• Verified traveler (8/5): - 値段を考えればアリ。 立地はダウンタウンなので良い。 設備は古いが用はたりました。 エアコンの調子が悪いとか小アリがでるとかの不具合はありましたが言えば対応してくれます。 朝食もそこそこ頑張ってくれました。 この状態で40〜50ドルなら許容範囲。
• ArkarKyaw-Win (10/5): - Staff and service are the best thing about this hotel. Location is the second best thing. I have stayed in couple of hotels in this budget range, had to come back to this one for its service. If you are looking for a mid range hotel with easy access to what Yangon has to offer, it's hard to beat this hotel.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - ダウンタウンへは歩いて行ける距離にある。 今回3人での宿泊だったがツインルームに簡易ベッドがあるだけで、部屋で鞄を広げると少し窮屈に感じた。 部屋の電気がカードキーシステムだが、一度抜くと再び挿した時にエアコンが5分位点かない。 朝食は朝7時からだと言われたが7時に行くとまだ用意されておらず、全ての料理が出てくるまで15分程かかった。 スタッフは皆腰が低く礼儀正しい印象を受けた。 テレビはNHKが映る。 タクシーを呼んでもらったら配車サービスのものだった為、値段交渉も無く無難な価格で乗ることができた。

• mattpbkk (6/5): Clean and friendly hotel - This fine for a short stay such as a business trip. The staff were helpful and the room was large enough and clean. The breakfast was limited but ok if you are happy with mostly Burmese food. The only problem was a cold shower but this was probably just my room. For the price you cant argue really.
• J7612PHjuliah (8/5): Good hotel - Not too far from Junction city and Bogyoke market. From the roof top, we can see Shwedagon Pagoda. Many shops are near hotel and delicious. Really loving service and all the staffs ate helpful. Not too noisy, not too quiet and feel good the rooms are very comfortable. I'll surely go there again when I come back to Yangon.

• Verified traveler (6/5): - Nice hotel with nice food options nearby (Shan Kitchen, Craft). Cleanliness of room can be improved (lizard droppings on some surfaces, insect on towel). Aircon is a little noisy on warming up. Otherwise bed is comfy, and location is great. Staff is friendly, thankful to the Manager for allowing me to check out later (2pm) as I have an evening flight.

• ClaireM5509 (4/5): Great location. However!!! - This hotel is in a really good location with great eating places, however it feels uncared for. A nice bed is about where the goodness stops. Power outside all the time including air conditioning. Shower fell off the wall. Pretty dirty and breakfast was appalling. Dont opt for breakfast here. Plenty of great places nearby. I had to ask for 4 changes of adaptor plugs in as many days and then when you add your country adaptor to these they consistently fall out of the wall. Staff, especially the men, door staff seem more interested in their phones than their guests and upon my return twice one guy was behind the desk with his finger up his nose! This place could be so much better with a little TLC to it and add yogurt and muslie and some decent coffee to the breakfast and a bit of staff training is all that is required. Breakfast was like floating grease and the coffee so weak that you couldnt tell the difference between this and tea.
• pohl136 (8/5): Reasonable rate - Quite a good location,room acceptable,breakfast change daily. nearby 3 min walking distance to Yaw Min Gyi (Boyar Nyunt Street),i went there everyday for meal n drink,there's lot of pub,bar, restaurants and massage,my flavour jap food Miyaki bar club n body&foot massage at Singapore foot reflexology are all there,just feel relax n a warm village.
• Arkar (10/5): - Staff are very friendly and went out of their way to help me navigated around the city. One of them even loaned me an umbrella that I lost. Room is always clean but towels could be newer. It takes 5 minutes to turn on the AC because it is on power surge protector and it has 5 minutes delay. Electricity for room only works when you insert your room key into designated slot. Overall, I am really happy with my stay, especially with the staff.
• thizizsunday (10/5): Reasonable and best location - The hotel is perfect for a stay, Location is best. 5 to 7 mins walk to Bogyoke Market, there're various food stalls just in the same road of the hotel. The Fatman bar is my fav to choose this hotel. 🙊

Taxi are easily available and hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. If you want to stay close to the city.I would highly recommend staying at sunny holiday hotel if you ever visit Yangon

• hitoshit2018 (2/5): Just Guest House! - When I arrived that hotel no one coming for welcome. Hotel main stair are dirty and main door with hand print marks. Receptionist ladies are no smile and rude. Hotel opening in so dark. Breakfast very bad and plates are dirty. Housekeeping staffs are not friendly no smile and not doing their work properly. Corridor are so dark and wallpapers are dirry and damage. Rooms are so dirty and so with so many dust. Blood stain and other stains are on the bed linen and pillows and when check out they want to charges to us but that stains are still have before we use bed. shower room was very small, dark and dirty. No water can going down from the hole because of blocked with hair. Housekeeping not cleaning properly, only bed tight and toilet cleaning and wipe water and fill some items only. one water bottle is already open before I used. I lost 50usd everyday after housekeeping cleaning. Aircon was not working and not cold in hot season in like that country. I tried to complain to housekeeping to talk with their manager or supervisor but they said there no manager and supervisor also in their housekeeping. So I knowed why this hotel so dirty. so so terrible hotel and I totally not recommend to stay there. Price is so cheap but quality is so lower than the price. I stayed there 3days in end of april.

