I stayed here with my family to celebrate my 30th birthday and it was an excellent choice. The food was very good with a wide variety, so everyone can find something they like. A big advantage is the private beach, which is clean and comfortable. The drinks are also a highlight – made with imported alcohol, which really makes a difference in quality. The atmosphere was lovely and the staff were friendly and helpful (in particular, Abdullah). :)

The hotel is very clean and all staff are so friendly and helpful especially Mustafa - waiter in the main bar who was very friendly, looked after us very well and made sure we always had drinks. Looking forward to being back and would 1000% recommend this hotel.

From the minute we checked in the staff were so welcoming and helpful, the cleanliness of the hotel was superb, the location was amazing immediately on the beach front and the facilities, including meals were amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will 100% be booking again. We did visit, as a couple, during the off-peak/winter season so the hotel was relatively quiet which we did enjoy. We were told that during the summer season it can be a lot busier and we’re already looking forward to visiting to see for ourselves! There are 3 separate accommodations set within beautiful, gated grounds which is brilliant to be able to wander round at ease in. Amazing stay and a really, really enjoyable week!
andrewlV2232FC (2/5): Horrible Experience – Vacation Ruined - We traveled as a family with 4 adults and 3 children (ages 3, 5, and a 6-month-old baby) and booked two rooms in advance. After three days of stay, we decided to extend for another 4 days, and that’s when a serious issue occurred that ruined our vacation. On the fifth day, we received a call from the reception asking us to come. A staff member claimed there had been a “mistake” and said we had an “extra child,” demanding €350 for the 7-night stay (50 € per night for the 3-year-old). They completely ignored that we had two separate rooms. Later, another staff member, claiming to be a manager, insisted that we pay and said there was “no other option.” We, with three children including a baby, had to stand at the reception for almost an hour to prove it was a mistake on their side. Finally, after a call to the management, the problem was “resolved” by simply reassigning one child to the other room. The additional payment was no longer required, but we did not receive any apology or proper explanation. This experience at the reception left a very negative impression. It suggests either staff incompetence or a potential attempt to get extra money from guests. ⸻ Other Issues with the Hotel • Dogs roam freely on the property, which can be unsafe for children. • The rooms are outdated and need renovation. • Near the children’s pool, staff were painting slides during the day, and the smell of paint was strong. • Some simit (bread) in the restaurant was very stale. • Pools are not heated, despite what is advertised. ⸻ Conclusion Unfortunately, our vacation was spoiled. Based on our experience, we do not recommend this hotel, especially for families with children.

In the following days, both my child and my spouse also became sick - vomiting, diarrhoea, zero sleep, and constant stress! The hotel’s “customer relations” and “quality and food safety” departments did nothing except repeat that “the hotel is not responsible” and offer meaningless excuses like “it could be from air or spices.” No concern, no empathy, no real investigation - only deflection! This experience completely destroyed our holiday. We spent days sick, exhausted, and fighting to be heard instead of relaxing. For a so-called five-star resort, this level of negligence and arrogance is unforgivable. If you care about your health and your family’s wellbeing, do not book this place. The food safety standards and guest care here are unacceptable, and their management’s behaviour is the opposite of hospitality.

For a place that calls itself a five-star resort, this kind of negligence and indifference is simply unforgivable. If you care about your health and your family’s wellbeing, stay away from this hotel. The food safety standards and the way management treats guests here are absolutely unacceptable.

