• Jodie (7/5): Clean, modern, out of town, be aware of parking situation - Spacious living room and had most things needed, decorated quite modern, perfectly adequate and clean base in a quieter area. We picked this property as booking.com specifically stated it had free parking outside (I scaled accommodation in Reykjavík for free parking properties) and filtered out any which didn’t have this and still upon arrival we couldn’t get parked as there was only 2 spots on a first come first served basis but nearby spots have towing notices. Not an issue in itself if you’re aware of this but had we been aware we would have stayed somewhere more central. We had a surprise visitor on our last day before 8am the cleaners entered the room using the key code without knocking first, we had to shout from bed as we thought someone was breaking in!

• SaeMi (4/5): 추운 겨울에는 절대 가지 마세요 - 1. 내부는 깔끔했음(사진과 비슷함) 2. 보너스마트와 가까워서 장 보기 편리하며 버스 스탑 9/11/13이 가까움 3. 조리도구 등이 준비되어 있어서 가족끼리 묵기엔 알맞아 보임 - 소파침대도 준수한 편임 4. 묵기 하루 전 날에 메일로 비번 안내가 가서 비대면으로 빠르게 체크인 가능 원래 후기를 안 쓰는데 숙소와 24/7 연락은 된다고 하지만 해결되는 적이 없음. 그래놓고 고객과 커뮤니케이션이 원활했다는 소리를 할 거면 24/7을 광고하지 않는 게 좋을 듯 하다. 1. 라디레이터가 고장나서 묵는 내내 추위에 떨었음(화장실만 따뜻함). 이 문제와 관련해서 숙소와 계속 연락했으나 배관 수리해 주는 분이 와도 해결되지 않았으며 추가로 제공된 이동식 라디레이터도 고장난 채로 주어졌음. 마지막 날 제공된 히터를 한꺼번에 틀어두었는데(그만큼 거실이 추웠음) 전기까지 나감. 두꺼비집이 어디에 있는지 직원은 알고 있지도 않으며, 결국 눈 내리는 날씨에 히터 하나 안 나오는 찬 곳에서 떨며 잘 수밖에 없었고 방의 이동이라든지 부분 환불은 해 주지도 않음(이유인 즉슨, 문제 해결을 위해 숙소 측에서 노력했으며 이동식 라디레이터를 제공했다함 - 숙소에 문의했을 때 '그래서 숙소가 춥니?(literally 'Is it cold in the apartment''라는 질문까지 해서 어이가 없었음;; 이게 커뮤니케이션이 이루어졌다고 할 수 있는 건지?) 2. BSI TERMINAL까지 거리가 있음

• Mark (7/5): Good location and size, awful and broken shower! - Size, location and check-in/out process all very good, and the apartment is well equipped. The shower was broken. The main shower head did not work (water was shooting out of the join instead of the head), so we had to use the small handheld part. The shower tray is tiny, and there is no door/screen/curtain, so the bathroom floor gets flooded everytime.

• Anika (10/5): Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden wieder dort buchen. - Wir hatten als Familie ein Apartment mit 2 Schlafzimmern gebucht. Über E- Mail hatten wir 1 Tag vor der Abreise einen Tür Code bekommen. Das Apartment war sehr schön eingerichtet und auch sehr sauber. Betten sehr bequem. Kostenlose Parkplätze waren direkt vor Tür, Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu Fuß erreichbar. 2 Supermärkte auch gleich um die Ecke.

The only problem we had was a day or 2 in the smell in the bathroom from the drain was very bad. Almost like sewer not typical sulphur smell associated with Iceland.

Ein Supermarkt und die Innenstadt sind schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genossen!

• Austin (9/5): Clean, comfortable and modern - The apartment is comfortable, clean, modern and nicely located. The building is quiet and walking distance to the center. Since eating out is expensive it was very helpful having a kitchen with pots and cutlery and an oven. Perhaps it’d have been helpful to have basics like pepper, sugar and oil to cook with but we managed. The host was helpful and the check-in and checkout procedure was clear and easy.

• Fedor (7/5): - I guess it’s good for it’s price, it was spacious and well designed. The heaters only started working on the second day, and some of them would just stop working for a day or so and then turn back on, which was really weird and first few days it was really cold in the apartment. The only reason I give it a 7 is because it’s well priced. Other than that, it wasn’t “perfectly” clean, the bathroom area was really small, with a walk in shower that would leak and pretty much the whole bathroom is full of water unless you take it in a few minutes. Those who have girlfriends, I suggest you don’t pick it, because every girl would want to shave and it takes them at least 10 minutes. After that the whole bathroom is just a pool of water, that will only disappear after 16 hours or so, taking in mind that the heater in the bathroom also didn’t work at a certain times, so that will even add more time.

Ve - Was very clean, new looking, cosy little home for the weekend Was worried about the parking but ended up being free car parking spaces every day! Only thing realised was missing whilst cooking was a spatula. Nothing major at all. Really perfect stay.

• Alexandra (9/5): Prima plek voor de stad en de omgeving. - Prima locatie. Lopend zo in het centrum. Supermarkt en bakker dichtbij. Bedden zijn heerlijk. Ruim appartement, moderne keuken met genoeg spullen. Wij hadden een appartement met 1 slaapkamer en balkon en er was voor 6 personen kopjes en messen etc. Er stond zout en olie, koffie en thee. Superfijn dat je een was kan draaien in de wasruimte. De douche is met een douchegordijn en is wat klein terwijl de badkamer heel ruim is. Als je de regendouche aanzet gaat het water soms over de rand. De handdouche blijft wel binnen de douchebak. Badkamer is heel fris en modern. Nette kitranden. Let op: locatie zit op de grens van betaald parkeren. Aan een kant van het appartement loopt het betaald parkeren net wat verder door. Ik zag dat in de Parka app. Ik hoop dat we geen boetes hebben. Bij de ingang van het appartement is het wel weer gratis. De witte slaapbank heeft wat vlekken.

• Joel (10/5): - This was a great spot for our long weekend visit. The apartment was very clean, the check-in easy breezy with parking right outside the building. The location was perfect for walking downtown and exploring Reykjavik. We would definitely stay here again. Reykjavik Roasters in the building on street level was a bonus. Nothing we didn’t like.

A simple mop would have helped. Hob wasn’t working and the online chat was slow and not helpful. Not solved in the end. More toilet paper and dishwasher tabs should be in the apartment. Had to make contact to find out these were in the laundry room. Simple information in the apartment would have helped.
