Catherine (10/5): A wonderful stay at Hotel le Catalan - We really enjoyed our stay the Hotel le Catalan. It is a beautiful hotel up on a hill with magnificent views of the lovely town and sea. The front desk employee Valerie was delightful and very helpful. She was very patient with my high school level French so I got to practice it. The rooms with sea views are spectacular. The restaurant was excellent as was the breakfast. It's also a 15 minute walk down some small streets and stairs to the beautiful town center. All in all a delightful stay.

Le restaurant, pris en demi-pension était excellent, menu unique chaque soir, mais toujours avec une alternative en cas d'allergie et/ou de préférence alimentaire.

Mention spéciale à la restauration qui a parfaitement géré le dîner alors qu’une coupure d’électricité générale avait lieu. Le dîner à la bougie avec quelque chose en plus et le repas était excellent du début à la fin. Le personnel de tout l’hôtel est de la restauration sont au top! Merci à vous!

George (10/5): La mer à perte de vue... - J'y ai passé une seule nuit mais j'ai trouvé un hôtel de grande qualité et confort dont la plupart des chambres donnent sur a mer. Ca donne envie à y retourner.

Le lit, normal d'apparence, n’avait en fait pas de drap en dessous, obligés d’appeler la réception à 23 heures et de faire son lit. Aucune compensation commerciale, le client n’est pas roi. Seule la vue panoramique était belle.

Jennifer (10/5): - Superbe hôtel. La chambre était super belle et propre. Une belle vu sur la mer de Banyuls. 15 min à pied pour rejoindre la plage, ainsi que les restaurants. Nous n'avons pas essayé le restaurant de l'hôtel ni le petit déjeuner mais je pense qu'on y mange très bien. Le personnel était très agréable, et très gentil. Ils acceptent aussi les chiens. Un sans faute.
Patrick (6/5): Déçu de notre deuxième séjour - Après notre premier séjour satisfaisant déception de la chambre pour notre 2 séjour ( chambre vieillotte, pas de douhe mais une baignoire, dysfonctionnement de la télévision ) . L'hotesse d'accueil nous gentiment proposé une autre chambre rénovée Beaucoup mieux mais inversion de l'eau froide et eau chaude de l'instalation sanitaire et toujours un problème de télévision.

Keith (10/5): - It was a last minute booking after the border was closed due to forest fire's. We arrived at the hotel worn out after after a long trip complicated by rail strikes. The rail replacement bus dropped us in a small town with no explanation about the border into Spain being closed. Locals helped us with a taxi firm number and the driver recommended we book a room here. We were greeted by friendly staff who advised us dinner ended in 30 minutes. We were not expecting much after a very long day of travelling. The evening made up for the disruption to our plans. The dinner was one of the best we have ever had. The wine was very good. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also good. All the staff were friendly and helpful. If we are ever in this region again we will stay at this hotel.

Verified traveler (2/5): Déception - Après avoir demandé une chambre grand lit nous avons reçu un mail confirmant que nous avions réservé une chambre avec un grand lit. Arrivé à l'hôtel accueil très sommaire puis nous decouvrons une chambre avec des lits jumeaux. Après une demande de changement de chambre qui ne fut pas possible nous avons montré le mail de confirmation... Réponse : c est pas moi c est ma collègue ! Pour faire simple tres mauvaise foi de la personne.
Emilie (10/5): - Hôtel très propre, le personnel est accueillant et souriant. Ayant précisé que nous venions avec notre chien, on nous a donné une chambre sans moquette et possédant une grande terrasse. Geste très appréciable. La vue sur la mer est magnifique. Le petit-déjeuner offre beaucoup de choix, de plus il est possible de le prendre en extérieur autour de la piscine. Je recommande fortement cet hôtel !
