- Irena (10/5): I love the hotel! - Very nice little hotel! Very nice and helpful Staff! Extremely comfortable bed! Perfect location. Window that opens (a bit), which is rare in Tokyo hotels. Washing and drying machine (only one, but it was enough for all the guests, however the hotel was fully booked during my stay). Baggage weight scale to use. Luggage storage for free, before and after check-in. At start it felt very noisy at night because of the passing by trains, as I like to sleep with an open window, but after a night or two I got used to the noise of the trains and even found it pleasant! I have to admit is perfectly quiet when the window is closed, also the trains are not running in between approximately 1 am - 4 am. The aircon is controlled centrally (you can only turn it on, or off) which was perfect in May, but it might be difficult for some guests in Summer or Winter (but I guess one can inquire beforehand if the temperature meets his/her expectations).

- Francesca (5/5): Bonne position mais le rapport qualite prix peut etre mieux - L'emplacement etait ideal pour nous car on devait partir par deux aeroports differents et cet hotel permet d'atteindre tant Narita que Haneda. L'endroit est sympa avec plein de petits restos dans le ruelles. la chambre et la salle de bain etaient propres. La rigidite du personnel a' l'arrivee ( on avait dix minutes d'avance et on nous a fait attendre ) et aussi quand mon mari avait froid et on a demande un duvet de plus on nous a dit que c'etait pas possible. Le lit double etait vraiment assez petit ( problablement 120 cm) et la chambre etait vraiment tres etroite. On entend le bruit des trains et des voisins. Pas possible de regler la temperature Pas de petit dejeuner possible dans l'hotel et meme si il y a bcp des petit cafes dans les alentours le prix pourrait etre plus bas pour refleter ce manquement,

- Silvia (2/5): D E C E P C I O N A N T E!!!! - Da localização bem próxima da estação Asakusabashi, das opções de restaurantes e fast foods do entorno Banheiro com cheiro estranho de esgoto Contratei 9 diárias e qdo fiz o check in, avisaram que o quarto só seria limpo 2 VEZES nesse período todo Precisei do serviço de traslado de malas pela Yamato e os funcionários não foram nada prestativos.Haviam funcionárias educadas, mas ninguém muito disposto a acolher melhor , atender a algumas perguntas.O gerente , claramente ñ simpatizou conosco e às vezes, qdo perguntávamos algo, a expressão facial de desagrado era patente.Esse hotel nem deveria estar no Booking.Eu o escolhi com todo o cuidado , porque era o terço final de minha viagem e queria um local que facilitasse na hora de ir embora.Fiquei muito frustrada e trocaria de hotel, se já não o tivesse pago.Esse é um resumo mínimo, mas foram mais situações desagradáveis.Em nenhum outro hotel do Japão onde me hospedei durante um mês de viagem, fui tão mal atendida.Nunca mais volto no Web e não recomendo a acomodação Também não quero que o hotel me responda com palavras educadas que em nada condizem com a realidade Se vocês não gostam de trabalhar com pessoase não querem acolher estrangeiros de outras culturas, mudem de profissão

- Donald (10/5): The place is small but if you're going out all day everyday, it's perfectly fine. - The location is close to 2 different railway lines, and there are a lot of restaurants around. If you like anime goods, this place is less than 15 minutes away from Akihabara. This place is accessible from Haneda airport by train without any transfers. On check-out day they'll hold your luggage for free so you can explore Tokyo a little longer until your flight. The staff can speak English, Japanese, and Chinese. It gets cold at night but the blankets provided will keep you warm in bed. The mini fridge in the room didn't have a freezer compartment, which isn't a big deal.

Solo nos dieron un sobre de café y té por persona en los cinco días que estuvimos, cuando pregunté si podían darme más me dijeron que tenía que comprar. Quizá fue el idioma y no nos entendimos, pero creo que estaría bueno que dejaran algunos sobres más en la habitación.

Overall, smooth experience. The room is very very small but still able to open 1 large luggage and 1 medium luggage, but unable to walk afterwards.

- BERNARD (9/5): Comfortable week long stay - Location is convenient and has plenty of food nearby. Less than 5 min walk to Asakusabashi station. Staff were very welcoming and helpful with any enquiries we have throughout our stay. Room was very clean and comfortable to stay in for my week long stay. The room and toilet can be quite small. For 1 pax, it may be perfectly fine. Though toilet might feel cramped for anyone thats of a taller and bigger build. If you have more than 1 pax and have luggages, may have difficulty placing it.

Permiten guardar equipaje antes del check in Huespedes del piso eran muy ruidosos (aparentemente italianos) y probablemente ellos mismos fumaron en la habitacion, el olor era fuerte en el pasillo y entraba a otras habitaciones (en la mañana y noche) Se comento esto en recepcion pero no pasó nada. Al día siguiente usaron algun desodorante ambiental.

- 陳 (7/5): - 地理位置離淺草橋JR/都營淺草線都算近，附近有7-11，再遠一點點點也有全家；房價以當時楓葉季來說算是相對便宜的；櫃台有輪班的員工是回說中文的，溝通大致上是沒有問題。可以選擇要不要清潔房間、垃圾可以帶去一樓丟、可以每天領新的毛巾。 房間真的跟一般市區的連鎖飯店差不多，都很小，26吋的行李箱一次只能開一箱；一般的雙人床其實是加大的單人床大小，若體格大一點可能會睡得不太舒服；廁所的馬桶設計是歪斜的，馬桶坐墊似乎有故障，無法整個上掀起來，使用上有點不順；最大的問題是廁所的捲筒衛生紙...超級薄...根本無法正常使用，一抽就破，房間內部只有桌上附有很小包的抽取式衛生紙，所以我們入住的第二天就直接在附近的超商自己買一整包抽取式衛生紙來替代。
