I had tge priviledged service from Mr. Lay who received us andbtook us to the reception and helped us with everythinh till we checked in, the other staff were also equally amazing. The room was great, clean and cozy, the food was great, of high quality and healthy. The location is accessible by taxis and very near to many of the hot spots. The overall experince was great for us and would definitely recommend!!

Le seul problème que nous avons rencontré concerne la piscine : un oiseau n’a pas arrêté de nous attaquer aussi bien dans l’eau que sur la terrasse. Je comprends mieux pourquoi il n’y avait quasiment personne à cet endroit. Concernant l’emplacement, le quartier est plutôt chinois, donc il est difficile de trouver de la vraie cuisine thaïlandaise traditionnelle à proximité. Il y a également beaucoup de circulation autour de l’hôtel.

- Hakan (1/5): Für alles bezahlen 😡 - Für den Preis gutes Hotel Jetzt aber... Beim Checkout mussten wir warten bis das Zimmer Überprüft wurde. Glaube in der DDR machte man noch sowas. Dann sollten wir für die im Zimmer ausgelegten Shampoos und Duschgels bezahlen. Das habe ich noch nie erlebt. Jedes Hotel bietet sowas seinen Gästen inklusive an. Des weiteren standen auf der Rechnung 10.000 bath weil angeblich im Zimmer geraucht wurde. Habe ich natürlich nicht bezahlt. So eine kacke habe ich noch nie erlebt. Das die Toilette verstopft war und das ganze Badezimmer in Scheisse stand und die Badewanne defekt war interessierte niemanden.

- Sumatpimolchai (9/5): Not a bad hotel. Friendly and clean. - We stayed in the suite in the building across from the main hotel and it was very spacious. The staff are all great in every department. Shout out to JJ who helped with doors, bags etc and barman up at the pool (name beginning with Amo…) both are a credit to the hotel. Lovely cocktails by the poolside. Food in the Copper restaurant was very nice. We could stay and use the hotel after checking out which was a huge bonus. Lovely cafe on ground floor when you walk to the back of hotel. Great coffee and cakes. Bed in the suite ok but not the best. Towels were changed everyday which they don’t need to be. Saturday night was so noisy it was tricky to sleep despite us being on top floor (7th). Other nights we could still hear voices, traffic etc but not as bad as Saturday night so we could sleep. I think the main hotel is more modern but the older building with the suites the windows are single glazed so let’s in a lot of noise. Service in the restaurant was a bit slow but lovely staff and yummy food.

- Klára (8/5): összességében rendben volt, apróbb hiányosságokat jeleztem - közel a metro, nagyon kedves személyzet, tiszta medence igazi felüdülés a nagy melegben kellemes a királyi lakosztályban voltunk, az egyik wc időnként magától lehúzta magát, csepegett az egyik mosdónál a csap, és az ablakok nem hangszigeteltek így az utca zaja és a szálloda aljában lévő bár zenéje elég hangos volt. a reggelinél többször jelezni kellett hogy a kávégép nem megfelelően műkődik

Colazione Camera , suite royal, troppo rumorosa (insonorizzazione inesistente) e con numerosi problemi (jacuzzi fuori servizio, problema di scarico, rubinetto che sgocciolova...). Peccato perché la struttura è bella ma mancano la manutenzione e i servizi di un hotel 4 stelle.

From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, professional, and attentive. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained — clean, elegant, and very comfortable. Our room was spacious, well-appointed, and spotlessly clean, making it a perfect place to relax after exploring Bangkok. A very special thank you to Lay, Anwa, and Ann JJ who went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. Their kindness, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality made such a difference. They were always ready to assist with a smile, ensuring everything was smooth and comfortable for us. Staff like them truly elevate the entire experience. The facilities were excellent, the atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend Amaranta Hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok and will definitely be returning on our next trip. Thank you again for such a memorable stay!

- ruthlM4744NT (10/5): Amaranta hotel - The Amaranta Hotel is very nice. Exspecialy the breakfast room with the huge fishtank. The breakfast buffet was great. I loved the infinity Pool on the 8. floor., were i had a super view over the City. The Personal was very friendly and supportiv. Exspecely Ley, He Spoke very good Englisch and helped me with getting Taxis or do a Tour trough Bangkok. The Location was good i had everything from a 7 Eleven, ATM, Massage Parlor, Cafés and Restaurants and Night markets around the corner. I can highly recommend the Hotel.

- zayart2026 (10/5): Personal experience at Amanranta Hotel - Overall experience was great. Room are neat and clean, facilities are modernized as well. A variety of food were also served as breakfast. An aquarium is also built under the hotel and it is great to enjoy the view while having the breakfast. Staff are also friendly and nice as well, especially “Lay”, a burmese staff who helped us throughout our stay at Amaranta Hotel. But one thing that i do not like about is that when we arrived at hotel we had to wait 30 mins for the room to get ready. They should have prepared the room in advance. It was great overall.
