• David (7/5): Clean, comfortable, good central location & good value for money. - Very clean & spacious bedrooms. Breakfast was very nice. Despite being listed as having laundry services, the hotel does not in fact offer a laundry service. The room has a nespresso machine but I was quite surprised when told you had to purchase pods individually from reception if you want to use it.

El desayuno es sencillo pero suficiente para iniciar bien el día. El personal es muy amable y siempre dispuestos a orientar a los huéspedes. La ubicación es excelente para moverse a diferentes puntos de la ciudad, tiene una estación de metro muy cerca y también hay mucho que ver y hacer a los alrededores. Nada.

• Katia Andrea (7/5): buena ubicacion, habitaciones silenciosas - bueno era que las habitaciones eran bastante silenciosas cosa que valoro mucho para poder descansar, por otra parte la ubicación en mi caso para lo que fui a hacer a Santiago me servía bastante , cerca del metro lo malo es que no tienen estacionamiento, tuve que estacionar en uno de pago que salió super caro porque era el que estaba cerca del hotel, el desayuno bien básico nada extraordinario. bueno era que las habitaciones eran bastante silenciosas cosa que valoro.

• Daniel (9/5): - Gostei da localização, perto do museu de belas artes e dos calçadões do centro, com muito comércio, bares e restaurantes. O quarto é moderno, a cama King confortável. O café da manhã é ótimo, o pessoal muito atencioso. As janelas do quarto ficam num recinto interno de ventilação, dá pra escutar barulho de outros hóspedes de noite batendo a porta dos quartos.

• Angel (8/5): - La ubicación excelente, lugar muy limpio y cómodo. Desayuno acotado pero rico. Un día salí y quise volver al hotel, pero lamentablemente junto con otros turistas quedamos afuera aproximadamente 15 min, no había nadie en recepción, llamamos al hotel, tocamos el timbre y nada, esto fue el sábado 18 en la tarde.
• Rodrigooignacio (8/5): Buen lugar - El hotel es bastante bonito, la recepción y espacio para tomar desayuno cumple las expectativas. En relación a la habitación sin contar el baño tenía cama cómoda y el tamaño de la habitación ideal. El baño tenía las baldosas del suelo sueltas, cada vez que uno entraba y las pisaba, después se trancaba la puerta, entonces había que hacer destrezas con los pies, para poder salir y que la baldosa no chocara con la puerta. Creo que aunque el precio no es caro, si para el valor de este no corresponde lo del baño, ya que me llevo una mala impresión del lugar.
• Jorge Camilo Valenzuela (4/5): Séjour Décevant - Chambre spatieuse vue que nous avions réserver une chambre supérieure avec suposé une vue sur le parc ! Nous étions au 3 ème étage et pas de vue sur le Parc depuis le lit ou le bureau et ce même debout depuis toute la chambre à moins de monter sur une marche haute de 50cm pour y voir juste la cime des arbres. Lit extrement petit pour une chambre double supérieur ! on dirait des lit d'enfant !!! Salle de bains glissante car fuite d'eau depuis la douche. Salle de bain et WC ouvert sur la chambre ce qui permet d'entendre et de sentir tous vos éflues à votre partenaire, ami ou famille qui lode dans la même chambre. Vraiment très décu de la qualité de la chambre. Ascenceur peu fiable car les portes du troisième avait du mal à s'ouvrir on a du appuyer sur le 2 a fin de redescendre et remonter à nouveau. Bruillant !!!! incroyablement bruillant on a entendue des casseroles pendant presque 1 heure puis une fois arréter c'était le tour des passants ou des jeunes qui était dans le parc ou des camions. Bref très mauvaises isolation sonore. On a très mal dormi alors que l'on devait se lever à 6h30 pour aller à l'aeroport. Prix assez cher pour un chambre d'hôtel supérieur qui n'est pas fonctionnel et où l'on à peine pu dormir.
• Sree (10/5): Thank you 🙏 - I loved this place! Luxurious, clean, homely and characterful. We stayed in the double suite which was spacious and had a nice bath. The receptionists were friendly and professional and their English was so good. Their were special touches with fresh juice and a good breakfast, and tea making facilities throughout the day. We wished we’d stayed longer! Nothing.

