Didn’t like that the check in place was 6 blocks away and you do not know until check in so if you are taking an Uber and have bags it’s a major inconvenience. Apartment was spacious and clean and the location really made this place.

- Christina (10/5): - The room is very spacious. It is basically a one bedroom apartment. I loved everything about the hotel, it's very affordable for 4 days and 3 nights. I felt very safe and secure. I didn't have any problems getting what I need from the front desk. The staff was very nice and I really enjoyed my time. The only thing I didn't like was I had to pay for parking every day I was there so there isn't any free parking and they only have body towels not face towels but other than that I loved everything about the hotel.I will be booking with them again
- Maritza (4/5): - stayed for 6 days with two kids. arrived and none of the kitchen stuff was in the room - and we only had 3 towels, and 1 half used roll of toilet paper and tv wasn't working. We had to go back down to the main building share all this info and was told "sorry tomorrow they will fix this" they came by with one pot, one pan and one spoon. no extra towels or toilet paper - I had then asked HK for these items and they said "ok" and again, no delivery. FOR A THIRD time I had to go back to the main office and get those myself. No one ever came to fix the TV or to pick up garbage or light cleaning during our whole stay. Sheets had weird stains on them but whatever, we were already dealing with enough. Would not stay here again or recommend.

- Claudia (2/5): - Our stay was extremely disappointing from day one. We paid for a service that was never properly delivered. Although we had access to the room, we had to fight every single day just to receive the basic services we were entitled to. It was exhausting and completely unacceptable. One night, we felt very unsafe when there was a violent argument in the room next to ours. The guests were shouting, aggressive, and even knocked on our door. We asked the hotel staff for help, but no one responded or offered any kind of assistance. We were left feeling completely unprotected and on our own. We also purchased a protection plan through Expedia, expecting some level of support, but instead we felt entirely abandoned throughout our stay. The hotel was irresponsible and dismissive from start to finish. I absolutely do not recommend this property under any circumstances. I hope Expedia seriously reviews this case, as the experience does not reflect the service or safety that guests should expect when booking through their platform.

It looks good but service and housekeeping are very rude and will not supply your room with enough towels or toilet paper. Has a mini counter stove but no pans or pots so bring your own. We had 3 women and were only allowed 3 towels no washclothes . Pool at seaside is dirty and hot, germ cesspool.

- Verified traveler (4/5): Horrible - I was very disappointed with the distance to check in and to my hotel. It was 10 blocks away walking. There are no restaurants near by. Most of the time I door dashed food. The toilet seat was broken, tv remote was not working. I was promised someone would come by and that never happened. People outside the hotel room, smoking and drinking at 3am. Woke up to a drunk lady sleeping on the chair. Definitely would never come back here.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Worst Place I've Ever Stayed - The suite was filthy. We had to clean the floors and surfaces. There was no dish soap or sponge in kitchen. There were no kitchen towels or bathroom face towels. There was 1 roll of toilet paper. The shower door had a 1/4 inch gap under it so water poured out all over the bathroom floor. The street parking is a joke. There are multi-story apartments and hotels one after the other down the street. We had to park blocks away. Even the paid parking lots were a couple of blocks away. The place was so bad that we looked for another place for our second night, but couldn't find one available. I would strongly discourage staying here.

- Mark (2/5): - The description on the website of Hotels.com and Beachsidesuiteshotel.com of the amenities were not correct. The property was not clean. You only get cleaning service every 3 days. I had to switch rooms on the first day and got a room on the second floor of the property. There were lizards running around all night on the roof and it sound like they were inside the walls and disturbing our sleep. I had to buy utensils to cook with and dishware and glasses to eat and drink out of because the kitchen that is described as fully functional is not. The bedding linen was disgusting. The furniture appears as if it came from a second hand store and was filthy. The sofa and the kitchen chairs were the only thing we could sit on. The staff did a poor job of cleaning the room and floors. I had to kill a big cockroach/waterbug in the suite. We also were bitten by bed bugs. Yes, this property has bed bugs and me and my lady have photos to prove it because we have identical red bite marks on our ankles and legs. The staff tried to accommodate with moving us for the second time to a property several blocks away but we didn’t come on vacation to work and keep moving from property to property which meant we had to repack our bags and we had a lot of stuff and that would take away time from our enjoyment. This was the worse experience I’ve ever had on a vacation.

I was excited about the pool which was 1.7 miles away at the Oceanside Hotel. And the free happy hour from 5-6 was ALSO at the Oceanside Hotel. I wouldn't book this again nor would I recommend.

I didn’t like that the pools had way too much chloride it caused irrational to our kids skin and our eyes and nose were irritated after a day in the pool , and the kitchen light bulb was not working .