We liked the smiling staff, the unobtrusive SPA center staff, and the very thorough room cleaner (2202). Last year we were on vacation at the Fulya hotel, so we already knew how great the hotel area and beach were. However, both my husband and I got sick.... I was nauseous, vomited, and had a high temperature. My husband had diarrhea. I felt bad on October 17. It's good that I recovered in two days :) After reading Diana P.'s review about the rotavirus (October 21), I decided to write a review. The food was of average quality at first, then it was very poor, fish with an unpleasant smell. After the visit of "important people" (maybe the owner or director), everything changed and it was quite delicious. I especially liked the desserts :) I didn't drink alcohol, so I don't know what their quality was. The cocktails in the main bar looked tasty. I don't want to spoil the hotel's rating, so I'll give it a higher score, because overall there are many more pluses than minuses. I hope the food doesn't get worse :)

367edwinroth (4/5): An irrelevant hotel - We stayed at Kamelya Collection Selin Hotel for 4 nights with my family in September 2025. Despite it being the end of the season, we chose this hotel because we expected the high service standards the chain is known for. Unfortunately, our expectations were not met. We booked a cabana by paying an extra fee, but it wasn’t ready in the morning as promised. The staff was indifferent, and we couldn’t get a clear response to our requests throughout the day. No refund or compensatory solution was offered, which ruined the first day of our vacation entirely. Room cleanliness was inadequate; towels were missing, the shower area had hygiene issues, and the minibar was never restocked. In the restaurant, especially during dinner, the staff was insufficient. No one attended our table, and we had to repeatedly remind them about our drink orders. The food variety was limited, and some items tasted stale. The pool bar was another major disappointment. We had to wait a long time to place orders, the staff was inattentive, and several drinks were unavailable. The beverages we requested for the children were either not available or delivered very late. The bar area was also unhygienic—tables weren’t cleaned, and empty glasses remained untouched for hours. The fact that it was the end of the season does not justify the drop in service quality. On the contrary, I expected more attentive service during a quieter period. After this experience, I do not plan to choose Kamelya Collection Selin Hotel again.
juliesophie1 (2/5): A Loyal Guest’s Heartbreak: Indifference in the Face of Aggression - An unjustified act of aggression by other hotel guests on the beach completely destroyed the positive impression of our two-week stay at this hotel. In addition to the physical and material damage caused, we were shocked by the indifferent attitude of the hotel management toward our situation. We were not provided with any support or assistance, which we consider unacceptable, especially since we have been regular guests of this hotel for many years.

527katerinah (8/5): Nice big hotel - First two days were ruined by the hotel not giving our family the room we paid for and gave us half size room where it was impossible to stay for such a big group. The next day we had to move, which took time and stress. Apart from that the hotel is nice, plenty of pools, nice big beach, enough sunbeds and entertainment all day long. Once a week a big party which is always cool. Food in the restaurant tends to be quite repetitive but tasty and variety is large. We have been here a few times and unfortunately we can see some things being cut down - e.g. no more fresh omelettes or lavash sandwiches over lunch. Animators are lovely and sweet, especially Ahmet C. with whom we had lots of fun at shooting :) thanks for the great time Ahmet!

Its out 4th day here and we would like to share our experience with everyone considering Kamelya collection for their vacation!
kennetho646 (6/5): Nice hotel but with serious issues - The place itself is fantastic ...perfect for kids many enormous swimming pools with beautiful surrounding architecture. Outdoor and Indoor pool water is spotless. The evening entertainment is wonderful The beach is lovely and very near the hotel. There are a few issues. The massage people and photographers are quite pushy and go around every single day and try to get you to buy their services. A fire alarm went off 2 times in the middle of the night. We informed the guest service people in the morning but they Could not care less. One in particular just laughed. I found during the stay that the guest service personal were not Suitable for this job. The biggest issue was that most of us got sick while staying in the hotel. We went to the hotel doctor (the hotel has a medial facility) and The standard answer is that bacterial infections are caused by bacteria in the sea water but this is unlikely since the person was not swimming in the sea and I believe this excuse is used all over the region. In any case it’s said that the beach is a blue flag beach so you cant have it every way. The doctor in the hotel is very quick to ask about private insurance and send people to a private hospital which is very expensive. Our daughter had a mild ear infection but the doctor wanted to send us to hospital to see a specialist. We have never before been sent to the Hospital for an ear infection. A few ear drops and it was fixed. Other members of our group were not so lucky and were very sick with an infection. They ended up in hospital but they could not get a written diagnosis with the cause of the infection. It felt like a conflict of interest that the hotel sent sick guests only to one private hospital. When we left we booked private transfer to the airport from the hotel guest services. This van was horrible , it was 6.30am but the car Was like a party car or disco car. It had strip lighting inside and funny led lights and a TV in front. Its not possible to speak with the driver or open a window so If anything happens or its too cold then you cant do anything. Its actually dangerous in my opinion. The car as 10 min late arriving and then went to get petrol.