• Valerie (9/5): We were only here overnight, but the location near the old town was great for dinner options. - Quiet room, great shower and comfy beds. There could have been a few complimentary coffee pods. View wasn't great but that was the trade off for a quiet room.

The hotel experienced some problems with the water but the staff kept us informed. We missed breakfast during our stay due to tours we were taking. Our room was very comfortable and clean and the hotel very quiet. It is a great location. We walked to the historical center, St Lucia, the restaurant area and never took a taxi. nothing.
• Maria Isabel (9/5): - Hotel muito agradável, numa localização central, excelente para os passeios durante o dia e para chegar a todo o lado, com uma estação de metro muito perto; à noite não tem muito movimento na rua, mas faz sentido regressar de uber, de táxi ou de metro (o metro em Santiago fecha cedo, disseram-nos que pelas 23H30). Café e chá disponíveis na sala comum durante todo o dia, o que é ótimo quando chegamos dos passeios. Bom colchão e boa casa de banho no quarto. O ar condicionado do quarto era bastante barulhento, podia ser atualizado.

• Jennifer (7/5): Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt gut - Die Lage war gut. Nicht weit vom Flughafen entfernt und Nahe von Sehenswürdigkeiten wie dem Cerro Santa Lucia und dem Kunstmuseum. Die Suite ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Kaputte Böden, Möbel, etc. Die Ausstattung ist auch ziemlich mager. Der Hoteltransfer den wir gebucht haben hat nicht funktioniert und wir konnten niemanden erreichen.

• Ellis (7/5): Paseo desde el Apolillado - La habitación tiene un buen tamaño y el personal muy bien y el desayuno pese a no tener demasiadas opciones cumplió con lo justo y necesario Al estar frente al parque forestal en el fin de semana se juntan personas con música y mucho ruido hasta la mañana entrante, les recomendaría cambiar las ventanas por termo paneles para bajar el ruido interior

• Ruth (9/5): Recommend Altiplanico- beautiful place, helpful staff at an affordable price. - Staff was exceptionally helpful and able to speak english well. The location was very good, within a short walk to Listarria where there's tons of places to eat on a cobblestone street. Breakfasts were fairly good. There was a lovely little balcony that we could sit out on. Bed was extremely comfortable. There wasn't any coffee available in the room unless you purchased nespresso pods in a tiny tiny espresso cup.

Excellent breakfasts. Staff provide lactose free milk for my wife. Hotel 1 block from restaurants, grocery, pharmacy, bakery. Internet was adequate, staff helpful. Can’t think of anything.

Comfortable room. - The room was large and well designed with plenty of closet space which enabled us to keep our luggage and clothes off the beds The staff was very helpful and arranged late check-out for a reasonable price so that we could enjoy the day and shower before heading to airport for evening flight. Translucent walls in bathroom. Did not want to turn light at night on or would awaken my friend. Otherwise it was very clean and comfortable.

U-Bahnstation gleich um die Ecke, viele Lokale und belebtes Stadtviertel "Lastarria" in der Nähe. Internet, wie in anderen Lokalitäten auch, gelegentlich etwas schwach und langsam.

Comfortable stay - Very good location near to funicular, Bella vista, central market, fine arts museum etc. Manager allowed us to book extra few hours at a reasonable rate so that we could shower before our late night flight. Favvio at reception was excellent in managing this for us. We ended up paying over 20% more because we only had debit card and had to pay in Chilean pesos. Wise card has mid market exchange rate but we still paid 20% more than AUD quote on booking.com Staff threw away our leftovers in the fridge when we were told it was okay to leave it there. Miscommunication.

La habitación tenía olor a cloaca y la respuesta de recepción fue decirnos que "en verano suele pasar y que no hay nada más para hacer que tirar lysoform". Pedimos cambio de habitación por el olor y no fue posible.
