- Shane (2/5): - This place was a dump!! We left and didn’t stay at this property it was so bad. We should be refunded our money it was so bad. Paid a premium because there were no other places to stay. We left and drove to Utah. Beware of pictures people they joint is not what it shows online.
- William (8/5): - This is a nice option to some other high priced hotels in the area—- I would have given it another star if they would clean up the elevator area and the breakfast area. The breakfast could be made more presentable, add some fruit, a hot water pot ( having to get hot water from the sink for oatmeal and tea is not very good)— at least the coffee was hot and good!

- JOHN (10/5): SERENITY FOUND!!! - Beautiful property in amazing location! Big well appointed rooms with really comfortable beds! A little dated furniture but it’s all in great condition and it’s fun! Safe and easy walking to restaurants and shopping. Lots of parking and great customer service. Breakfast is included and is actually pretty good. Starbucks across the street and McDonalds one block away. We’ve stayed before and will definitely stay again. Quiet and very clean with excellent air conditioning, great water pressure in big bathroom and DIRECT TV is AWESOME! Great value for the price in Hailey!!!

I had 2 issues, first they don't answer their phone quickly, and the first option is not even a valid option. Secondly, the mattress in my room definitely needs to be replaced, I actually woke up with bruise on my hip.

A few minor repairs needed: fridge didn't work, one of the coat hooks fell off the wall. Otherwise, so glad they still have bathtubs and not just a shower! Upgraded rooms, but not uber modern, which I like. And breakfast was a bonus!

- Steven (10/5): - Great stay! Front desk staff were all friendly and quick. Steam sauna needed a key and she was happy to come help unlike other places who grumble when you ask for something. Would stay again.
- Pete (10/5): - This hotel is ideally located just off Highway 75 on the north end of Hailey and across from Albertsons. It is very clean, modern, and a great staff. The morning breakfast offerings were good too. We thought about going out for breakfast, but they provided a hot breakfast. It was the typical scrambled eggs and such, but fresh and tasty. Great place to stay for a more reasonable price than Ketchum hotels and only 15 minutes to Ketchum.
- JAMES (8/5): Good reasonable place in overpriced Hailey - Great place but no closet and coffee maker plug had no plug in, one is buried behind the heavy dresser and both plugs look used. Consider different furniture or get rid of useless coffee maker.

We booked the suite and there were no bath linens, no extra bedding for the sleeper sofa and when calling down to the front desk in the morning to at least get a wash cloth, the front desk girl must have needed more coffee, as she sounded half asleep and could care less.

It was 45 minutes before check-in time, but I would expect the desk manned. The hotel was clean, in a nice area and parking was easy. Plan on skipping the complimentary breakfast-the only fruit offered was bananas. The coffee was diner quality. Packaged pastries and the usual powdered scrambled eggs, sausage and hash browns.

- Peter (8/5): Employees are wonderful - The employees are absolutely wonderful. They were so nice to deal with. Breakfast was okay, pretty standard food. The rooms are definitely old and in need of a remodel. We were there during a rain storm and while walking to our room we saw alarge amount of rain coming through the ceiling in the hallway. Maintenence was there with a ladder to address. Overall the stay was fine.

- Kayla (4/5): Probably won’t stay here again - The staff was friendly and helpful. The complementary breakfast was not good. Breakfast was from 5:30 - 9:30 am and when we went down at 8:30 am for food, there was pretty much nothing left and when asked if they could refill the food they didn’t. The food that was available was not good and we just ended up eating out for breakfast. Our room was clean and neat. We also enjoyed the pool. The pool was the highlight of our stay.

Please renovate and update your rooms.
- Scott (10/5): - Very nice place with wonderful rooms, bed was extremely comfortable. Good local restaurants are just a few blocks away, McDonalds is a block away. Breakfast was very nice with eggs, sausage, hash browns, waffles, cereal, yogurt, fruit, juice, coffee & other things.

It would be very nice that all balls and toys are taken away for Adults hours can be relaxing. I had a bad time, I was in the hot tub and a ball came and endeding in the hot tub. There were no kids inside.