Sightseer672336 (4/5): Little below avarage - We were two family and we write in our booking we need 2 rooms next to each other they said it is ok. When we arrived we get the rooms as far away as possible from each other. We see that one room next to us was empty and asked the guy in the reception the change but he lied to us that it has technical problem. Next day some other guest occupied it so he simply don't want to change. The hotel management should look after the guys in the reception they usually now nothing and hardly speak english. Food is the almost always same ,drink quality very low no premium drinks but the staff is ok. Food quality below avarege especially the dinner. Room is outdated and not very clean. The only positive things is the entertainment the park ,beach of the hotel and the sweets which were good. it is actually not bad ,but for the money it is below avarage.

631jumanas (8/5): good - it was good, yummy food, good service, nice people, but we had a bad experience on the first day a luggage guy refused to help us with the luggages and the reception desk changed our room to another one in within 2 hours and the same luggage guy threatened us to not post a bad review on google so he “would” help us get the rooms in the same floor. despite that the rest of our stay was pleasant. bar service was good too

Everywhere is very clean, delicious food, beautiful beach, excellent service. The best bartender who mixes the Porn star martini cocktail works in the Palm pool and snack bar and his name is Mehmet Toker. I recommend and give it 10*.

Excursion65863311529 (10/5): Amazing and friendly holiday. - I’ve been to Selin two times and every time it was absolutely amazing. There isn’t anything to complain about. The staff is very friendly always smiling and willing to help, food is amazing and the sea is really close. The pool is spaicious and always the right tempature.
oanaz68 (10/5): Lovely holiday - We are having a lovely holiday here, beach is amazing, nice bqr on the beach, sea water is perfect now. Pools are nice and spacious. Plenty of activities for kids. Food is quite good. We had a nice relation with all personell from the hotel, I thank in partircular to Nisanur.
Michaela (8/5): - Great entertainment, kids club was truly amazing with excellent care and fun. Pools beach were great. Food options in the buffet were fantastic. And the best hair saloon you can ever wish for with best hair stylist- I highly recommend trying hair saloon, pedicure. We liked the Hammam spa with the bath and massage. The girls in guest service were nice. Few things we did not like: - old outdated rooms, - horrible mold in showers. - you get only 1 x during stay Ala cart restaurant and they are hard to book,, -the reception staff was not very helpful and did not make you feel special upon arrival plus they spoke very limited English.

miap118 (10/5): Fantastic holiday resort - First of all I would like to say thanks to owners managers who run this place because it's well tought throughout. We stayed in Kamelya fulya and we have been in many hotels in Turkey and this resort is the best so far , I loved that you can use restaurants pools in all 3 hotels .The beach is absolutely amazing and spotless , sunbeds are not too close too each other .The food is just everywhere, and it's delicious so special thanks to all the hard working chefs ,especially to my favourite doner kebab chef by the beach , he has always smile on his face and kebab is delicious 😋.There is something for everyone, we came as a couple but met our family from Slovakia too with kids ,if you want quiet holiday you can have it , if you want entertainment and music you can have it and there is always quiet at the bars so you can relax .Special thanks to our favourite barman Emre in Atlantic beach bar , this beach bar is amazing so relaxing with chillout music on and there is a band on the stage usually at 4pm brilliant, Emre made our holiday special, it was a pleasure to see him at the bar on beach every day ,he is the most polite and kind bartender I ever met , but what I dislike was sometimes they put some unexperienced bartenders behind the bar and it was a bit annoying, it's nice to see the same nice experienced barstaff all the time in my opinion.The lady who cleaned the toilets on the beach ,she was so sweet , always smile on her face .All the areas are spotless ,massive private beach ,many pools , food available all the time ,what more do you want .Another fantastic bartender was Zyia at kamelya fulya bar ,he is super fast ,you don't have to wait too long for a drink and professional .Thank you to all hard working staff to make our holiday amazing and we will come back 🙂 Also special thanks to pastry chef who made absolutely delicious cake 🎂 for my Dad's 70th birthday

