Breakfast was delicious, many options of fruit, loaded eggs, multiple flavors of waffles assortment of types of coffee. The pool was clean, illuminated and the hot tub was just right. TV in the room did not work the whole time we stayed at the hotel when we calles down to the front desk we were told the TV's were really old and outdated. The WIFI also did not work while we were there, Im not sure if it was because there were so many people on it. The staff checking us in and out was reallt nice. The pool and hot tub were nice for the kids to enjoy. The fitness room especially the treadmill needs maintenance or to be updated. The safety key kept alarming even when it was plugged in. The front lobby was very welcoming and comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional we had options of wafffles, sausage patties, bacon, fried potatos, fried eggs, scrabbled eggs, muffins, toast, bagels, cereal, yogurt, milk, juice, & a great coffee bar. If the WIFI & the TV would have worked we would have rated everything higher.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Breakfast disaster - I called 5 hotels in the area. Because honestly, a good free breakfast is the decider for me. The desk told me they would have bacon. They said they would have bacon. Sweet deal. I'm in. Wake up, go down, no bacon. First, I was thinking, "Alright, they ran out, that's no big deal." I asked if any more was coming out. At which point, I was told, "Nope, they never had any bacon in the first place."

- Verified traveler (8/5): Ok… - This Comfort Inn was fine… better than the one we’re staying in now. At least it was more modern! And the breakfast was nice. The bathtub didn’t drain very well so you had to turn off the water and let it drain for a while before you could continue showering, unless you wanted to stand in ankle deep water… They also stacked guests in rooms on top of each other. It definitely didn’t seem full or close to full based on the parking lot and yet we had people above us and they were awake and stomping around and talking loudly until 3am when we finally called the front desk, who did get them to quiet down. Overall I would probably pick somewhere else to stay next time.

- David (10/5): Excellent accommodations - Very nice accommodations minutes from downtown Mandan & Bismarck. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Notably Matt at the front desk & Shane in the breakfast area. They helped me on occasion with bags due to my physical condition and limitations. Furnishings are all relatively new & comfortable. Spacious rooms. The breakfast offerings are plentiful and a wide variety to suit most dietary concerns or restrictions. Pool, hot tub are clean and not overly chlorinated. Only little issue was the pool was a little cool. Wish it were a few degrees warmer. But i used it on my last evening there. Ive seen others use it earlier w/o issue. It may have been due in part to sudden overnight temp drop outside. I arrived the day of their first sizeable snow storm and very drastic temperature drop! Lucky me. They kept the entrance clear and free of ice. Lobby & hallways were routinely mopped and clean.

The pool is small and chilly for our kids (my fault for not looking at the size of the pool more closely), and that part of the hotel is in need of cosmetic help: wall coverings are falling off, and every piece of metal is badly rusted. Good proximity to a restaurant and an awesome coffee place.
- Janie (4/5): Bad Experience - The couch and chair in the suite had hair on them. The heater did not work. The coffee maker was broken, and there was no blow dryer. The people in the room above were making noise late at night and early in the morning. The breakfast was terrible. It was not a good experience at all.
- Kathy (10/5): Great hotel! - Always a great experience here. I've stayed many times - easy on and off the freeway and access to everything in Bismarck Mandan. Staff is always friendly and helpful.
- Mohammad (4/5): - Asked for a late check out to 1 pm instead of 11 and charged me $70 even though check in is at 3 pm and there was only 2 cars in the parking lot. Hotel was pretty empty to not allow a late check out which I never had to pay for a late check out ever and I travel alot.
- Kathy (10/5): Great Hotel - Always enjoy my stay here. Easy off and on. Close to everything I need during my stay. And a bonus that Bennigan's is right next door if I'm hungry or need a night cap.

- Thomas (4/5): - I was disappointed that when I booked it said it was 4.5/5 stars. This property hasn’t been updated or throughly cleaned in a very long time. I booked a king and was given 2 queens with no explanation. Took forever to get checked in with no one in line. I could have stayed in a 2 star hotel for a lot less.
- Matthew (4/5): - When we checked in above 7:30 pm, there was no one behind the desk. After calling, a man got up from his chair in the lounge area, not too excited to help us. The room was very cold and they refused to give us another room. A maintenance guy (very helpful) tried to fix the problem and said that they shut off the heat. I understand saving energy but turn up the heat before a quest arrives, don’t hide it Not sure that this has ever happened to me in 40 years of traveling. The message that I got was this is your problem - deal with it (no firewood supplied!)

- Doreen (10/5): - Very elegant feel for the price. A large variety of choices for the hot breakfast. Didn't care for the looks of the deteriorating walls in the pool room. Max at the front desk was awesome and went above and beyond to assist us.

- Melinda (10/5): - Such friendly accommodating staff from front desk to housekeeping. A lovely group. Nice breakfast too.
