- Verified traveler (8/5): - The unique negative thing was that when you enter to the building the garbage is all there and the smell is horrible and a lot of mosquitoes (mosquitos). The smell of the garbage go to the 3rd. floor at the same time that the smell of the stairs is horrible. The location is excellent and the apartment inside is very clean and very spacious. Thanks
- Richard (6/5): Be aware and conditional booking only - Ok, it started out as a total disaster. Given an apartment that I would not even let a couple of cats stay. The rooms were tired, material on sofa ripped, stair walls to apartment smelling of cat pee. I would be totally honest not what we described in the pictures. We had to complain the following day and after lots of discussions in Russian with reception they eventually gave us keys to visualise another Apartment. This was 100% better and we accepted with the condition the shower was fixed and the Wifi would be enabled. The Wifi only sorted in thr last couple of days. Overall I would only recommend if you check or ask for which apartment your going to get. I was hesitant on this after being totally let down and stranded in Moscow by Hotels.com

- Valentin (10/5): Отличный вариант - Идеальное расположение! Просторные апартаменты, укомплектованные всем необходимым для комфортного пребывания. Отлично работающий Wi-fi. Офис компании, сдающей апартаменты, находится рядом и по звонку мгновенно решают любые проблемы. Никаких проблем с горячей водой! Самые наилучшие впечатление.
- Ruslan (8/5): An apartment in the center of Saint-Petersburg - The apartment was generally inline with my expectations. The only problem was the poor state of the bathroom, which definitely needed a renovation or at least repairs. The shower sink was almost completely clogged so the the water accumulated while I was showering.

- Marc (6/5): Beware - false advertising - Horrible! Not as advertised - no drying machine. Manager kept trying to tell me to change settings and I ended up washing clothes 4 times with no drying. Then he told me to take to sister hotels, which lost my clothes and didn't even wash everything I gave them. Manager very unhelpful and refused to accommodate, especially when room not as advertised. Beware. Would not stay again.

- Hyunseock (4/5): - 호텔이 아닌 아파트라서 매일 청소가 안되어 더럽고, 목욕용품이 제공되지 않아 가까운 슈퍼마켓에서 구매해야 함. 전담 데스크가 별도로 있으며, 직원들이 대체로 친절한 편임. 한 명의 동양계 여자 직원은 매우 불친절함. 아파트를 찾아가기가 매우 어려우며, 밤에 아이들과 다니기에는 위험해 보임.

- Veronika (6/5): Дешево и сердито - Офис находится в одном месте, а квартира - в 7 минутах ходьбы. Сама квартира еще ничего, но вот подъезд оставляет гнетущее впечатление. Хорошо, конечно, что центр и тихо, но про неудобства на сайте ничего не сказано.