Very special was Mr. Sonet who helps with reservations and answered all questions. Hotel offering a lot of activities and great metal menu. Hotel is a Perfect place to stay in.

All the staff I came across were amazing. I can’t not say anything negative about this hotel. The only thing I would recommend is thinner pillows esp for kids rather than that everything else perfect. I would recommend anyone looking for a holiday in turkey to book this . It’s a 3 in 1 hotel which is amazing. Thank you Selin. We enjoyed our holiday

Helen (10/5): Great hotel but the noise level was terrible. - Hotel in general is super clean. Great selection of food. Great to have a cafe also to get a nice coffee in the mornings. The only problem i had was the noise. There was some sort of a soccer tournament on and there was so many children about which created noise early in the morning and late at night. It was very annoying at meal times because they all came together which created chaos and lots of children running around. It wasn't so nice when your a couple looking to rest for a couple of days. From talking with other guests they seem to have had the same experience. We did report it and they gave us another room. Staff are very accommodating to your needs which is nice. Pool area is nice withnplenty of beds for everyone and entertainment is spot on. In general the hotel is excellent but the noise level was super annoying for us. I probably would come back again but i would ask firstly if there was a kids tournament booked in. Really during food serving times that many children should have there own room for dining and not be put in with other paying guests. This is a hotel not a crèche and people pay good money for some peace and quiet. Other than this i had no issues at all.

Just back from this fantastic hotel which literally offers everything from 5 star food and drink,5 star hotel amenities and 7 star staff who went above and beyond making our holiday so very special.thank you so much to the fantastic bar staff who were always up for a bit of banter,the entertainment team who oozed fun,the front of hotel staff who were so professional and helpful(special thanks to the unknown managerial lady,really shiny dark hair who wore a black suit) the waiting staff who were constantly alert to their jobs and special thanks to the cleaners(room 2517) was kept perfectly clean and supplied,the great people who constantly cleaned around the hotel with dustpan and brush and the gardening team who kept the green areas so attractive.we have travelled quite a lot but this hotel takes some beating.what a wonderful 10 night break!!

Verified traveler (8/5): - During check-in we were told by rude lady at reception that they dont have a room available for us (booked 2 months in advance and paid) and we have to share an apartment with another family for 2 days (we have a small kid and they have toddler). This is highly unprofessional and totally unacceptable, especially on 5 star hotel. After more than half hour of arguing they offered us a room for disabled persons without possibility of change. This was our 5th and also last stay in this hotel. Room we had was also outdated and would deserve reconstruction.
Rami (2/5): Don’t get fooled by the pictures and hype - Worst customer service. They over booked so we didn't get the room we paid for. They kept on telling us they will get us the right room after an argument every day (we stayed SEVEN days!!!) yet they never did. Everything in the room was broken: safe, fridge, no towels, no replenish of coffee or water (that was all included in all-inclusive). Worst part: they gave my husband and I two beds and not one double like we booked. Couldn’t even sleep next to my husband on our annual vacation!! Ruined our family trip big time.
Nayer (2/5): - Woke up the last day of my stay to find out that €50 were stolen from my wallet which was locked with PIN code in the room’s safe. Escalated to managers (security manager and hotel manager). Security manager knows no english. First, said it is a national day and we can’t get a list of all people entering the room. Then got the list after 30 minutes of pressure and accused me of opening safe at night and stealing my money!! (My children were playing with Nintendo at night and then stored it in the safe). Hotel manager wanted my details to send me a list of people entering the room. If proven stolen, she would not return the stolen money without police investigation! Absolute waste of time. I had to leave and avoid involving the police because had to catch the flight and I wouldn’t feel safe for me and my family to stay in this unsafe place. There was a manager who was half Iraqi and half Turkish who promised to return the money if proven stolen but the lady hotel manager denied the ability to do this. They were all rude and pretended to help but in fact they did nothing apart from bringing a security list and accusing me of stealing my money!!!! AVOID bringing cash to this unsafe property. AVOID this hotel’s managers, they are rude and unprofessional. AVOID THIS PLACE. I am thankful that I managed to leave this hotel with losing only €50!! NEVER BACK AGAIN EVEN IF THEY RETURN THE STOLEN MONEY. Please, Ignore all the replies from the managers about this review.