• fionacG5048CY (2/5): Not recommended - Housekeeping staffs were sleeping on the job. Toilet walls full of stains. Only replenish if you asked them to including toilet rolls. Drain hole was full of hair. Metal rack to put shampoos are all rusty. Worst hotel stay ever. I change room twice and they were all the same condition. They don't even have a working desk.
• Stefan32101 (4/5): Could be better - Room needed airing each time we entered. Bathroom needs better cleaning and light. Breakfast is quite bad. Quality as well as selection. Cheap compared to other options though and good location for starting sightseeing in Yangon
• dogtortoise (10/5): Very kind and helpful staffs. Very central location. Safe - I like the fact that their staffs are very helpful and friendly. They even allowed us to check in at 6.00a.m. when our check in time was supposed to be at 2.00p.m. that is very kind of them! Apart from that, although our package didnt include breakfast, they also allow us to have breakfast at their place for free, due to i was looking for their local food, ie. mohinga but nearby the hotel doesnt serve it and their hotel have it for breakfast buffet. Everything is very good. Rooms are spacious and not too cramp, hotel not at packed or crowded areas, loads of eatery nearby the hotel, the taxi we called from the hotel is also very good to us. They also provided adapters in hotel rooms. The only thing i may not be satisfy is i asked for a nail clipper but they dont have it.
• Kevin (10/5): Comfortable and convenient for the price - It was an area of the city were it was to my relatives so I stayed here a few nights in Yangon. It was comfortable room for the price and hotel staff were friendly and accommodating.

• kormensandiego (6/5): Nice Hotel But Service Needs Improvement, Airconditioning Unit Does Not Activate Immediately - This is a nice and clean hotel in Yangon. The rooms are ok, spacious and the beddings are comfortable. The linens are clean. The airconditioning activation poses a problem because it actually takes a long time to turn on after you put the card in. We've seen the staff resetting the airconditioning by pressing a button so that it will start immediately. Coming in from the heat, I prefer that I can turn on the airconditioning because the room is stuffy after coming in. I don't mind if the weather is a bit cooler but it's not. I've had to do this everytime I come into the room, it's really a stupid system and it's not even supposed to be a regular process. The staff were okay, some are quite indifferent with no response at all, while others are bit more friendlier and helpful. When we called about the airconditioning, a supervisor came over, she was about to reset the button but she couldn't reach. She just pointed at us to do it ourselves. The problem is that the height of that button requires us to step on the bed or on a chair and is not even a regular switch. What kind of service is this? The location is very nice and convenient, easy to walk to the Sule Pagoda and Bogyoke Market. The street is also quite busy so it's very safe to walk around even at night. It's quite near restaurants and coffee shops too.

It is very clean and modernly arranged, but room size varies very much and the price are almost the same. Breakfast here is good but not excellent, remaining basically the same during the seven days of a week. Free wifi here is available but the speed is catastrophic, for the download speed may reach as fast as...30k/s.
• henk (8/5): Goed hotel - Het ontvangst was goed allen moest het 3e bed nog weggezet worden. Echter toen we een 2e nacht wilde bijboeken zou het duurder worden want de prijs zou op basis van 2 slaapplaatsen zijn. Online maar bijgeboekt en verteld dat dat niet ons probleem was en toen was het goed.

• Mario (6/5): リーズナブルなホテル、我慢して泊まれるレベル。 - 朝食はバイキング式であるが、選択肢が極めて少なく、非常にお粗末であった。（毎日同じメニュー） 洗面台の照明が非常に暗く、顔の手入れが大変であった、また、温水器の能力が貧弱であり、シャワーの温度は低い（ただし、外は猛暑であり、あまり気にならないが・・・） 冷房は部屋のカードキーを差し込んだ時だけ駆動するため、外出から帰った後、部屋が適温になるまで、かなり時間を要する。 部屋の掃除は一応なされるが、シーツは９泊中５日にようやく交換された。

• John (6/5): Standard no frills hotel - No frills basic hotel. Cheap and cheerful for Yangon, but still over priced compared to other cities in Asia. We only stayed 1 night and it suited us. Only bad point was breakfast. Only western option was toast. While I love Asian curries, noodles and rice, I cant get used to eating it for breakfast.

• Verified traveler (2/5): Bed bugs - Hotel infested with bed bugs. Got bitten in first room. They changed two more rooms but found bed bugs and decided not to stay. Paid own taxi fare and checked into another hotel at 2:30am.
• Justin (10/5): It is a good option, for business or leisure. - It is strategically located, close to the Sule Pagoda and the Swedagon Pagoda. To a walking distance of Rangoon's historic district. Te staff was very welcoming when we arrived in the evening. I was not feeling well so the manager on duty sent tea up with honey . It was very thoughtful. The bed was very comfortable The staff was really great about recommendations for local food spots and helping us navigate the town. Would like to recommend this hotel, and This will be my best choice if I came to Rangon again
• Steven (10/5): Good location and excellent base for the city. - We stayed at this hotel for three nights after a busy and great Exodus tour in Myanmar. The room was very comfortable and well equipped, including the best wi-fi we found on our holiday! Hotel staff were very polite and helpful.. The staff were helpful ,welcoming, cooperative and eager to make our stay enjoyable. Our shopping had resulted in a large load of baggage. They helped us load them through the windows of our hired bus. We’ll return to Sunny Holiday hotel.
