Não tem secador de cabelo nos quartos, solicitei um para a recepção e o que fornecem na dura 1 minuto ligado pois superaquece (impossível secar o cabelo dessa forma). Não tem tomadas ao lado das camas. Toalhas com manchas de batom. O café da manhã não é buffet como mostra nas fotos, foi serviço uma porção de frutas e uma porção de ovo mexido para cada um. Péssimo hotel pelo alto valor pago, não recomendamos de forma alguma. Foi a pior experiencia que tivemos com hotel até hoje.

Kevin (8/5): river/mountain rooms made the stay, good breakfast, great staff. hotel amenities are pretty basic - the views and sounds of the rushing river from the river/mountain facing room we stayed in (406) were fantastic. better than expected. The staff was super responsive and accommodating via whatsapp and nice in person. the breakfast was quality -- nice natural juices, well cooked eggs, perfect sustenance for early morning hikes. the features mentioned above were the most important to me so I was very happy there, but apart from that the hotel is pretty no frills. I think it looks better in photos. The internet in our room worked decently, but not great (I could do 3/4 of the things I needed to do for work from the room). for the cost I expected a more beautiful hotel. The beds felt cheap/firm

Kathia (2/5): I do not recommend this hotel. The nice persons working there should woke somewhere else - The persons working on the hotel Extremely expensive for what ir offers. The pictures of the room must be like 30 years old. The hotel is clearly used up and have low cleaning and mamteinance standards. We booked a room with the view to the river. We could not opwn the windows because the smoke of the chimney of the kitchen was coming in. The windows did not close properly and we needed to sleep with that smell.
Caroline (2/5): A real shame - The breakfast was good and beds reasonably comfortable Definitely not a 3 star hotel and the pictures do not match the reality. Smelly, mouldy, dirty with dodgy lock on the door. Towels had holes in them and what look like old blood splatter. Room and bathroom had mould and was generally shabby/not clean. Dead flies all over the place especially reception. Bit of a shame - think it should be a 2 star at most. We have stayed at many hotels over the world and Peru and this unfortunately was one of the most disappointing.

Toalha de banho rasgada, condições bem precárias. Vários prédios foram emendados e o hotel é um quebra cabeça. Atendimento super educado e atencioso. Mas o hotel é um horror. No segundo dia, me trocaram de quarto e fui para o que eu havia reservado, com vista. Mais confortável, mas com box meio de blindex e meio de cortina. Café da manhã bem ruim.

Check in foi rapido, gentil e o funcionario deu bastante informações uteis. La relación precio-calidad es mala. La habitación tenía mucho olor a humedad. El baño era aceptable, pero podría mejorar, sobretodo la puerta del baño, corrediza de madera, que estaba ya rota por el desgaste que produce el agua y la humedad. La pared externa del hotal, que da sobre el río está sin revocar.

It was a very short walk to restaurants and coffee shops. Nothing, sounds picky but the numbers on the AC unit were so bright. I wasn't sure how to dial them down a bit. Rany (7/5): Estadia rápida e prática - Àgua bem quente no chuveiro, cama confortável e TV que pega Netflix. Quando o trem passa, o quarto treme. Não fica à noite inteira, mas pra quem quer acordar tarde por exemplo, pode ser incômodo. A porta do banheiro também não fechava totalmente.

Carlos (8/5): A vista do rio surpreendeu e diferenciou a experiência. - A vista do rio a partir da janela do quarto foi surpreendente e o barulho da água corrente foi um atributo inconfundível, exclusivo do lugar. Talvez pudesse haver uma área social mais aconchegante?
Jacqueline (8/5): Boa localização para ir a Machu Picchu - Quarto confortável e com uma linda vista para o rio e montanhas de Águas Calientes. O café da manhã é bom e com boa variedade de itens. O hotel fica bem próximo do ponto de ônibus que leva a cidadela de Machu Picchu e tb da estação de trem. Decoração muito simples para o preço cobrado e, o barulho das águas do rio encachoeirado é tão alto que parece que se tem um grande ventilador no quarto. Não nos incomodou, mas é bom o alerta para alguém que não consiga dormir facilmente.

priestly (10/5): Great hotel in perfect spot with comfy beds and a wonderful view. - The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location near the train station and bus stop for Machu Picchu. The view was absolutely breathtaking and falling asleep to the sounds of the river was so relaxing. Loved everything!
