Verified traveler (2/5): - 不曉得訂房網站跟民宿老板是怎麼聯繫的，一個月前預約好的房間，當天要入住了才說沒看到我的訂單，房間已經賣給另外的客人了，查了後台才確定有訂單。雖然緊急給了我另一間房，不過比原本訂的小，還要收我原價，交涉後才給我比平日價格稍便宜的優惠價。總之沒住到原本想住的房間，差評!
Michael (8/5): A Great Guest House but NOT a Hotel (as tagged) - This is a great guesthouse/B&B. It is not really a hotel, no reception etc. Be careful if you are not a Mandarin speaker or if you don't have a local phone to call the owner to let you in. We were lucky the boutique next door was open and the person working there was able to call the owner and have her come let us on - not sure what we would have done if the store was closed. The internet is also patchy at best. The kids beds are very cool and make this place worth a trip if you have a small child!
CHUN TAI (10/5): 開心的回憶 - 我住的是多啦A夢房間，兩個小孩玩瀡滑梯玩得很開心，房間整潔，附近很旺及很多食肆，小管家很熱心介紹附近景點，很有幫助。整體物有所值，下次會再住。
Ya-ting (8/5): - 小孩很喜歡，環境還不錯，離逛街、夜市都很近，下次到花蓮會在考慮再次入住！
Tsung-Hsien (8/5): 友善熱情的親子溜滑梯民宿 - 小管家服務親切又熱情，如有機會再去花蓮會再入住
Verified traveler (10/5): - 房間很乾淨，附近就有吃的，樓下有腳踏車可以借，而且是可以載小朋友的那種。接特的小姐很棒，會介紹在地人的推薦好吃食物。
FEI CHIN (8/5): 花蓮卡通民宿 - 接待的民宿小管家非常親切且熱情，對於民宿附近的景點及小吃介紹的非常詳盡，房間的佈置也讓入住的小孩非常喜愛，惟哆拉A夢客房內的冷氣聲音有點吵，另一間LIFE熊房的冷氣會忽冷忽熱。

shirley (10/5): 很棒的旅馆，强烈推荐，我会再来 - 我们都很喜欢这个地方。名字很好记，地方干净整洁，房间极宽敞有冷气暖气和风扇。还有个大客厅有点古色古香。我们的房间面街，窗外可以看到高山。虽然对着大街但是不嘈,晚上绝对可以安眠。好处：好吃的步行可到，几条大街的选择，有免费脚踏车可以使用。小提醒：在到达之前十五分钟一定要打电话给柜台，因为柜台不在这个店里面，柜台小姐要从其他地方来开门、给你keys, 她要十分钟才到。
