- Dmitrii (8/5): - I’ve booked room with king size bed, but instead they gave merged 2 single beds. Also rooms are smaller than described. They had old fashioned very simple glass soap holder, which I broke and cut my hand with, they’ve charged me for the soap holder and couldn’t give even a plaster.

- Stella (8/5): good location, professional staff - Staff is exceptional. Location is very convenient for the price, next to the market, mall with food court and subway. I gave it 4 stars rather than 5 because the room was too hot and dry, thermostat didn't work to reduce the temperature and window opening was too narrow to cool the room down. Breakfast was basic and same food every day but for a short stay it's ok. I would stay there again.

- Ulugbek (2/5): 2 звезды вместо 4 - Отель позиционирует себя как 4 звёзды! По факту даже до 3 звёзд не тянет. Грязь в номерах, постельное белье грязное, подушки для сна в ужасном состоянии и дешевого качества. Очень тонкие стены, слышно каждый шаг, и каждый диалог. ТВ теряет сигнал, и не показывает половины заявленных каналов. Кулер с водой еле работает. Температура в номере холодная, нету даже регулятора температуры для комфортного проживания. Единственный плюс от посещения отеля, это завтрак.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - The hotel is best possible price-quality ratio. The rooms are nice and big. The breakfast is average, but has everything you could ask. And the price beats all the downsides, like location, which is very far from central Moscow, but hotel is just 3 minutes from metro station. The only negative experience I had related to room with windows going out to corridor and there was some event during that time and many people were seating and chatting in corridors during the night, which did not allow to sleep well. So, if booking, ask to have a different window orientation.
- Anastasiya (10/5): Отличный отель - Отличный отель.расположение конечно далековато от центра,но тем не менее отель хороший.номер отличный,большой.нам дали угловой номер,огромный,с панорамными окнами в пол.красота.в номере есть даже зубные щетки ,тапки и расчёски.за стерильность я не гонюсь)),но было чисто.завтраки отличные,большое разнообразие и вкусно.единственное выбора кофе нет и шоколада)),как в Польше например.есть даже выпечка.имеется тренажёрный зал с душевыми.детская комната была закрыта на ремонт,а жаль.я была с сыном.а в остальном все замечательно.спасибо за проживание

- Rebecca (10/5): Super Nice Hotel!!!! - We have stayed at the Prince Park Hotel in Moscow many times. The reception staff are fluent in English. Victor, the Bell man is a "prince" of a guy--so very helpful. Rooms are clean and neat. We will be returning again in January.

Also, having breakfast on site that was included was convenient not having to go out in the cold in the morning but staying over 9 days and they never switched up the menu by day 5 becane so repetitive.

- Ismail (6/5): Only for short stay - Hotel is part of shopping centre. I guess they convert the part of it. Rooms looks inside the building. But the room is very big that is good. You can hear everybody talks if you open the window because of acoustic. So you close the window ( window is opens in to the building) than no air in the room. Minibar is empty. There is no kettle in the room. So you must order the tea. All night and morning people were talking in the corridor and you cannot sleep. I needed to worn them to be silent. Breakfast is very poor. Hotel itself documented as 3 star, although it sells as 4 star Overall I will not stay there again.

- SEYED MANI (6/5): A medium HOtel - The hotel was so far from downtown, but it was near the metro station and it's the best option of it. The hotel was so clean. But the room was very noisy from outside and we told them to change the room but they didn't do anything. Breakfast was good. I reserved the room for 4 nights but they think i reserved for 3 nights and they asked me to pay for one extra night and i show them my reservation. My last night, they didn't clean the room. They hadn't any Tea making facilities.
- Anton (8/5): Decent hotel, close to subway. - Decent hotel, but strange floor plans. It took us some time to understand how to find our rooms. Crowded by Chinese tourists. Poor noise insulation in the rooms - you can hear the neighbors very well. Internet connection is not stable. In one of our rooms, there was no wifi signal. Rooms are clean.

- Rebecca (10/5): Prince Park Hotel staff is the BEST!!! - Our original reservation was from Jan.13-31. An emergency occurred within the group that we were leading which made it necessary for us to extend our stay 3 times. The attendants at reception were fantastic. We ended up staying until Feb. 11. Not once did they make us change our room even when the hotel was full. Victor, the bell man, is amazing. Whenever I walked in with my hands full, he had the elevator waiting for me. Housekeeping--unbelievable. Clean towels every day--when they would see we were busy in the room, they just quietly went abut their tasks. Hope they enjoyed the chocolates that we left.

Good value for the price that includes full breakfast.

- Rebecca (10/5): Great experience!!! - I spent several days at the Prince Park last Feb. The stay was great!! When I had the opportunity to book a group into a hotel in the southern part of Moscow, I chose the Prince Park. The group was very impressed. Great buffet breakfast as part of the room.
- Gatinha (8/5): Great hotel close to the metro. - I love this hotel even though it was far from the city there is a metro station in a walking short distance. The size of the rooms are amazing with and incredible king size bed and very spacious. The hotel is very well maintain and the hall ways are decorated with plans to make it feel like a patio right by your room window. They have a amazing breakfast room with many varieties to pick from.

Food quality and choice OK to good, not excellent. - The hotel surrounding: subway station and big department stores nearby.

The room and the bed/bathroom were what I would expect from a low end hostel. The staff are the only reason this hotel isn't getting a lower tariff. It has nothing to justify the amount of money it costs