Joan (8/5): First time was amazing! 2nd time staff ruined stay - This was the 2nd time my family have stayed at the Selin, we booked the family 2 bedroom Suite which was the best available. Our previous stay was so amazing that we were really excited. I had emailed with the hotel that we needed a lower floor. On arrival we were given a room on the 6th floor. So I said no, so they gave us a room on the 1st floor. On entering the porter tried to turn the lights on but living room area had 1 tiny uplight on the wall so it was in darkness. The 2nd bedroom had 1 light so again it was dark and tiny windows. We were really upset as this wasn’t the room we booked. I went back to reception and they said they’d move us the next day. So our first night was spend in a very dark depressing room. Not very good for over £400 per night! The 2nd day I was shown a room with a view of an asphalt roof which stunk of tar, which was rejected. Finally we were given the room we paid for at the end of the corridor (rooms ending in 10 are family rooms). So we enjoyed our holiday until the last night. My daughter had been Vomiting with a bug so we wanted to keep the room till 5pm, I was told price which was fine. Next morn went to pay. “hotel is full-no extension!”. So I showed her the written note of price etc. the woman was NASTY and rude. Told me to take my vomiting child to a cabana in 40degree heat. Told me I’d already complained and moved rooms over a lamp! Said we’d been given a free cabana! (We’d paid!) The manager arrived & gave me a room immediately.
Margaret (6/5): - Lots of issues with the room with numerous things broken including the air conditioning. The hotel was already aware of this. As we found a card on the door with all the faults on and they put us in the room anyway. They were not great at getting things resolved would not stay again.

The food is very tasty and everyone is friendly. It’s a very nice resort. The beach is perfect. I would come back again.

Ricardo (10/5): - Very great standards, and had a lovely time and experience. The infrastructures are very good, good quality, and everything feels premium. The hotel was on very limited operation when we were in, and had limited options and bars/restaurants open, but we still had plenty to do and much on offer. The room was good, and comfortable, and was well insonorised. The food offer was good and broad - and I imagine that at full operations there will be so much to try. The staff was very nice, polite, and helpful, even despite seeming more used to German and Russian than with English - but it still worked pretty fine and was never a problem. Parking worked great and was never a problem. The private beach was lovely, nice, clean and pleasant. I could see myself spending much more time in there. The location is also pretty great, if you are driving (but there are taxis outside) - there's loads of local commerce within 5 min, and it's a fantastic area with closeness to Side, Manavgat, and Antalya - with lots to offer by the sea and in the mountains. Sadly, there was so much to do in and out of the hotel that I only checked the spa on the leaving day, and it is superb. Great decor and infrastructures, gym, swimming pool, sauna, spa, a really good hammam, and a salt room that I only found out too late. I could see myself spending 2 weeks here, and it's a great resort, with great nice staff team who work hard and deserve the best. Also, lovely cats all around!
