Staff were warm and amazing. Good breakfast. We had a 3 bedroom villa and 3 double rooms booked. The hotels rooms were very nice and honestly amazing value. The villa was spacious but needed a bit of love. However very spacious and beds were comfy. Very good value. You get what you pay for. The villa needed bit of love. Paints peeling and cleaning of nooks and crannies lacking. Kitchen had no utensils, had to go to front restaurant for all plates and cutlery each time. Again this is just a feedback for the property on something that they could improve. But the value they provide its unbeatable.

- Ankur (8/5): Budget stay near Seminyak - The location is really good. We booked this place just for one night. The staff was very supportive however They could increase the staff here. The female at the reception was also covering for room service and the restaurant and kitchen as well. The property was being maintained so we could not use the pool while we stayed there but the pool is good. The bar was also missing staff and did not seem operational. The restaurant area is too small and the staff was missing there too expect for a female who was at the reception.

There was no power outlet for the kettle in the main room and so we had to use the one in the bathroom. My daughter’s room key did not work properly. There were little lights on the street and no path either. As you enter the lobby, you can smell the canal from the street. The breakfast was also late starting at 8am, we wish it started sooner to align with our early schedules. Some of the breakfast options were too oily. I was disappointed at check-in where the hostess told me my room would be ready at 3pm instead of the agreed upon time of 2pm which was resolved only after I had a long arguments.

- Zaid (5/5): Decent hotel for a more budget-friendly alternative that feels more 3* than a recommended 4* hotel - Good customer service from staff and a spacious room size for a hotel suitable for budgets. A heightened bug issue in rooms, my previous room had been switched due to several bugs on the floors and a mosquito, however the bathroom also had flies constantly. The room itself seemed pretty dated and basic maintenance issues with doors, there is also a strong smell of sewage after flushing the toilet which can last hours and the whole room smells foul. Entry into the room was difficult to understand at times, the hotel is also significantly distanced from popular beaches and malls. The hotel also does not have a gym and breakfast was also pretty basic and options aren't really provided.

- Russell (6/5): has got lten to expensive - I've stayed at this hotel many times mainly because it was reasonable value at around AUD$40P/N but the price has been increased to near $60p/n. nothing has been done to the property in recent times that suggest paying the increased price. it remains the same as it did five plus years ago. there are much more affordable & better accommodation in close proximity. room needed a lot of maintenance

- Boipelo (1/5): Bad - The hotel let me know an hour before check-in time that they would downgrade my room due to problems in the room I initially booked. When i got there at 3, they asked me to wait in the lobby (my room was not ready even though the check-in time is 2pm). The next day , i was out all day and when I came back, the AC had leaked all over my belongings. The manager was very unhelpful and I had to look for alternative accommodation at 11pm .

- Darryl (9/5): Loved it, would definitely stay here again. - Location was away from busy streets and noise, large/spacious rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful. Took a long time for hot water to run through when showering, not tat hot showers are often required in Bali.
- Joey (8/5): Amazing! Unbeatable price. - Super sweet people working at this hotel! It took a long time at night to get hot water from the shower.
