- Jessica (7/5): Barely more than a hostel - Clean room, modern bathroom Weird closing mechanism on the room doors that caused people to open and bang shut doors several times in order to close them securely. Very noisy, many school groups, overall felt like a hostel more than a hotel.

Les groupes d'étudiants qui y logeaient étaient très bruyants dans les couloirs et personne n'est intervenu, et le petit déjeuner très basique. Le prix de la nuit. Très peu d'espace de rangement . Pas de possibilité de prendre un verre sur place ... juste un distributeur de softs

Como o quarto fica de frente pra rua, ha muito barulho durante a noite do bonde, de pessoas passando. Tambem ouvia-se muito o barulho de outros hóspedes tanto de quartos do mesmo andar como do andar de cima. Essas questões atrapalharam o sono a noite, mas o hotel e o quarto sao muito bons

- Ludmila (10/5): Ritorneremo volentieri la prossima volta - Una struttura moderna con posizione comodissima nel centro Firenze .Passa il tram ogni 5 min di fronte oppure si va a piedi 15 min . Colazione eccellente con scelta salato e dolce .Eravamo 3 mamme con 5 ragazzi e abbiamo avuto un soggiorno perfetto.

- Rémi (3/5): Séjour gâché par l’hébergement malgré un prix élevé non justifié. - Dans cet établissement je n’ai rien aimé Un vieux bâtiment équipé en hôtel sans isolation thermique et encore moins phonique. Chambre exiguë avec un lit en coin contre murs. Mobilier insuffisant et dégradé ; une petite table et une chaise. Le tramway circule dés 5h jusqu’à 23h avec fréquence toutes les 5minutes, une station sous les fenêtres produit énormément de bruit. Rajouter le bruit de la cour d’école à l’étage supérieur tout cela a gâché notre séjour. Le petit déjeuner est composé de produits industriels est minable. À fuir et devrait être fortement déclassé.

Good breakfast No lift to the second floor. Some things need upgrades like the doors and there isnt much space between the bed and the wall that has the TV and can easily be hit.

Rénovée et propre même si l'ensemble de l'équipement n'est pas fonctionnelle (repose pommeau). Le personnel est souriant et accueillant L'acoustique est inexistante. Même les fenêtres fermées on entend le tram et les chambres voisines énormément, des bouchons d'oreilles sont à prévoir. La literie n'est pas bonne. Impossible de mettre la climatisation. Le petit déjeuner est nul, tout simplement : du jambon cuit 1er prix des œufs durs et pour seuls fruits de l'ananas et des pêches en conserves 😂

Si trova a pochi minuti da piazza San Marco (quindi dalla basilica di San Marco e dalla Galleria dell'Accademia). Lo staff molto gentile. Buona la colazione. Bagni completamente ristrutturati. Camere molto rumorose. Rumori sia provenienti dall'esterno (tram) sia dall'interno. Camere piccole e molto spartane.

- Joerg (5/5): - Das Frühstück wer soweit ausreichend Fernsehanschluss im Zimmer war abgebrochen, konnte nicht benutzt werden. Klimagerät funktionierte nicht. Das Gebläse blies die Luft nur in kleinsten Mengen aus, man konnte es nicht bemerken.

- Paula (4/5): Just about adequate - Good location for access to the city, and trams to mainline Station and airport. Staff where helpful. The "hotel" had a feel of a hostel. No atmosphere, basic room VERY basic - like student accommodation. Breakfast just about OK.

- AIKATERINI (7/5): - Μου άρεσε πολύ η τοποθεσία και είχε αξιοπρεπές πρωινό. Το δωμάτιο ήταν χάλια. Είχε ένα μικρό, διπλό κρεβάτι κολλημένο στον τοίχο κ ένα τραπέζι με μια καρέκλα. Ούτε ένα κομοδίνο κ μια δεύτερη καρέκλα να ακουμπησουμε πράγματα. Το μπάνιο καλό,ανακαινισμένο.