I came back from dinner and bugs were in my bed, on the lamp, on the floor, on the table etc. the bugs shed their wings so every where you looked you saw these wings. I notified the front desk the following morning. They said it was termites and I should not be worried about them biting me. They also said they would have house keeping come and clean up the bugs. I went to the beach and when I returned to my room, house keeping did not clean my room of the bugs. I called the front desk again and they said they would send some one first thing in the morning to clean my room. So I spent another night with bugs everywhere. The following day I went to the beach early, hoping by the time I return house keeping would have cleaned my room. Upon returning in the afternoon I saw that house keeping did not come to my room to clean up the bugs. So I had to go to the front desk. The location of the front desk is ten blocks away so twice I had to walk ten blocks to ask them to clean my room of the bugs. House keeping finally cleaned my room of the bugs. The next day I noticed that there was still bugs. I believe they are coming out of the air conditioning vent. Also the location of the hotel is ten blocks away from any restaurants, cvs etc. It’s in a residential area. I wish that was stated before I booked. There’s more things I could complain about, the bugs and the location was what got to me the most

The only hassle is parking it only allows you up to 6 hours a day and free between 6pm-8am but other then that it was great comfy beds clean sheets. They had closets with a mirror like a little apartment has a stove and sink pots and pans utensils plates cups it was great. Would recommend and would stay here again they also didn’t give me a hard time with check in since my flight was delayed multiple times I was still able to check in at 2am

- Verified traveler (4/5): Bait and switch location - On the positive side, the room was very spacious, the person at check in was kind, and it was a few blocks to the beach. Although we didn't need it, the kitchenette was nicely stocked with kitchen supplies. The nearby beach is LOVELY! Please be aware that the location that is shown on the Hotels.com map is NOT where the property is located. You may be assigned at any of their locations as many as 8 blocks away (1/2 mile). The "access to a pool" could be 6 blocks away - useless! This may be fine if you know it ahead of time, but these location 'options' are NOT noted anywhere on the listing. This is very deceptive. By the time the hotel follows up with the confirmation email noting the different locations, you cannot cancel your reservation. The beach towels that are paid as part of your resort fee are NOT available in your room - they could be a 1/2 mile away - grab them when you check in. Besides poor communication in the listing, their actual communication is completely non-responsive. I never got a response to any of my email, phone calls to their 24 hour phone line, or voicemails over the course of 5 days. There was no room keeping though someone dropped off clean bathroom towels once, the garbage was never emptied, I killed a cockroach, there was a bit of garbage under the couch, and the room had a water damaged ceiling dropping dusty unknowns into the room. I would NOT recommend this hotel unless you have no other options.

It was dirty, didn't smell good, and the air conditioning was noisy. The staff was not receptive to our problem, so we cancelled and looked for another hotel.

- Banay (2/5): The worst hotel - This was my first time staying at a hotel where I genuinely felt like my money was stolen. I do not recommend it. There were no basic amenities like an iron or hairdryer. We were four people in the room, but they only provided three towels. When we requested an extra towel, we were told they couldn’t provide one. In the morning, we asked for toilet paper and were initially refused. Additionally, the front desk is not located in the main building—a detail that was not mentioned on the website. You have to check in at a separate location and then drive to your room. If you care about your money and want a comfortable, respectful stay—do not book this hotel.

A lot of people don’t read that yes you check in at one location… and can be placed at 3 locations of the apt style buildings. I knew this prior and got reminded with a confirmation email :). Ubering is very easy and quick in Miami! I enjoyed it

- Sheena (8/5): Great budget friendly option - My husband and I have stayed in this group of hotels several times now. This particular location (they have several) is in a mostly residential neighborhood so it’s pretty quiet but not a lot of food options close by. However, the trolley stops across the street. It has a kitchen but it’s hit or miss on supplies if you plan on cooking. We had to buy a pan at the Publix. Parking can be difficult but we used the beach parking close by. Just pay attention to metered hours because they do check. There isn’t a pool at this location but you can use the other pools that are about 10-15 minute walk. Overall it’s a good budget hotel in a central location. Just be aware that you must check in at a different location about 5 blocks away. We had to help direct several people trying to check in while we were hanging out on the patio. And plan on reusing your towels because cleaning service doesn’t come every day.

- Ryliegh (2/5): Poor stay at beach side all suites hotel - The hotel bed was poorly held together and buckled under weight because hidden 2 x4s were propping the bed frame up (these were not apart of the original frame of the bed, it was a patch job) we asked the hotel for a new accommodation and they said the room could not be switched that day as they were fully booked all weekend. Opted to stay at a different hotel and checked out of beachside - no refund was given. Highly unsatisfied. Will not be returning. Do not recommend.
