to year, it would be necessary to review the cleaning which is bad, and perhaps diversify the buffets at dinner, we enjoyed staying at the KAMELYA K CLUB, impeccable stay
• ABDULLAH (6/5): - I enjoyed my stay and liked how friendly the staff are. The only thing that disappointed me is that the hotel didn't solve a problem we had with the toilet seat. Apart from this incident, I would stay there again.

Air conditioner did not work in our room when we just checked in, so we were moved to another room while they were fixing our unit. For the inconvenience, they let us check out late for free. They have medical assistance on site and it came very helpful when my husband did not feel good and we were in heed of medical help. We will definitely return to this place.

Other than that the place is brilliant and has lots to offer. Maybe children shows at earlier times would have been great given it caters for family.

• James (8/5): - A first class resort for families of all ages although it does seriously suffer from a lack of English language channels on the bedroom televisions (only BBC world and CNN) which renders it useless for young children. Additionally, there is no indoor bar area (K club) making it very uncomfortable to be anywhere other than the coffee shop in the cold evenings (May 2019) The hotel 'guest services told us on the penultimate day that the bars in the adjacent properties could be used - a bit late methinks. The existing unwelcoming outdoor bars are poorly staffed leading to long queues throughout the day. I was not a fan of seeing hugely overweight males parading through the dining hall without a shirt or T shirt whilst the staff say or do nothing. Completely inappropriate IMO. Other than that, a very well maintained family resort with top quality amenities and food choice.
• Nadia (8/5): April 2019 family stay - We really enjoyed our stay at kamelya k club, we are a family of 5 and we found the family suite to be perfect for us. Our children are 9 years old, 5 years old and 3 years old. We really loved the attention to detail throughout the hotel gardens, the food was delicious and there was always plenty of ice cream at the cafe and restaurant for the kids. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend.
• Gigi (6/5): - The hotel is nice by being next to the beach and having entertaiment. However their downfall they had too many cats which walk freely in the restaurant while guests are having meals. On our last meal one of the cats pooed behind me while we were having dinner which put everyone off and we left. When we told the staff they did not seem bothered they said we know we will cleam it.
• Jurate (8/5): - We have stayed in a deluxe room for 9 nights in Kamelya K Club hotel. The hotel room was ok but needs a refurbishment in a bathroom. The service for the rooms is very early, staff kept nocking on the door 9.00 am every single day. Food was nice and big variety, we were entitled to choose one la carte restaurant out of 5 for a dinner of our choice and food in Chinese restaurant was delicious. Canteen for breakfast, lunch and dinner was very busy, always was a struggle to find a table. In overall it was a good holidays.
• Steven (10/5): Very good resort - all the staff were polite and friendly, Ozlem cleaned our room daily she was very friendly and did an excellent room cleaning. Jimmy, and all the animation team organised things to do during the day and the evening. There was a mini disco for children and then there were some extremely good dance acts, followed by different events in different locations on the site. The food was presented well, perfectly cooked, and the waiting on staff were very helpful. It is located between Side and Managvat, both have markets which you can visit and outside you can get the mini bus to both cities which are both worth a visit. the cost each way was 4.5 lira ( approx 60p).from Managvat we took a further journey to Alanya for 11 lira one way (approx £1,50).We took advantage of the a la carte dinner in the China and Mexico restaurants by the sea. well worth trying them as both provided excellent food and service. for me the Mexico restaurant just topped the china - there was nothing much in it. The only thing which disappointed me with the whole area is that they advertised prices in Euro's - when i go to Turkey I want to spend lira and see prices advertised in lira not euros.

• ali (4/5): Nice but much room for improvement needed. - It was ok but anywhere else in the world it would be a standard 4* hotel as opposed to the 5* rating they have fairly disappointed with cleanliness of the room and service from room staff. Ok if you want a family holiday with many pools but dont hope for a guaranteed sun lounger as the majority russian guests who wake up at 6 to go throw their towels on them and go about there business without coming nowhere near the loungers and the hotel do nothing about it so you end up arguing with guests if your like me and want to push for your rights or end up without one for majority of your holiday if you dont want to cause an argument.
